#Order Number [protected] dated 25th September, 2021.
I had ordered a cake from The Creams, Kilpauk, Chennai and it was delivered by the zomato executive. On opening the package I saw that the cake was mishandled by the zomato executive resulting which the cake had spilled and come to the corner of packaging thereby ruining its base(Photo Attached). I immediately contacted zomato consumer support and I sent all required photographs to explain them the spillage. I asked them to replace it or take it back and refund my money since I did not pay Rs.1021.27 for such a spilled cake. The consumer support executive (Monika) without admitting the delivery executive and zomato's mistake, blatantly denied me a resolution. She said me that I will not be provided with a replacement/refund due to some unusual circumstances(Screenshots Attached). I want a full refund of such a spilled cake which was a result of zomato's mishandling. We do not pay money to zomato for delivering such spilled items. #Grossnegligence #Badconsumersupportbehaviour #Spilledfood

    My paytm amount debited twice for zomato. i dont have zomato account and i did not place any order . no opt received and only debit sms. zomato and paytm both are not helping and giving lame excuses. the amount in paytm is just not secure and zomato is again a rubbish app. i need my refund and who placed the order. please help me its a serious concern for each one o[censored]s and can happen with anyone.

      Hi All,

      I am myself Arunkumar ([protected]) ordered food in zomato for my breakfast however hotel person called me and said it will take more than half an hour to prepare the food. Again i received a call from call center person to cancel the order and he was very rude with me to cancel the order. I am highly disappointed with the call center person behavior. Request you to take a necessary action against the call center executive.

          Paid 1000- to join zomato as a delivery boy but after reciveing payment they didnt activiate my id and just msg me up that kindly re submit your DL so i submmitt soft copy of that still more than 48hr lost and not having a single revert from them. in the name of profile verification they take more than 48hr and still its in a pending status...

                I have ordered fish in hot garlic sauce from City Hotel and restaurant . The food was rotten and smelling bad .I couldn't eat it and had to throw away. I raised my concern with Zomato but Zomato didnt agree to give me my refund . I want my hard earned money back. it is not a matter of joke the way zomato behaved with me .they are being tied up with restraurant who deliver such kind of foods and tehn they disagree to give the refund . I want justice and want the entire money I have paid for this food as it is now a matter of loyalty and justice.

                      Wrong order was delivered and zomato credits were refunded for that
                      the customer care person told that it will take 2-3 days to come, but today customer care sying they expire in 1 day

                        I had ordered food through Zomato. They said that the order had been cancelled coz I did not pick up the call... However he had been called also should have dropped the parcel at my location .. but the guy did not...he took back the parcel with him and said that he cancelled the order just coz I was on a different call and did not pick up the call .. when I called up my security, he said no Zomato guy came and in my gate app on my phone too, the entry of Zomato is pre- approved, even if I don't pick up the call..

                                  My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE1435932I just joined a week ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city team leader. He is not picking up the call. I deposited 500 for the job.

                                    I have ordered 3 nos of akki roti from Sai Cafe malleswaram thro zomato and paid. Both yesterday and today no one delivered. Today when I rang valet gangadhar(mob [protected]) he told me he is on the way. But app told me that since no one responded to bell, the food packet was left in house. My son was waiting outside home and saw no delivery boys. Repeated calls to Gangadhar is not responded. This is clear cheating. Pl refund atleast rs10000=00.
