My order id was[protected] and i placed my order on 19th August 2021 at 11.58pm. My money was deducted from my PAYTM but the order was cancelled. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it asap....

Bought a product and it was misfit… these guys refunded z coins instead of money…. Now everytime I think to purchase something n go to website products are out of stock … this has been going for a while and now they have zeroed my z coins which was Rs. 1467 in terms of money.. trying to reach to customer support but no response… now only a flash msg showing that your points got expired which was never there intimidated by any msgs...

I have returned 2 products and i wanted to talk with customer care bt no one linked.. I tried so many times... I want by refund in my bank account...

Prepaid order placed on aug 15 2021.not shipped yet even after 4 days.kindly resolve...

I had 730 zcoins in my zivame account. My account was hacked by somebody name Prakash Maurya, Bihar. I immediately informed zivame team and they assured that the order will be cancelled and zcoins will be refunded. I waited for 6 days and no action was taken.

Now zivame account is showing that two of items are delivered.

Please refund my zcoins....

I have ordered on 5 july 2020 & order id is[protected], but my order is not received date is extended many time, then i cancelled my order throgh coustomer helpline no . They cancelled my order but not refund my amont . My tra6 id is[protected] for amont 876. I tried to contact to zivame on its help line no . But no fruitful response ccomes out . Zivame has a rule of not cancelling the order of cosmetics. So I am unable to cancel the order and also loose the Zcoins present in my account. I want the order cancelled...

Earlier I order 3 inner pieces for me which didn’t fit me so I canceled the order within 10 min. The 1350 got converted into z coins, through which I order same again the order did not place and z coins automatically get zero.

Please connect to me as soon as possible. I want my money back...
