Your company is so insane that they just fool the innocents .
We have ordered manchurian gravy from chopsticks restaurant and after an more than an hour of waiting and tried calling your rider we were not responded back . Nd then suddenly received the notification of order veing cancelled framing us guilty for not receiving the call and the reality is that we didn't even received any call . We were charged the total sum as cancelation. Is this how you guys treat your customers. I swear i m not gonna use it ever again nd would also let my known ones to boycott it .
You guys just charged us for no reason and even the food wasn't delivered nd fault was all yours cause we tired reaching uh but you accused us of being out of reach . Liars in the name of big brand total fraudd.. gonna give you the worst ratings.

    I received fatal food. I ordered chicken chilli and butter naan from Ram Babu Hotel and Restaurant via 'ZOMATO' app. But that restaurant delivered me pathetic quality food there was a lot of stones and iton particles spread over butter naan. If I shallow any single bite then it will be fatal for me. There were at least 50-100 iron particles with sharp edges. Chicken chilli was stale It was smelling very bad. I am not even able to shallow a bit.

      Hi had placed an order from kinki restaurant yesterday ([protected]) for a total of Rs. 2510 through Zomato. One of the items (Shanghai veg dimsums Rs 300 plus taxes) was missing from the order for which I reached out to customer support where the Zomato agent said to leave a review for the restaurant as he isn’t able to issue a refund. When I asked him if he could escalate to his supervisor, he said he isn’t authorised to do that. Then I asked him where do I complain about Zomato he said just leave a review. After much back and forth and me asking if I need to go to consumer court he said he is escalating but there is no reference number. Zomato advertisements and backing up their claims is highly inconsistent with them duping clients. Now I’m not sure how I’m supposed to get a refund issued? Zomato effectively just washed off their hands saying write a review for the restaurant which I did.

          This zomato guy was standing on road. After pressing lots of horns from my car i stand by him and asked him to give a side and suddenly he started badly abusing me and hit me on road. People from cross road have seen the fault of this guy and argued him and he left away. Kindly help to place F.I.R as i dont have any other detail except his bike number and his photo. Kindly take proper actions.

            I had ordered 2 Pizzas from Sbarro, the delivery was clearly mishandled and the box was kept on one side and the pizza was completely crushed and messed up. Upon reporting this to Zomato support through the app, they said there is minor spillage on 1 pizza and the other is 'edible' and only refunded 1 amount.

                I have ordered double egg fried rice from moms hand restaurant earlier today.I believe that food zomato is always at its best.But yesterday was a disgusting experience because I got bad food.The food is raw and uncooked and it is stale having some foul smell.iIt was unfit to eat.Im very disappointed with the experience. Hope you can resolve my issue as soon as possible. And I'm hoping for a happy reply from your side.Hope I can get my refund of my money.Beacause it was waste of my money.so please consider this issue and give me rrfund

                  I ordered the kheer on 01:09 am and they are telling me that the Valle is not assigned yet on 1:50 because I asked for it they are not even try to tell me that . Thats not my fault that the valle is assigned or not . That ur work . I m paying u more than the kheer worth . I already paid the payment because I m hungry and I am not in city .                     I have orderes chicken biryani from bahar biryani care. I got stale and uncooked food. It was unfit to eat. It was a disgusting experienced. I have been writing this to zomato support executive but they just saying we are sorry sorry that's it. So please consider my issue and solve it as soon as possible. So please give me my refund.

                              Yesterday morning (01 Sep 21) I was wanting to place some order for food. I selected Zomato app. I happened to select one item, namely 1x Butter Masala Dosa from Gokul Oottupura. I only selected it. I did not finalise my selection. I did not even get an opportunity to review my selections and also to select the mode of payment. But alas, as soon as I selected this Masala Dosa, the app confirmed the purchase and placed the firm order. The money was also debited from my PayTm wallet. My order number was [protected]. Restaurant restaurant Gokul Oottupura. Date and time of order: 01 Sep 2021 at 8:57 am . Item delivered: Butter Masala Dosa costing Rs 210.50.

                              Since food orders are generally not cancellable, I was lumped with the above food item, much against my satisfaction.

                                      Hi, I'm Rahul Today (31/08/21) unfortunately i ordered food from zomato and also subscribed for zomato pro. I ordered food 3 items (1 chicken jumbo biryani, 1 tandoori full, 1 grill chicken) from lucky restaurant miyapur via zomato at 12.45 pm. The food is delivered at security gate bcoz of covid precautionary terms when went to take delivery at the security gate i found that the only chicken jumbo biryani is there then i called the delivery boy regarding it he told me he took the packet given by restaurant, please complaint to customer service. i contacted customer care explained the situation, by the way, zomato customer care is even worse than their delivery service. This customer executive told me to wait he will check with the restaurant manager. i have been waiting for 20 mins and i am asking him about food, i dont understand im only getting apologies but no resolvement. And the chat is disclosed with bunch of sorries, i really don't understand then again i contacted customer care this time they were saying the food was delivered as per restaurant so we can't refund you. So here customer is the culprit as per their statment right. i enquired security, delivery boy while i was on call with customer care all are saying only one package is delivered. And there's also a cctv proof of delivering 1 package. My only question to ZOMATO where did the food gone if it is delivered. somebody please find the missing items from the order. Here's my complaint for not providing the service assured and on the top of it accusing customer with false accusation. Money is not the matter here this way of treating customer if had faced issue by you. In this digital space i think it's easy to find where it went wrong, who is lying. so i think this platform will help me on this issue and resolve it so no other face such experiance faced by me.

                                        I am not able to apply any promo code from my account because it says promo codes are not applicable for current order for every order..I have even updated the app and tried to log in and out if it resolves the problem but nothing helped

                                        Please look into this issue as soon as possible and try to resolve it..
