I have ordered food in zomato but they delivered with low quality.many times i have seen hair in my food.I have complained them.they accepted that and gave refund as credits but later they blocked my account stating suspicious activity.I have quality issue so I approached customer care not for the sake of food or refund.I have asked them to revert my account a many times but they didn't .I want to order foodd but they are not allowing.please help me in this case.

    I am chirag from so many months there is not available of Cod option i have talk to your service agent also but i dont have any reaction against it and the delivery boy brings the order late I need any solution as soon as it posible

        Today (20/03/2021) I have ordered food from hotel paradise cochin kerala. At time of delivery the delivery boy (Jithu Shaji) shouted with abuse words while i asked for why you late, and last he came out from his bike to hit with his helmet. I am living with family, the delivery boy shouted very badly with abused words in front of my small child and wife. I have the cctv footage regarding this issue, i will raise complaint to police station with CCTV footage if i dont get a positive response from your side. Now why zomato like a Gunda.. Soo worst situation. Very pathetic

            I ordered food from zomato and some items were missing so I contacted delivery boy as well as zomato but nobody addressed the problem. It was so embarrassing in front of my guests and had to order from nearby place to compensate food. Zomato service is so pathetic, they did not do anything about it. I want my complete refund with the apologies.

                I have deleted my Zomato account. No longer associated with them.
                Swiggy is way better.

                  I order food through Zomato at around 10:00 PM. i called delivery boy for the confirmation and he agree for the delivery its now 1:37 foos is still not in. Also there is not listner from zomoato as they are using boot based customer care center which is of now use.

                    I tried placing an order on 6th Feb for 448.50/.The payment Zomato payment page showed as 'Payment Declined'.Contacted my bank and they confirmed twice on email that the payment is correctly credited to Zomato .Even Google pay reflected payment confirmation as credited to beneficiary.

                    Despite contacting Zomato n number of times, they are not refunding the money.They send a standard robotic reply that contact you bank and wait for 5-7 days.

                      Hi sir,

                      The order id#[protected] was delivered and I kept the item at the customer place as he refused to come out to get the food. I called him for delivering the order but he was drink and abused me bad words. I.kept the order at his home and left .after 1 hour he marked the ordered food was not delivered, he was very rise and used bad words. Now the amount of Rs205 was fined for men it is totally not fair. No.safety for delivery boys . Without investigation they charge fine against delivery boy only. Please take.necessary action .

                            Hi, on 15/3/21 I made a payment to a wrong restaurant called "180 degrees Radisson" instead of "180 degrees bistro" through zomato. I have paid the latter one again. You will see two 834 amounts deducted. I want refund of the first one

                                  On 12th of March I ordered food from Zomato. Order id [protected]. They delivered smelly food with lots of oil in it. When I tried to complaint against it they didn't have customer service. I emailed them but they didn't reply even after 3 days.

                                    I joined as a zomato delivery partner three weeks ago. Now it shows that my ID has been disabled due to BGV failure. I don't know what happned or why this happened. Its not fair to disable or terminate an employee suddenly without any notice and without a proper reason. I uploaded all original documents during joining time and all the information I entered during joining is correct. Still this happened.

                                      Today I ordered chicken biryani from the hyderabadi biryani house jabalpur.The delivery boy came for the delivery and delivered wrong parcel to me.I tried to contact him several times but his phone is going busy .He could have came back and take the wrong parcel and can deliver the correct one but he did not do it.Please look into the matter.I am jabalpur residents haathitaal colony jabalpur.

                                        My order order no:[protected] was canceled by the delivery agent claiming that the delivery guy had called me and i had not picked up.this is completely false since i received no missed call and previously no delivery agent had any problem reaching my adresss.when i enquired regarding the refund zomato said that they were unable to do so since it was my fault that i had not picked up my phone
