My id FE1180555 When i was delivering order (order id [protected]) my vehicle tyre was punctured, i called customer immediately i told to customer about deley, but customer doesn't agree for deley, the order was cancelled by customer, but the cancellation fee RS 619 was cherged for me... that was not fair sir please look at this sir...
The cancellation fee was greater then my full day earnings,
I have a family and my family depends on my earnings only,
We are also humans and we work hard in this covid situation.
Finally what I'm telling is my vehicle was tire punchered while delivering ordsr, I'll inform customer immediately about deley, but customer not agree for deley, so canceled the order, I'm not cancelled the order...
Is there any mistake from my side?
This is second time i got penalty for no mistake from my side..
