I call their customer care and they say they are working on this. All Time they say we will are working. They do fraud with me they are not providing my cashback.

    It's been more than a month and i still haven't received the interest cashback, bloody hell have been going back and forth daily via email with your ###!!

    I am sooo tired of doing this..

    You guys just say wait... Why the ### you dont have a TAT??

    Why are you just dragging this ?

        I had availed a loan with zest money #ZESCDLN00003F5D.
        I have never missed a payment with any loans. The last Payment for the last Installment was made on 4th January 2023. One day prior to the due date via upi. Amount was debited from my account. On 7th i started getting payment reminders and i started contacting the customer service to inform that i have already paid. Providing all screenshots of the payment. (UPI payment, bank debit statement etc). On 10th i get reversal from UPI. And i do the payment immediately again.

        There was no way for me to know that it was the issue with the UPI and not zest. Also, how is it my problem that thier payment gateway hasnt received the payment i have made from the channel provided by them.

        Nevertheless, the repayment was done on 10th, January 2023. But my credit report still shows unpaid/pending/delayed since 88 days. This has clearly impacted my score.

        I have been trying to contact customer care, but noboday is showing any resolution towards this. Not even the grievance manager. They are conveniently ignoring my mails/calls and queries.

        I can provide any Screenshots/Chats/emails/statements etc.

        PS. PLEASE DO NOT GET INTO BUSINESS WITH ZEST MONEY.

              I have already paid off all the EMI’s in the month of December last year itself but while checking on the CIBIL website it’s showing my account active and overdue. Which caused the huge drop in my credit score. I want zest money to send the correct information to CIBIL as soon as possible.

                It is regarding the payment through zestmoney on Ketch for an amount of Rs 1258.40 with Loan Id #376D2DFKT739 for which the order was cancelled and the same has been refunded by the merchant on 17/03/2022.
                Despite of providing all the details regarding the refund details zestmoney was unable to cancel my loan leading to a poor CIBIL score. Its been a year that I am contacting your customer support and all I get is a new ticket ID telling me wait 24-48hours to get the issue resolved. The recent ticket ID that was provided to me is #2946098
                I am disgusted by the poor customer service as it is really a harassment for me to call/email the team in every 3-4days to resolve my issue since a year and all I get is a ticket ID without any solution.

                    [protected]D7 ( loan id ) Zestmoney loan EMI (interest) cashback not received March Month. i call to zestmoney regarding to cashback then he say cashback transfer to 7 working days.Even after 17 working days, the account has not received money.

                    My complaint is still not resolved.March and April month interest cashback not receiving. I connect to helpline daily but they say the same thing that the issue will resolve as soon as possible.but i didn't get cashback.I think it's big fraud

                      Hello Team ZestMoney!

                      I'm a customer since more than 4 years. Never a late payment with Zestmoney. Not even during 2020, when Corona hit.

                      Today while using the app I was suddenly asked for KYC details again. This was the first time after the initial KYC-details were asked for when starting to use the app. That was actually great, because I had some changes in my income (big increase since starting to use ZestMoney- yay!!) and was happy that I can finally update this.

                      After KYC I got a notification, that my credit-limit is XXX (forgot the exact amount, but more than 1 Lakh minus the loans, that I already have with ZestMoney. My credit limit is shown as active.

                      In the afternoon I wanted to purchase something from Amazon, but the payment got declined. We had a power outage, so I thought it was due to that and I tried again after some time. Again it got declinded.

                      What is wrong? This never happened before. Why am I not getting a message, if I cannot use my credit limit? Why is it shown as active, when it is not useable?

                      Please help. I would like to know what went wrong.

                        I haven't applied for either of these loans, yet they are listed in my credit report. Please alter the information as soon as you can to ensure that my cibil report is clean. I have contacted the team at zest money numerous times over this, and each time they have promised to resolve the issue, but my issue has never been resolved.
                        The loan was set up with a different phone number, email address, and address that is not mine.

                            A sum of Rs 5004.97 debited twice by Zest money towards repayment of my loan EMI on 5/2/2023. Since then despite several persuations with their customer support team as well as several email correspondences with them they are not yet refunded the amount to me.
                            Every time I called them got the same answer to wait for some more time.
                            This is a serious issue and I want immediate resolution.

                                  I had taken a loan from zest money of Rs 77000 at 0% interest(no-cost emi). loan ID-B28355828D16 As per zest money 0% interest means that customer has to pay interest along with his emi amount, and zest money will credit back the interest amount to customer within 7-10 working days. I paid my emi of January month and received the interest cashback. The problem starts from February, i paid my 2nd emi on 2nd feb 2023, i did not receive any cashback of Feb month till today (i.e. 15 March 2023). I have also paid my 3rd month emi based on written email statement of thier floor supervisor (Abdul Uzaif) stating that I will receive the cashback of Feb month definitely by 10th march 2023, now zest money has cheated me I have not received any interest cash back of 2 months that is Feb and March. I have clear evidences like mail records and call recordings.
                                  Later I tried to contact thier nodal officer through his email given on thier zestmoney website itself (i.e. [protected]@zestmoney.in). I wrote a mail illustrating complete scenario, but he did not care I could not get any response from sudharshan krishnamoorty nodal officer. I also tried to connect to him via call but zestmoney customer support team said that it is impossible to connect to nodal officer.
                                  If it is impossible to connect to nodal officer why the hell do you have nodal officer in your company.
                                  I have tried to connect to escalation team, floor supervisor, [protected]@zestmoney.in, [protected]@zemo.zendesk.com
                                  But none of the above has resolved my interest cashback issue till date, i have been cheated by zest money and also harassed, i have complete evidence, zest money is a fraud company the fool people and thier main source of revenue comes from fooling innocent peoples.
                                  They keep asking more time, isn't one month sufficient for resolving the issue. Now the fraud zestmoney is not at all connecting me or arranging call back with floor supervisor Abdul uzaif and his team, nor the nodal officer is reachable.
                                  I request public to never use zestmoney as the cheat you and harass you, and thier service is lower then worst 0 out of 5 rating.
                                  I also request public to support and help me to get both Feb and March months money, and also CEO, COO of zest and any sincere employee of zest money to help me .
                                  I am feeling very insecure to pay April month emi, bcoz then the outstanding due interest cashback would sum up to 3 months and they won't credit it, if I dont pay my cibil score will reduce, here what's my fault bcoz zest didn't pay me the cashback I have trust issues in them so in that case how would I pay rest of the emi's keeping trust pls answer.

                                      I have been received a credit limit during intial registration but could not use 2 months due to need but now my account showing that your limit has been blocked. Why so such issue? Still i have no other bank issue from last 6 months for failing to pay any EMI. All payment doing timely. This is waste of time with sest money when i need then not able to use. Avoid such money options
