    I had been ill and had been just resuming back to work to make a comeback and due to an medical need, I suddenly enter the hospital and I forgot to log out that day.. I had to deny an order for ongoing treatment and zomato misunderstood me for denial as there was no other agent who could accept my denial and transfer order. I request zomato to kindly deactivate my termination so I can get back to work from today. I have submitted my ID in the photos below

      I ordered from Burger King on Zomato . Order no-[protected] .

      I got stale burgers delivered and immediately called the customer support and shared images. They apologized and said they have given a feedback to the restaurant but they will not refund .

      So first stale food was delivered and then refund was refused.

        Now I have very much need of job and this time I will not disappoint the company

          Zomato charged the money for food and did not deliver as promised. In addition they have a pathetic customer support is of no help. Asked for refund several times with no response.

            Dear Team,
            I placed an order with Prashanth Mess Bangalore, vide Order Number [protected] at 12:34 noon today. They are neither confirming nor cancelling the order.
            Kindly get it cancelled by them without penalizing me.
            Please dont keep such service providers on your list so that other customers dont get fooled like this

                  Dear Team,
                  I placed order from ZOMATO on 12 April 2021 at 9 PM. I waited for 1.5 hours for my delivery but did not receive it.

                  After this incident i checked with Zomato about my order they said it is getting delivered, but then I called delivery person (Satish Kumar [protected]) for my order but he said it is cancelled and you will receive the refund.

                  On Zomato app my order status was updated as delivered to home. But it was not the case. I immediately told Zomato customer care about the incident. It is even escalated to Domino's team but my issue is not solved yet.

                  It has been more than 48 hours now and the issue is not solved.

                  You need to be proactive in such cased of issue. I am not saying for 30 minutes delivery but at-least deliver the order. After 1.5 hours of waiting i did not receive the order.

                  This is very disappointing on your part to not answer queries of customers.

                  I want the solution for this case ASAP

                    My money has been deducted from debit card linked with zomato with no ordering food. This is like cheating on customers n misusing personal details. What kind of scam is this. In that case I am not gonna link my card or account with zomato. Not gonna use the food app

                        I have recently ordered in zomato and delivery boy came late and i got a cashback of Rs.200 of promocode. Which i thought o[censored]sing it for another order, unfortunately at the view cart of another order i used the promocode but had an error at the payment section . Now i haven't received the order and it is showing payment incomplete in my order list and i couldn't get my promocode back . Because of this issue.

                            Hi...
                            I ordered for 497rs in mysore at a hotel...I pay through credit card online...
                            Order not placed but amount deducted..
                            Hotel saying no order was placed
                            And money also didn't come..
                            So totally it's a scam from the company...no customer care service, no response..nothing
                            I request the company for complete refund with interest from date of money debited till wherever it takes @8 percent per month

                              My order got cancelled by zomato( payment made through upi) I’ve talked with the delivery person and he was at wrong location. I told me that this is not the location come to the location then call me. After 2-3 min I’ve got the message that my order was cancelled. Why??? This is wrong and they are saying they won’t refund me.

                                I am kaju rajput from ranchi, i had ordered food from acs lalpur, ranchi but now i have cancelled my order because or the rude behaviour of the delivery guy named as manish kumar. He called me for the address confirmation but talked very badly and it was kind of misbehave to be honest, he yelled at me very badly and when i cancelled the order because of his behaviour he cut the call after yelling at me.
                                Kindly take action against these kind of guys who do not know how to talk to a women/customer and make zomato a better place.

                                  Two months before, I have ordered a food for my friend and that was not delivered, and after entering my friend's mobile number in the second contact number, my application has blocked. I've sent the mail more than 50 times to Zomato support team... They're telling me to delete the cache memory. After installing fresh application also I'm getting the same blocked message in the application. Please do something.
