I recieved wrong order twice. Day before tomorrow I ordered drum sticks but I got chicken lollipop. Today I ordered black frost cake but received red velvet cake.

Ordered two pizzas from Domino's via zomato on Saturday,[protected].
The pizzas were half baked, the toppings fell over everywhere inside the packaging.
Two days have passed, no resolution either from Zomato or Domino's pizza.

used on zomato on 11th July, 2021, amount is debited from bank account but zomato site is showing payment incomplete. When will I receive the refund?

I ordered from zomato and paid from my debit card and amount got deducted but shows in zomato that your payment could not be processed. Horrible.I want my amount back.w

I ordered chicken drumsticks full but they sent only 3 . Moreover no service n no instant resolution n refund my amount.

I was searching for my food (veg tikki cheese burger)which price was RS-60 and after adding to the bill the price change to RS-140. Shop is near by me 1-2 km aprox from my house instead of that they are costing me RS-40 as delivary charges and remaining as TAX. Such a cheap I am getting it's better to go and bring it from shop itself

We ordered 2 chicken burger combo, 1 fries cheesy and 1 chicken wrap. Payemet was done via paytm linked to zomato.However chicken wrap was missing. Hence when called to Valet Rupesh he replied that this is not his concern and they should call Burger King directly. We have lost money.
Apart from that trust on zomato is also lost.
If food is delievered then it is responsibility of valet to confirm that all items are delivered. If zomato is not taking responsibility then it is better taste we order directly from these food chains.

I'm a zomato rider and zomato has terminated my account due to order delay but that not my fault because if restaurants does not given food to me how can i delivery that restaurants not giving me my order that i have assigned to me i have no other job to do please so do activate my account I'm loans due i have to pay that I'm doing delivery on cycle how can i delivery that fast please sir activate my account

I’m messed up with the aggressive behaviour of delivery boy. He is very rude and speaks foul language with costumer.i want u to take immediate action on him.I’ll provide the details .

I have a voucher worth of Rs.500 that i had applied on my order today.

While doing payment the transaction get failed, so i have tried to change the payment mode but then it is not accepting my voucher code.

Could you please look into it and revert my voucher.?

I am. Zomato rider... I have an issue regarding my salary.. Company send it to wrong one... By mistake but... Did nt resolve it... I am. Only earner in. My family and my whole. Week earning is at. I have received no pizza and Tossin outlets at Gurgaon have no knowledge of my order.

IT is now 1.10 pm.

I have not ordered any thing from Zomato app or website still 147 rupees was debited from my Paytm wallet.

Today on 5th July 2021 is my wife's birthday. for celebration at home, I have orderered some Pizza from zomato app. I have made full payment of the billed amount for Rs. 1286/-
but when the delivery guy came to deliver the order, he has asked me extra money. He has one bill which was showing only total amount. there was no itemised bill with him
I have urged to provide itemised bill then he has asked his domino's shop to send on phone. when he received the itemised bill the I have found that there is one item of which cost is different (higher) than wat mentioned on the zomato app. As I have paid through Zomato, so have not agreed to pay extra amount.
at last Zomato support tole me to cancel the order.
Its an error from Zomato. Zomato showing different prices than the prices listing at the billing price of domino's menu.
Instead of taking responsibility of different price, Zomato support team asked to cancel the order.
Because of this error by Zomato there was price difference issue.
And by all this, my wife's day got wasted.
