I have ordered fish in hot garlic sauce from City Hotel and restaurant . The food was rotten and smelling bad .I couldn't eat it and had to throw away. I raised my concern with Zomato but Zomato didnt agree to give me my refund . I want my hard earned money back. it is not a matter of joke the way zomato behaved with me .they are being tied up with restraurant who deliver such kind of foods and tehn they disagree to give the refund . I want justice and want the entire money I have paid for this food as it is now a matter of loyalty and justice.

Food was stinking like hell

Sir ek order par mera denials laga tha q ki hum use order ko delivered nhi kar sakta tha resing tha ki mera bike ka chabi tut gaya tha mene TL se bat kiye or TL ne bola ki denials kar do to mene pucha ki sir block nhi hoga na to bole nhi hoga pls sir mera id actived kara dijiye q ki mere ghar ka kamane bala hu sir ghar ka rent v dena hai or zomato me kam karne k liye phone emi pe liye the uska v emi dena hai terminate hone k karan hum bhut problem me aa geye hai pls sir aap log se request kar rhe hai mera id ko actived kara de

Wrong order was delivered and zomato credits were refunded for that
the customer care person told that it will take 2-3 days to come, but today customer care sying they expire in 1 day

I had ordered food through Zomato. They said that the order had been cancelled coz I did not pick up the call... However he had been called also should have dropped the parcel at my location .. but the guy did not...he took back the parcel with him and said that he cancelled the order just coz I was on a different call and did not pick up the call .. when I called up my security, he said no Zomato guy came and in my gate app on my phone too, the entry of Zomato is pre- approved, even if I don't pick up the call..

My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE1435932I just joined a week ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city team leader. He is not picking up the call. I deposited 500 for the job.

I have ordered 3 nos of akki roti from Sai Cafe malleswaram thro zomato and paid. Both yesterday and today no one delivered. Today when I rang valet gangadhar(mob [protected]) he told me he is on the way. But app told me that since no one responded to bell, the food packet was left in house. My son was waiting outside home and saw no delivery boys. Repeated calls to Gangadhar is not responded. This is clear cheating. Pl refund atleast rs10000=00.

Last time also the chicken was tasteless and this time also the shwarma roll was raw and not properly cooked.
Your executives also don't support.
Provide me my refunds else I will drag this to consumer court and all social media platforms

I have ordered food from a restaurant name doon vaishno via Zomato nd food that comes is stinky for that I have asked for compensation but the agent didn’t resolved it nd try to make a fool of me by holding my chat for 1 hour nd den his senior do the same with me pls file a complaint against him

I ordered a food and it was so bad that i raised a complaint for it but instead of helping me instantly that chat took my more then 2 hours and still counting I shared every details every photos. someone in chat process named VIPIN closed my chat without permission while i was explaining my issue.
when who ever get assigned keep saying that wait until specialist get assigned they let me wait for more then half an hour and still didn’t get any solution on it.

I am facing continuously facing cheating from Zomato. Zomato is doing business in restaurants favours and when customer get food wrong or less item or worst items in taste they only apologise and don't take responsibilities of restaurants cheating and stop all ways for customers to get refund or even coupon as compensation for their loss. Like this Zomato and all restaurants tied up with them actually to do business with cheating for their own profit by providing whatever food as they like not as per order of customer and according to they paid. And after getting money they deliver cheap, wrong, unhygienic and worst taste food and giving no refunds and compensation against it by only repeating apologies. Also they believe lies of restaurants rather than our sent pictures of wrong or bad food items we received. I request consumer court to take major action against this app and company as it is doing big fraud and cheating by applying their own made policies for own benefits. Not a genuine policies of business made by government in both seller, app and customer favour. But only seller and app(business) favour and only customer have to suffer from cheatings. I request alot to consumer court to take action because I have been cheated not one or two time but everytime since last 1 year everytime I have been cheated in every single order. I have proofs if you will contact me I can show everything in my phone related to every order.

Dont send drunker to my out let dont no how to talk waste they r spoiling company name

I ordered 2 egg rolls and a burger from celsius house through zomato worth rs 136.
But the food they delivered was salty enough that can't be eatable. Raised my complain about that but there is no action taken against this.

Need my whole compensation for this order.
