I ordered food from celsius house through zomato.
And food was salty enough and is not eatable. I raised complain regarding my issues but no one is bother to compensate money you people are just feeling sorry.
I want my full compensation for my order.

    Hello Team,

    Today (Sep 21st 2021). Reg order ID " [protected]"

    I have ordered few items in Empire Restaurant Jayanagar via Zomato.

    Unfortunately i havent received order Waterlemon juices but amount has already been debited from my account.

    When i checked with delivery guy ramachandra rour( mobile no : [protected]) he mentioned i am not aware of it.

    This is really frustating that amount got debited for 2 juices but items not delivered and when checked there is no proper response.

    Kindly please refund the deducted amount back to my bank account asap. This is really worst management from restaurant as well delivery guy without checking properly delivery the items.

      I order food from Behrouz Biriyani through Zomato on 19th September. Two of my food items worth ₹114.3 was not delivered to me but it was already paid by me. After talking to their executive for an hour, she told me that she has initiated the refund to my source but no confirmation regarding that was sent to my registered mail id.
      When I wrote again to Zomato today, they are saying that it is not possible for them to refund my money.

      I want my refund of ₹114.3 since the products were not delivered to me.

        Hi

        I have been delivered in correct product. I ordered tea but instead I got some watery cream colour substitute which is not at all a tea and when I asked them to compensate they said it is not possible from their end.

        I kindly request to take this matter seriously and all the complaints lodged against zomato as this is a food issue which could even affect the health of some one.

              His behaviour to customer is very rude, he has no manners and no experience for how to handled customer.

                I were paid twice for my order at first UPI and then cash on delivery in which my UPI payment not refunded, if in case it was refunded by you then it won't be reflected on my account yet.

                  I ordered cheese Burst pizza and burger from Zomato on 15 september 2021 from phone no. [protected]. Instead of cheese Burst what I received is veg pizza plus the quality of base was so worst . It was so hard to eat. In addition the packaging of burger was worst. The burger get sticked to packaging. It was gift from me to my friend. It was wastage of my time money and emotions. Now I have to order something else for my friend which will cost me double. When I asked for refund Zomato declined it. I want my complete refund. My order number is [protected].

                      Hi, I have placed the order on zomato. Order number is [protected]. The description on zomato said serves 1-2 but i got a small pot barely enough for one person. Zomato denied refund or any compensation apart from feedback to the restaurant. This has to be solved.

Got burned kulcha and dosa, when I complained customer support told me to send picture, I send burned kulcha photo, but again he(Mr. Shiva from zomato) told send me all 10 kulcha photo srperately, discuss 45mins.                             K ordered mutton Rogan Josh for the amount of 535rs and they sent me chicken which I don't eat... I tried to raised complaint and ask either take this order back and send me my original order or either return my full payment however they offered me promo coupan for the amount of 267rs which doesn't make any sense to me.                               Zomato vallet come to door but I have not received any call from your zomato rider and he cancelled the order after I received in my hand, he get back order from my hand and cancelled it and I request 3 to 4 times if you reached here then please give me my order but he cant.

                                I had ordered Tawa pulao from Rasranjan. My delivery boy has pick up order but I called him for delivery he told me that.. He has another order and he will pick up order and then he will decide where to deliver.
                                I told if order getting delayed then cancel my order delivery boy told ok then cancel order. I had word with Zomato executive Mr Abhishek I told him cancel order and refund full amount he also agree that order delayed but he cancelled my order and did not refund me my money. Please take necessary action and refund me my amount.
