I had taken study loan from ZestMoney in the month of Dec, 2018. ECS was enabled and monthly debit from my account has been happening. However, since last month I have been getting threat calls from Zest Money customer executives asking me to clear my dues. These people are not approaching the bank to claim the amount and directly calling me. When ECS is already enabled why I am getting these calls ? Last month also same thing happened. When I checked with my bank, I got to know that they have not approached the bank for monthly payment. I have been repeatedly asking these people that if they have approached the bank for due clearance and the bank has denied releasing the payment, then I want a written proof for that so that I can take action against my bank. But, these unprofessionals, fraudsters neither provide and information nor stop threatening me. I will drag them to civil court for unnecessarily troubling and threatening me. Pathetic Service and lousy Business.

I just got a whatsapp message that they have degraded my CIBIL score. I believe I will have to drag the Management of this company to court.
I purchased Rs.37000/- flipkart gift vochures on 09/07/2019 under emi plan of 2720/- for eighteen months duration.But i came to know that i am paying interest of 30%..I contacted customer care asked them to change my emi plan to three but they denied . pleaase help me reguading my query.
Mujhe apne acount ki detail change karni hai mistek se rong information save ho gayi hai

    Respected sir...i am SUJIT BERA from west Bengal...Sir I ordered a phone from only mobiles on emi through zestmoney..but due to some problem I cancelled the order and my cancelled order no is OM[protected]..But onlymobile did not give me any conformation message..when I open my zestmoney a.c. I see loan is not cancelled..then I call to zestmoney customers care..then told them all the problem..But they told me that if I don't show them the cancelled order copy they cannot cancel the loan..then I contact to onlymobile on mail and call but I don't get any response from them..then again again I call and mail to zestmoney about this matter...but I didn't get any message or feedback...still now loan is not cancelled..
    My zestmoney a.c. on[protected] and loan order no #542015-1...please help me to cancel loan approved...

      Hi,

      Zest money is constantly collection to his emi against his product of led tv, but still not receive any product by zest money, how can i pay his emi without any product i am not responsible for pay any emi, if require will ready to legal process against zestmoney, eill prepare all documents for this and going local court for claiming case for this collection emi against had not receive any products. Zest money is only the frouds to anyone who has not any dealing with zestmoney. His aim is submitting online form and product will not receive home and regularly follow ups to paying his not receive products, so be carefull people.

        This is to inform you that last year my father had purchase a mobile from emibaba through zest money .But in this january he expired due to cardiac arrest. And as i am not leaving in india i was not aware of the payments that had to being to made . I after knowing that some of the amount is pending in due account i contact zest money and they give detail and i made the payment
        on 13 may 2019 and that was full payment towarrds my father loan but i came to know that still there is payment pending .They are making us fool and and not updating the payment.

          I have got a call from [protected] asking for siva shankar reddy and I said that is not me and my name if vijay Kumar but with out listening to that that worst lady has started talking worstly with me. As I was in a meeting I just gave them answers in a very cool way after that eveing I myself called them and asked details and they started scolding me with out any reson sayign that i need to pay the amount.

          First I need to know Y they have called me and who gave my numbeer for them. I am planning to place a complaint on those ladies in consumer forum.

            Hello,
            I have applied a credit loan of 18, 000 in flipkart voucher through zest money but i have received only a credit of 6878 rs... I am totally dissatisfied with this issue and also why should i pay full 18000 if i have received credit of 6878 rs and some activation it is asking but it is not at all happeneing from yesterday, i tried thru mobile data, wifi but as soon as i enter my mobile number... It will loading but it wont open the page

              Can't find the pay now button to pay my EMI.


              I can't find the option to pay my EMI, it just doesn't show up on the website. Could you please resolve this problem? I have already added money on my wallet for the EMI payment. So, please resolve this problem. This needs to happen now. Do it now. Ok... please resolve this problem now.

                This complaint is already registered with zestmoney but as they're not interested in providing a resolution i've decided to complain the same here.

                On 28th of may, an unauthorised transaction was made from my zestmoney account without any knowledge from my side. I never recieved any email regarding the said transaction but i recieved sms regarding an approval of an emi of 9490 rs and an application for a personal loam of 26000.

                I immediately called zestmoney support and made them aware of the issue as i've never applied for the said emi or personal loan. So this guy who took the call told me i'll get a call back the next day. See, i've reported this in bare minutes after the transaction was made.
                So i waited for the call back and i recieved one and i told him the same stuff that i told the earlier customer care representative. He told me that he'll cancel my personal loan but he won't be able to do anything about the emi as it's already been approved.

                Remember this is the very next day of the issue. It can't get any earlier than this. So i asked them if they could contact amazon and cancel the order made by the voucher fraud they told me, they can't do that. Maybe they couldn't, but they didn't even bother to try in the first place at all!

                So after a chain of e-mails back and forth they gave two email addresses,
                1. [protected]@gmail.com
                2. [protected]@amazon.com

                As they told me to, i emailed these addresses regarding these issues. Not once but multiple times since no reply was recieved from the other side. Whenever i emailed the zestmoney guys this same process was the reply i got from them. I've been waiting for like 2 months with a long chain of emails between us to back it up but to no avail.

                Yesterday they told me they're reporting on my cibil. I instantaneously called them and told them the same thing i've telling them for 2 months. And what did they tell? That i'll recieve a call-back. Which i never did. And today morning they've deducted approx. 300 stating "mandate not recieved".

                Funny thing is they send me the details of the fraud who redeemed a voucher code in my name and they can't do anything about it. All they give me is an email address to file a complaint that no longer works.

                What kind of a customer service this? Are they making fool of people just to collect fines?
                And seriously what are these guys doing harrassing me with continuous texts asking me to pay the emi when they already have the name and number of the fraud that used a voucher code in my name?

                Posting this here hoping for a resolution which i don't think i will be able to receive from zestmoney customer care guys afterall.

                When are you going to resolve this?

                It's been almost a month and nobody, I say not a single person called me regarding this issue. I've stopped receiving notifications regarding the payment, but that's it. The emi is still shown as active and my credit balance never updates even though I've been paying the emi's that I took.

                  It all started on 26 june 2019, i paid for my upcoming emi from their online platform via net banking and later found out that my money was deducted from my account but was not successful on the beneficiary side. I contacted them and they said the bank will refund you the money in 5-10 days. After, i emailed them again about what should i do next?. They said you can either pay it again or wait for auto deduction from your bank account. When i went for the paying option, i was amazed to see how the pay now button on their website was disabled and it got converted to a simple text line saying "please wait while auto-debit is in progress", to my surprise when the emi date came they didn't debit the amount from my bank account and are now stating me as a late payer. So, now as of today neither, i am allowed to use the pay now button as it is disabled, neither my account which has sufficient funds is getting auto debited, i am really going through mental harassment as i am not able to concentrate on my work and always staying in the fear of the next emi date which should be peace of mind when i am having sufficient amount in my account and i am willing to pay them. And, as of today date: 02 july 2019 i have two emi`s pending one which should have been paid already if above issues were not formed and the next emi. Please, help me in this issue as fast as possible.

                    As my a/c is debited thrice by rs 236/_ at same day by name investement intermedia, which i enquired in the bank they said it is been debited by camden technologies pvt. Ltd. Kindy refund the amount. How you can debit my account without my knowledge this is offence. This i may take the matter to cibil. As my account is in syndicate bank usually no body debits my account. Except camden technologies pvt. Ltd. Kindly refund the amount. As i was paid all emi on time.

                      Dear,

                      I, anupam prasad from indore procured a consumer & personal loan from you last year.
                      From this year feb'19 onwards due to to some unforeseen circumstances i lost my job and i was not able to pay emi's on time.

                      Few days back i received a call from your end, and i asked for closure. After mutual agreed money i deposited rs.35000/- towards closure of my both accounts. Now after submitting the amount the ecs still hittin my account.
                      When i wanted to know the matter the lady ms prathima ([protected] &[protected]) said that its for write off/settlement and asked for medical bills to provide the letter, which even i agreed that by monday i will provide as i am out of station.
                      Yesterday after speaking to my colleagues and friends i came to know that this write off/settlement will hamper my cibil score and in near future i will not be able to get other loans.
                      So i approached this lady yesterday itself and asked if she could help me in closing both my accounts rather than going for write off/ settlement. But to my surprise she refused stating that i need to submit my medical bills.

                      Now the thing is that i have paid 35000/- in your account, i do not need write off/ settlement, i need closure for both the accounts.
                      What i am simply requesting is to 1st close my consumer loan account. Than the rest amount which i have paid, kindly transfer it to my personal account and then let me know whether i can pay the regular ecs from which month. Kindly adjust the remaining amount as advance emis, and till further dated do not put ecs, or as necessary from your end.


                      Hope you understand my problem as i am already facing finacial crunch, but i want to cleart this matter. I want closure of my account, i do not need settlement/write-off.

                        My grandson master harish kumar's byjus education and emi loan were canceled, due to the reason of the first payment of emi rs.1875/- was paid thro imps from my net banking account on 08.04.2019, further another payment was debited from my account a sum of rs.1875/- on 09.04.2018. Further, a sum of rs 2125 and rs.285/- was debited from my account. Even though i sent mail and speed post letter to the byjus education centre at the time of the above transactions. So, i decided to cancel the education and loan account since there is no response from the byjus and put up me for mental agony. I could not able to pay the emi being the senior citizen to your concern in the future and refund my above payments. I expect a favorable reply trusting to be favored.

                          While i search in amazon to buy mobile on emi basis, while i try to know the eligibility, i get zest money voucher link and it get approved and transferred without confirmation, we dont know how to use it even and didnt use even a paise from it. kindly cancel that loan for me and stop deducting amount from my account. otherwise legally i will complain about your company in court.

                            Hi someone took loan from my zest money account. This is the second time it happened, before also this happened. I have raised a complain in zest money but no solution provided by zest money. Now again this happened, someone took 33k rs of loan from my account.                             I updated new number in zestmoney. The EMI option on Flipkart suddenly disappeared now I requested zestmoney team to update my new details to the merchant it's been a 3 months nearly still they didn't update.

                              while i search in amazon to buy mobile on emi basis, while i try to know the eligibility, i get zest money voucher link and it get approved and transferred without confirmation, we dont know how to use it even and didnt use even a paise from it. kindly cancel that loan for me and stop deducting amount from my account. otherwise legally i will complain about your company in court.

                                I use live chat to your customer care agent and logged a complaint to ensure to stop the approval process of Flipkart vouchers. But he said that they are not able to cancel these vouchers.

                                  I have more than 6 accounts with zest money but non of them have been reported to cibil or experian since december. I have written multiple mails to zest money regarding the same. They requested me to send them my cibil report. Even if i had sent my cibil report to zest money they haven't made any change to my cibil.

                                  ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I take loan 6499rs .
                                  First EMI paid manually because zest Mony told that NACH IS NOT APPROVED BY BANK AFTER 50 DAYS.
                                  NACH IS APPROVED BY ANY BANK 7 TO 21 WORKING DAYS.

                                    Zest money has issued me a loan of 30, 000/- wothout my knowledge. I have neither received a call nor mail till yesterday until today I received a msg that my emi of 3000/- is due.
                                    I really don't understand how this happened. Moreover when I am loggin in the account I find nothing.
                                    This is a complete fraud.They are charging people without their knowledge.
                                    The customer care people can only feel sorry and help you with nothing.

                                      I am very disappointing with your work and transparency. I have paid may month EMI and shared transaction proof but still not recived any confirmation from you about my EMI confirmation, above all I am receiving remainder mails from Zestmoney to pay due amount for May EMI, also I am receiving unnecessary mail about Cibil score, that I am well aware how to pay on time, it is your fault that auto debit not happened from my account this is clearly shows your incapability it should have auto debited but not happened. So I have paid EMI on May 29th through Paytm UPI method and below is transaction proof of all.
                                      So far I have raised CASE's or tickets for only one issue and your team didn't resolved as per SLA 48 hours(what about resolution for case which i raised on May 28, is still 48 hrs not completed.), below mentioned ticket numbers along with dates, I need your prompt response on this, include your managers, I need to talk on this.
                                      Let me know your immediate response. Also please share your number to close this issue asap.
                                      Transaction Details: Money paid to Zestmoney through UPI -Paytm
                                      Procedure of payment: Money credited to Paytm from HDFC
                                      Money credited to PayTM from Hdfc[protected]transaction no)

I have shared a written confirmation mail copy from PAYTM about payment but still your team is delaying the things they are utterly waste. Mentally I am distrubed with your service above all your team keep on sending May EMI due remainder emails along with Cibil rating impact ### things.                                         The installment of 1163 was pending since march 2019. Firstly u ppl tried to debit from hdfc bank account several times the attempt was made and i got charges there in the account for bounced payment. I told ur customer service and they damn care about the mistake.
                                        The other 2 installements was debited from allahabad bank. Same time u ppl charge me 250 as late fee too. Suddenly without my knowldege u took the amount on 01st june from allahabad bank with late payment fees.

                                        I will tell u now how to recover the amount from allahabad bank now for remaining loan. U ppl think that u will do whatever u feel like and customers will keep there mouth shut. Drag me to the court and stop the facilities i damn care.

                                        I will not pay any installments for ur loan going forward otherwise i want my hdfc bank bounce charges along with lpf of 250 to be return with cibil to be reverse if this would not happen i am sorry and thank u for not paying it.
