I joined as a zomato delivery partner three weeks ago. Now it shows that my ID has been disabled due to BGV failure. I don't know what happned or why this happened. Its not fair to disable or terminate an employee suddenly without any notice and without a proper reason. I uploaded all original documents during joining time and all the information I entered during joining is correct. Still this happened.

    Today I ordered chicken biryani from the hyderabadi biryani house jabalpur.The delivery boy came for the delivery and delivered wrong parcel to me.I tried to contact him several times but his phone is going busy .He could have came back and take the wrong parcel and can deliver the correct one but he did not do it.Please look into the matter.I am jabalpur residents haathitaal colony jabalpur.

      My order order no:[protected] was canceled by the delivery agent claiming that the delivery guy had called me and i had not picked up.this is completely false since i received no missed call and previously no delivery agent had any problem reaching my adresss.when i enquired regarding the refund zomato said that they were unable to do so since it was my fault that i had not picked up my phone

            I ordered 2 items to zomato.. I didnt get any call from them.. To the phone we got that 2 items are delivered.. But it wasnt delivered.. Response is very bad.. Very bad about this.. They deliverd it some where on road..but from zomato we got the message that 2 items are delivered. [protected]

              I ordered food and it got confirmed but after waiting for 45 mins at the time of delivery they cancelled it saying can't deliver it.
              And the time it got cancelled no other restaurant available for order

                I has ordered 3 items from zomato dominoz on saturday 6 th march at night and it is still not delivered and you are not refunding the money and i need the money back and not the order.

                  Didn't receive my order and zomato showed it delivered

                  I lost my 608 rs the deliver boy’s phone was switched off all the way and is switched of[censored]ntil now. I have not recieved my order since saturday on the day I placed. What the hell is happening? My order no is [protected] and [protected]. I emailed zomato support but nobody is replying....

                    Ordered the food they delivered wrong food. While collecting the delivery boy I asked about it as I know everytime I ordered from the same restaurant. he agreed restaurant delivered wrong food. He suggested to call the restaurant I called them they told yes wrong order delivered we will refund the amount...

                    But the zomato lazy people closing the complaints with out verifcation. Dont know why they are doing this kind of things ...

                              Dear Team,

                              On 04-MAR-2021, at 7:53PM a transaction of INR 175 happened from my paytm wallet to Zomato media pvt ltd without my knowledge. The details of transactions are wallet transaction ID: [protected] and order ID: ZTD-21-8850D9C12E43A.

                              I had not made any such transaction. Upon contacting PAYTM customer care via phone, they have informed to contact Zomato as this was an autodebit transaction requested by zomato.

                              Since there is no customer care number present for zomato, I had lodged my complaint on same day using "report a fraud" link on their website for which an autogenerated email was received on my registered email ID stating that they will review and get in touch with me. However there was no complaint reference number generated for same.

                              Till now no one from Zomato has responded on this suspicious financial activity from my account.

                              Kindly help me on this issue as it is a serious security breach from zomato and from paytm.

                                In west bengal hooghly district chinsurah chandannagar area some boy randomly joining with both swiggy and zomato id and they are misbehaving and misusing compnies asset by drink and driving, rude behavior with customer also.

                                  I placed an order at 11:57 pm and its 2:08 am still haven’t received it on top of that they’ve deducted 380 rupees from my card, when i tried to talk to owner he said sir order is ready but there’s no one to deliver. It’s so pathetic

                                      I have paid 147 rs for my order on 9th feb Upi transaction done via paytm. Paytm shows upi transaction successful. Zomato saying money not received. Complaint multiple times to Zomato. No refund still. Also checked with my bank(hdfc) and they also says upi transaction was successful by looking at the UPI reference number
