My order is showing incomplete payment. Even though the amount has not been deducted from my bank account but I'm afraid that it might get deducted so please cancel that. I even contacted with That resturant they are saying that such order has not been made. So please cancel it...

        I have been running behind Zomato since February 5th 2021.
        There were total four transaction out of which three failed.
        However, my amount has been debited twice and Zomato has just been sending me the same copy pasted mail not checking history at all.

          Hello,

          Zomato blocked my account without informing & I sent several mails but they not responding me.
          My balance amount is stuck in Zomato wallet.
          They haven't any customer care number.
          They didn't give solution on app chat.
          How can I reactivate my Zomato account for ordering food.
          Please do needful.

            Sir I have order above orders no from Zomato at 8.04 pm it showing 47 minutes
            They're are taking extra charge for that
            Still order is not deliver my question if they are taking charges showing time then how can they change system time
            It is pathetic

              Hi Zomato,

              I ordered food today through zomato and rider was very rude today. His name was Moshin M.

              He could not come to our doorstep and asked us to come downstairs to collect the order.

              The only reason of his rudeness was that the order was prepaid and he was interested in providing a good service to zomato customers.

              The langauge used and the behaviour shown only depicts what value is being promoted at zomato.

              Desirable solution: Ask Moshin to come and meet me personaly and apologise for his behaviour.

                I order lachha parantha from Zomato but these were taste less then I talk to the Zomato assistant he said me that your is refund in your account in 5 days but there were 8 days were completed but I don't receive my money in my account kindly solve my problem

                  I had ordered chena poda 500gm from zomato, it was not taste and usually chena poda soft but it was hard, i also shared the photo but there was no response from zomato EXUCUTIVE, they are ignoring. I'm really disappointed 😥.

                    MY order is [protected].i received stale food totally and delay order food was poor quality and Hot chilli Flakes & oregano spice sprinkler both are expire and I share date on package but zomato poor help in chat support I also share snap shot but. Executive of zomato worst (JASHANPREET ) he didn't help me and this is my first order & zomato platform is really very poor chat support. Didn't help what happening with customer . How make fool customer.
                    I share snap plz see date of manufacturing & expire date 1) HOT CHILLI FLAKES MFD. DATE IS 28/10/2020 EXP DATE IS 26/04/2021 SAME WITH ANOTHER PRODUCTS SO LOOK ON IT. AND U KNOW EXPIRED FOOD IS HARMFUL & POISIONIOUS FOR HEALTH
                    So I request to help me out & refund my money...

                      Dear zomato I have joined ur company as a delivery partner but my ID has been terminated due to bcv failed kindly please activate my id or else wat is the issue I went to zomato office more than 6 times but no response even I raised many tickets through apps but no response pls do activate my ID or else refund my 400 rupees money please help me out

                        Myself sandeep yadav and I am one of our Zomato customer today I am very disappointed from your services. The delivery boy mr.abhijeet nandkumar utekar his contact number [protected], this guy during delivering food behaving rudely and also using bulger language and also giving me warning to not to order food. Even he is not coming in my doorstep he was stayed somewhere when I contact he started using bulger language . I request u to plz take strict action against him . I wants file a complaints against him kindly help.

                                  Please change my rate card and give a surge rate card. I am used a surge rate card but syluddenly zomatto changed the rate card. I can't follow using this rate card. Please do the needful.

                                  My 3weeks payout not received in bank account. Because of merge in two banks know I am cleared all thinks properly .I raised ticket to change IFSC code which chat support team is resolved. My 3 week payment is 29march to 18april .I raised tiket for that but nothing will happen. Because the date is not shown. And our new TL is not answering, I call more than 50times in his number but his number is switched off. The behaviour of TL is not good . His number is always switched off. If we in emergency where we should get help. Pls 🙏🏼 do something for my payout.

                                  And also the same thing happened with me I didn't get my 16-22jan week payout.Because of the old bank account was blocked and they are showing that the amount was settled in that account.I have provided all the documents to the TL.He is not responding anymore.
