My name is Subhash, my Zomato Partner ID is FE993455. On 10 Feb 2021 I completed my dinner order payout of Rs.195.02 and as per rate card I was to receive Rs.120 as target payout incentive. I did not receive any incentive of that day. I raised a support ticket. They said I was not elible for target pay. Sometimes they said they can check my order payout as Rs.195.92, sometimes Rs.196, sometimes 167.25 and sometimes Rs. 84.13. They people cannot stay on one figure. I logged in between 7pm to 12 am. I usually do a part-time during this shift. On thet day too I logged between 7 to 12 and also earned Rs.195.02 as dinner order pay. These people are denying me everytime. What action should I take. I cannot let a penny go as we riders know how hardly we arn this money. Following are screenshots of the app. You can see the timing between my trips and money earned per trip.

Updated by Subhash Bhandare Firstly they trated my dinner pay as daily pay. Then they say dinner timing is 7.00pm to 11.59 pm and also messed with the payout figures. Now, they are saying it's 7.00pm to 11.00 pm. Is it a coincidence that I am receiving less orders after posting the complaint? Not sure.
