[Resolved] Zivame — Product not delivered but status shows delivered

I'm ordered a product on 15th july 2021, the expected delivery of same is of 21st july 2021.Now the product was not delivered but showing product already delivered on the same day. I'm a regular customer of zivame but never expect this type of cheating. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (5)
Jul 26, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Ziwame customer team has responded and reverted the amount in ziwame z coins. Zivame customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I'm ordered a product on 10 December 2022, the expected delivery of same is of 14 December 2022.Now the product was not delivered but showing product already delivered on the same day. I haven't expected this behaviour from Zivame.

I ordered 2 products on 1 march 2023, out of the 2 only 1 was delivered and the second product was not delivered but status showing that both product already delivered on the same day. I'm a regular customer of zivame but never expected this type of negligence and disregard
