I ordered my lunch on 19th Feb and as always instructed that I am allergic to green coriander and not to put that. I ordered from zomato. They have offer called on time or free food. Food didn't come on time. App got updated for free food. I got call from zomato team connecting to the restaurant guy. They are coming up with story some other zomato valet took the order and went. But in my phone app it says my valet is still waiting in the restaurant. Hai my name is Arun TR and my FEID is FE828417. On 18th feb 2021 (yesterday) i achieved earnings more than 400Rs . So As per the rate card i am eligible for 175Rs target pay. But at the end of the day after 12.30am i checked the app but the target pay is not showing, when i went to the help section and opened payout issues the app is showing that i haven't earned the eligible order pay to get target pay . but i already completed it. Worst service ever. [protected] is the cancelled order. They have cancelled after amount being deducted from my account. Its been 24hrs and the amount is not credited yet. I had to pay twice from my pocket because of technical glitches of zomato. Worst service....
