      I placed an order for a pizza at 5 pm. At 5.30 PM when it showed that the pizza had still not left dominoes, i buzzed the zomato executive who checked with the dominos restaurant ( as she mentioned they were going to deliver directly) and said it would reach very soon.

      however the pizza did not arrive even by 7 pm.

      at 7.04 I received a call from this number - +91 [protected] saying that the pizza will take much longer to reach.

      I said i did not want it anymore and asked for a refund. The person hung up . I reached out again to the zomato executive who says the app shows delivered?

      this is really unethical and fraudulent.

      I have been assigned a case number 20132560 and thats it.

      it is not abt the money- but some cheap behaviour is very disturbing. Zomato took the order happily and now saying they have nothing to do with it as Dominos delivers directly!! where does that leave me?

        Bhiwani, Asian Bakery, 1 chocolate cake . We ordered the cake from this bakery on the basis of the photo you uploaded in the cake description. But we got something else. That is not satisfied. We want to replace the order right now. 😡😡😡. We are very disappointed. We are not going to order from ZOMATO again.

          On Friday 16 July, I placed an order with Haldiram, New Friend's Colony, New Delhi, for two items. The delivery time shown was 8:17. The items reached me at 8:50 - cold and the packaging crumpled.

          The reason: Haldiram delivered the order by a person on a cycle! The poor guy had to struggle with the somewhat uphill road (at places) from NFC to Kailash Hills, and the road to my house is also part uphill and tough for
          a cyclist. The delivery person (Kuanwar Bahadur) was completely beat.

          If the outlet did not have a delivery boy with a bike they should have declined the order and not also given a wrong delivery time. It is inhuman to send delivery by cycle to locations that are far and difficult to reach. Kindly advise them.

            On 10th july i ordered food and the delivery boy was not able to find my adress so i sent him my current location on whatsapp by this he got my number. Today after 8-9 days he's messaging me continuosly for friendship on WhatsApp. I am not at all happy with this. Please Zomato do something. Otherwise girls will not able to order just because our number will be supplied to others too.

                  As discussed with you customer care executive from dispute department, attaching snap where zomato confirmed that they have not received the money as the payment got failed .


                  My 1393.75 Rupee got deducted while placing the order on zomato on 18 June at 12:13 pm, have waited for 8 working days but have not received my money yet.
                  I am continuously following up with Zomato but they not reverting back to me

                  Please help

                        I have placed an order at 7:58 pm today (16th Jul 2021) from restaurant Mehfill manikonda hyderabad for chicken biriyani family pack and paid amount 516.50 thru netbanking and amount debited. Few minutes later when ichecked Zomato app, realized that order is not placed and checked out item is still in cart.

                          I order 1 X White Sauce Pasta
                          1 X Dahi puri
                          Dahi puri is melted nd there is no no taste only papdi and they tamatar on it and pasta pack in a Polly bag and its tasteless i dont get any masalaa extraa to eat that pasta . My money is totally wasted.

                                  I have ordered vadapav from your app, the order number is [protected]. I have made complaint to your agent about vadapav without "vada", they have wasted my time, mentally harassed me and not provided full refund. By telling that only vada is missing!! who eats vadapav without "vada"??

                                  This is second time I have been cheated.

                                      I m rider dwarka zone delhi of your company I m very less rating our TL so that TL is threat me & told me improve my rating otherwise your id is terminated or disabled permanently. TL is never visit in feild if they visit then totally drunk n demand any order by hook or crook.Some pet rider provide cancelled order & handover to TL. If they're not do this then rider id is permanently blocked or idel mode then can't receive any order. I m also complain to Zomato CEO mail id but can't take any action for TL.
