    I ordered food from Zomato and when I received my order the package was torn and the food inside was all spilt and dirty, I do not know how did this happen but due to the covid situation I can't except torn packages and which looked tampered and when I asked Zomato for refund as I can't consume the food as it was their mistake Zomato said they cannot give a refund and just kept apologizing . As I'm not a rich person and every rupee is important to me I cannot let this slide and want Zomato to give me refund .

    They gave me back the refund because they found out that I'm popular and can make an issue and bring down the companies grade so they feared this matter and gave the refund so pathetic.

      We have ordered a cake on my Sons Birthday ocassion, Your Delivery person Govinda Raju - Contact - [protected], has not delivered my cake, he misbehaved with fighting mode. Please take very serious action againts such persons . he left my place without giving my ordered.

        Hi, Its about order no 562081, by Swayamprava Nayak. I ordered for Claypot hyderabadi biriyani serving for 2, mishti doing 1. Instead I got Claypot biriyani serving 1 and phirni with a total order amount of 594. However, when asked about refund, they processed on a refund of 160. Completely unethical and unprofessional from zomato. Pathetic service. I want complete refund.

            I had promocode of 280 which was given to me because item were missing in my order and in my next order I spend around 150 from that promo code .

            And the remaining amount they have eaten .. I can’t see the promo code of the remaining amount

              I’ve ordered food today at 8.52pm at dehradun from chilliz restaurant and i had ordered paneer do pyaza and butter naan and i had paid zomato online and i was waiting for my order to be delivered to me and no one called me and while i was tracking that app it was written that the order has been delivered which is not true they had not provided me with any kind of order and they’ve also not refunded my money, i want a action to be taken against that boy Abhishek kumar or else i want my money back as soon as possible

                I had ordered 2 wheat bread from Sree Annapoorna, Peelamedu, Coimbatore at 5.40 pm today (19/4/21). At 6.03 pm received a call to collect the parcel. But the parcel was not what I ordered. Explained this to the delivery person and returned the parcel. Contacted Sree Annapoorna to enquire about the incident. Was told to cantact Zomato. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                      I had been ill and had been just resuming back to work to make a comeback and due to an medical need, I suddenly enter the hospital and I forgot to log out that day.. I had to deny an order for ongoing treatment and zomato misunderstood me for denial as there was no other agent who could accept my denial and transfer order. I request zomato to kindly deactivate my termination so I can get back to work from today. I have submitted my ID in the photos below

                        I ordered from Burger King on Zomato . Order no-[protected] .

                        I got stale burgers delivered and immediately called the customer support and shared images. They apologized and said they have given a feedback to the restaurant but they will not refund .

                        So first stale food was delivered and then refund was refused.

                              I placed an order with Prashanth Mess Bangalore, vide Order Number [protected] at 12:34 noon today. They are neither confirming nor cancelling the order.
                              Kindly get it cancelled by them without penalizing me.
                              Please dont keep such service providers on your list so that other customers dont get fooled like this

                                    Dear Team,
                                    I placed order from ZOMATO on 12 April 2021 at 9 PM. I waited for 1.5 hours for my delivery but did not receive it.

                                    After this incident i checked with Zomato about my order they said it is getting delivered, but then I called delivery person (Satish Kumar [protected]) for my order but he said it is cancelled and you will receive the refund.

                                    On Zomato app my order status was updated as delivered to home. But it was not the case. I immediately told Zomato customer care about the incident. It is even escalated to Domino's team but my issue is not solved yet.

                                    It has been more than 48 hours now and the issue is not solved.

                                    You need to be proactive in such cased of issue. I am not saying for 30 minutes delivery but at-least deliver the order. After 1.5 hours of waiting i did not receive the order.

                                    This is very disappointing on your part to not answer queries of customers.

                                    I want the solution for this case ASAP

                                      My money has been deducted from debit card linked with zomato with no ordering food. This is like cheating on customers n misusing personal details. What kind of scam is this. In that case I am not gonna link my card or account with zomato. Not gonna use the food app
