On 18th Aug someone hacked my account and placed order using my coins, on 19th Aug customer care to cancel the order and i have reset my password. Since them i am following up but no solution, now today 26th Aug the products hot delivered to frauds address.

Zivame is not a trust worthy site, no privacy no confidentiality, poor customer service.

I want my money back and this time I don’t want coins, i want my money in my bank account.
Zivame customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I placed the order on 5th august 2021, until now i still have not received the order. The customer care number is not reachable i tried from both my numbers, the call does not go and it is blocked. I have not got a resolution for my issue.

                  My account is hacked by this person

                  Name : Sagar, Mahima dham colony, ward number, ward number 23, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462046

                  This guy has placed an order using my account and has bought two items with my Z coins worth 1544

                  I see a lot of complaints like this and I do not trust Zivame. I need the Z coins to be refunded in my bank

                  Why has the company not acknowledged the leak? So many customers are getting affected and are losing their peace of mind.

                  I need my hard earned money to be repaid to my bank account ASAP

                        I have purchased one saree shaper from market square mall madiwala outlet on 19 th of August. The product was not that that satisfying and not correct fitting to me. When i ask for refund the sales girl was so rude to me (herself nadiya ) so kindly informing that customer service is not even good for 1 %

                          My order id was[protected] and i placed my order on 19th August 2021 at 11.58pm. My money was deducted from my PAYTM but the order was cancelled. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it asap....

                          Bought a product and it was misfit… these guys refunded z coins instead of money…. Now everytime I think to purchase something n go to website products are out of stock … this has been going for a while and now they have zeroed my z coins which was Rs. 1467 in terms of money.. trying to reach to customer support but no response… now only a flash msg showing that your points got expired which was never there intimidated by any msgs or before this… I mean u guys took money n product too and u have such a audacity to eat clients money… Kindly stop promoting such pathetic and unprofessional services… if I haven’t received a product you guys are not bound to take money for it

                                    I had 730 zcoins in my zivame account. My account was hacked by somebody name Prakash Maurya, Bihar. I immediately informed zivame team and they assured that the order will be cancelled and zcoins will be refunded. I waited for 6 days and no action was taken.

                                    Now zivame account is showing that two of items are delivered.

                                    Please refund my zcoins.
