    My money 333.6 was autodebited from my paytm wallet by Zomato at 5:14pm. I didn't place any order.

    I want a refund of rs. 333.6 to my account immediately

    There are no order details. I talked to paytm they said to talk to Zomato for a refund. Zomato says they didn't receive any money.

    My money has just gone.

      I paid 800/- to join zomato as a delivery boy but after reciveing payment they didnt activiate my id and just msg me up that kindly re submit your DL so i submmitt soft copy of that still more than 48hr lost and not having a single revert from them. in the name of profile verification they take more than 48hr and still its in a pending status...

          I am a regular zomato user mobile no. [protected] Abhishek Gupta. Until yesterday I was able to place cod ordes but now cod is not showing although on another device same Resturant with same food order at the same delivery address it’s showing the option of cod.
          Zomato why is cod option from my id is not showing?? At least explain

              I ordered food...Order declined by shop..but Zomata customer care executive bot processing refund ..they are trasferring chat frpm one person to another...
              EVEN THE THE LADY FROM THE SHOP SAID I WILL NOT DELIVER ODDER ON YOUR ADDRESA AND I WILL NOT CANCEL AS ZOMATO COMPANY ASK MONEY FROM ME...I EXPLAINED WHOLE CONCERN TO YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.THEY ARE LYING AND DINT REFUND MY AMOUNT...PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT AS MY MONEY IS NOT FOR WASITNG...IT IS HARD EARNED...REFUND MY MONEY..MY PRDER ID IS [protected] and it is paid via card...please refund my money...and the customer service of zomato are worst...people ar epassing time and trasferring chat from one to other person to person...first was gyanendra then riya then suddenly a special team person came no name mentioned and he was forwardng continuouslt fake automated apology messages..I said please refund my money mistake was of pwner of shop not mine

                I’m a new joinee to this platform of service and after the 3rd of started delivering orders without getting a single complaint, the team zomato suspended my account stating BGV failed . And TL can’t get connected, no response from chat team about what was the actual issue, how to recover my ID ?

                I expect Zomato team can atleast respond to my concern here, as i was very much indeed to work on this platform .

                    I’m a Zomato Delivery partner, Worked for 3days after getting profile verifications and all done, on the 3rd day end all of sudden, they suspended my account by showing BGV failed and no contact number provided to discuss further . Tried calling TeamLeader support and it saying Try calling from Regustered phone number where i tried from that number itself .

                    Hereby i would like to know, in what situation my profile got suspended? What should i do further to get activated as i have already paid the registration fees and even having a weekly payout left !

                      I've received spoilt expired old stock food from the restaurant. The food was completely spoilt and had been given to us so that the restaurant can make a profit and not waste the expired food. Me and my parents were severely sick because of food poisoning .I want refund for this order as it was totally spoilt and made me sick.

                          Hello, i am newly delivery partner in zomato my question is why my id has blocked? i didn't do any type of mistake, i also gave orders time to time to customers and i also didn't cancel any order but itoday i cancel only 1 order bea use i dont have bag 🎒 and also today is my last day to collect bag and tshirt so after cancellation of that order i collet my bag and tshirt from janakpuri branch and if i do any mistake so plz let me know and plz unblocked my id plz i am requesting for this please...🙏

                                I ordered desert from Warm Oven and paid Rs.348. while ordering, the place was open for orders. After a while I checked the app and in the history of orders, it states that my order hasn't been processed and the place is also not taking order. I called the bake house and they are not answering too. But the money has been deducted from my Gpay account.

                                      I ordered food from Zomato and when I received my order the package was torn and the food inside was all spilt and dirty, I do not know how did this happen but due to the covid situation I can't except torn packages and which looked tampered and when I asked Zomato for refund as I can't consume the food as it was their mistake Zomato said they cannot give a refund and just kept apologizing . As I'm not a rich person and every rupee is important to me I cannot let this slide and want Zomato to give me refund .
