I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering
The issue that I have experienced was: today i ordered a waffle from the belgian waffle co
the order took more than 50 min to deliver
the delivery guy was roaming around for 30 min after picking up the order from the restaurant
the delivery location from my home to the restaurant was around 1.5 km
when i called he said that he was in my street only but in the app it showed somewhere else
after waiting for that long time i received the food with torn package and leaked icecream inside it and waffle became fully melted and was leaking
It occurred on: 7/04/2021
i just want my money back this is totally unfair it was the problem with zomato delivery guys or restaurant
