I haven't applied for either of these loans, yet they are listed in my credit report. Please alter the information as soon as you can to ensure that my cibil report is clean. I have contacted the team at zest money numerous times over this, and each time they have promised to resolve the issue, but my issue has never been resolved.

A sum of Rs 5004.97 debited twice by Zest money towards repayment of my loan EMI on 5/2/2023. Since then despite several persuations with their customer support team as well as several email correspondences with them they are not yet refunded the amount to me.
Every time I called them got the same answer to wait for some more time.
This is a serious issue and I want immediate resolution....

I have been received a credit limit during intial registration but could not use 2 months due to need but now my account showing that your limit has been blocked. Why so such issue? Still i have no other bank issue from last 6 months for failing to pay any EMI. All payment doing timely. This is waste of time with sest money when i need then not able to use.
