[Resolved] Zestmoney — not taken loan but reflecting on my pan number | |||
Hi, Regarding the loans i have not taken but reflecting in my cibil report yet i already raised a concern and filed a case in cyber crime hyderaabd and in consumer court yet the issue isn't resolved till now as the zest support team said they will close the loans on a call but the loans are still reflecting in my cibil report and it is effecting my cibil score. Please take care of it. The 2 loans are 1. Ghalla loan (12000rs) 2. Dmi finance (10000rs) respectively. These above loans are provided as vouchers to some one who created a fake profile with my pan number in zest money. The zest money people not taken proper verification and provided voucher loans to wromg person and now the loans are on my pan number. Was this information helpful? | |||
