I have placed order for a red velvet cake from a restaurant Cake-A-Lishious( Add- Gauri tower near lalpur chowk, H.B Road, Lalpur, Ranchi) at 5th Oct 6:32 PM. Money got deducted from my bank account but order showed as incomplete transaction. So I have to again place the order and again money got deducted but this time the order was placed. The order placed for Rs 347.60 and it get deducted 2 times. i was using the Zomato app for placing the order.

Need your assistance on this please.

                    Every time I order from zomato they simply delivered me worst toxic food and in some occasions my health got upset. Now a days they started charging huge delivery charges and high prices for food when compared to other platforms even then they are maintaining minimum quality standards further their support clearly saying that they are just delivery partners and they are not concerned about quality issues. What kind of response it is I don't understand, if they are only delivery partners why they are charging full amount from customers instead of taking delivery charges only.
                    I request you to take appropriate action against zomato and their restaurant partners further I request food inspectors to do their duty sincerely

                    Note: I agree that I used abusive language sometimes because of frustration and their irresponsible behaviour and I wondered how zomato trained their support personnel to work in such a shameless manner and what care does zomato take about their team feelings.

                        Today i.e. on 1 oct 2021 we have ordered from zomato (Afzal restaurant), at the time of payment we choose net banking of axis bank, we received OTP from bank, but the screen got hanged and unable to enter the OTP. So we did not completed our transaction. But after one hour i received debit message from Axis bank Amt. Rs 953.50, which i also confirmed with axis bank, they said payment is success full from our side and they shared PRN No.[protected].

                        Kindly requesting you to look in this, and refund the amount at earliest.

                          My account got terminated due to only 2 Denials but it was because of my phone issue my screen got hanged and display was stucked only the order alarm was ringing that time even i was not able to switch off my phone please give me last chance i apologize for this please give me last chance it was the only source through which i was able to earn something.

                              Ordered falooda.. fully liquid consistency.. Delivery took long so everything melted. Also there was quality issue regarding falooda strands..

                              Issues were there earlier as well. But this is happening in every order.

                              And rather than refunding the amount for that particular dish, the support people always give an apology. Predefined apology templates which are sent all the time. And no improvement in service.

                                I have ordered chicken dish from Dàarji restaurant, via Zomato. Delivered food was pethetic and smells so bad that I need to throw complete delivered food in dustbin.

                                Contacted Zomato support to make a complain and for refund. They denied stating that it's restaurant responsibility.

                                Then I contacted restaurant, share complete details and images. But restaurant denied stating that it was not prepared by them.

                                I again contacted Zomato support but they denied to provide any assistance.

                                Neither Zomato nor restaurant is ready to take accountability for it and for me it's a complete waste of money and time.

                                I spent my entire day connect with both parties.

                                I was very dissatisfied, disappointed and disheartened by the way Zomato treat there regular customers.

                                  I have ordered from Dominos through zomato (order ref: [protected]) which was declined due to reasons attributed to the restaurant.
                                  I had received a mail on 27th sept saying that the amount has been refunded in the respective bank a/c from which the order has been made.
                                  I have checked my bank statement & found that no such amount got reflected till date & was also confirmed by the bank service dept that no such payment was initiated.
                                  I request zomato to look into the matter & process the return asap.
