I ordered a food online on 30th jan 2021, but due to technical issues my payment got deducted 4 times, and only one order got processed. Then I contacted zomato customer care for the refund they said I will get the refund in 3-5 business days. Which I never got. The total amount which needs to be refund is 183+183+261 rupees.
Every time i contact zomato for the refund they give me different issues and asks me to wait for the same. Now it's been 40 days.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have ordered 2 chicken biryani from zomato and i have share the snap with ur company but u people are not refunding my money my whole chicken was raw and uncooked smelling like hell it got wasted i want my refund right now

            I have order Chilli cheese burger, mushroom soup and Veg schezwan noodles in Buhari restaurant through zomato. Where I have chosen a pure veg section before ordering itself. When I recieved the parcel fue to hunger accidentally ate the non veg noodles. I was really confused with the nonveg piece with vegetable and ate another spoon too. I m a pure veg person that too on Tuesday how can you deliver a non veg item when I clearly ordered for a vegetarian dish. This is not the first time. Already one time same thing happened and they refund the order amount. But at that time as soon as I saw the food I found out that it's non veg and I didn't eat. This time I have eaten then non veg food for the first time in my life, that too on an auspicious day. So much depressed and I couldn't accept this fact. Someone carelessness leads to mental pressure for me. I need a proper answer for this.

              My name is Subhash, my Zomato Partner ID is FE993455. On 10 Feb 2021 I completed my dinner order payout of Rs.195.02 and as per rate card I was to receive Rs.120 as target payout incentive. I did not receive any incentive of that day. I raised a support ticket. They said I was not elible for target pay. Sometimes they said they can check my order payout as Rs.195.92, sometimes Rs.196, sometimes 167.25 and sometimes Rs. 84.13. They people cannot stay on one figure. I logged in between 7pm to 12 am. I usually do a part-time during this shift. On thet day too I logged between 7 to 12 and also earned Rs.195.02 as dinner order pay. These people are denying me everytime. What action should I take. I cannot let a penny go as we riders know how hardly we arn this money. Following are screenshots of the app. You can see the timing between my trips and money earned per trip.

              Firstly they trated my dinner pay as daily pay. Then they say dinner timing is 7.00pm to 11.59 pm and also messed with the payout figures. Now, they are saying it's 7.00pm to 11.00 pm. Is it a coincidence that I am receiving less orders after posting the complaint? Not sure.

              There was an Sunday offer on zomato for Rs 250 incentive on completing 8 orders and 3:30 hours of login time. I completed 7 orders in 3 hours. After that I did not get any order from zomato. And they said me to get new order go to hotspot area. Then also I did not get order. I want my incentive that is my right.

                The food ordered on 25.12.2020 was all undercooked and not edible, so we asked for a refund. A refund of Rs 863.95/- was stated to be initiated by the customer service. It has not been received even after 2 months despite multiple complaints and requests via phone calls and emails in their customer service.

                  but zomato is saying it was not received by them due to technical error.. but amount was deducted frommy sbicard.
                  so i contacted sbicard they said zomato has received payment of ₹206 so they havebilled the same to me .
                  ihave provided this billing dtails to zomato. but they are not refunding my money

                    The delivery boy of your zomato whose name is manoj kumar ahirwar work in sagar gaire fast food hoshangabad road bhopal behaviour of delivery boy was very bad and very rude i am suggest you to please suspend him from zomato because he is not able to work if this type of people working in your company so no one will order food From zomato plz take action about him i hope i'll get solution of my complaint thank you.

                      Today evening a guy named suresh jakhar came to deliver my order at umed heritage jodhpur. I paid him the required amount, and asked for change. As I had no online payment mode I asked him to wait so I could go and get change from inside my house. The moment I said this, he handed me a note and said very rudely and in a demeaning manner that I don't have time to wait so you keep the change as a tip. I was shocked by this rude statment which was not required at all. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable at all. Everyone has the same right to decency and respect and such barriers should not be crossed in any condition.

                          I placed order from Zomato on 8th Feb of rs 939.
                          The order wasn't placed but amount was deducted.
                          I complaint so many times but they didn't refund the amount.
                          I even contacted my bank to see if it was due to server issue they said payment was made and Zomato has to refund the order.
                          Today is 26th they didn't refund yet.
                          After complaints they just blocked my account shamelessly without even informing me.
                          Height of shamelessness.

                                  I ordered my lunch on 19th Feb and as always instructed that I am allergic to green coriander and not to put that. The food came and with a lot of green coriander in that.I was hungry and without realizing that it had coriander, I ate that food with coriander and got rashes on my body, can Share the doc prescription also.I started chatting with the guy on the Zomato APP and he just told me there's nothing he can do, and it is on the restaurant if they want to follow the instructions or not. i have the chat screenshots also. who takes ownership of the customer? Zomato does not clearly. Now they have not got to me even when i raised it to their Sr team member.

                                    But my is has been terminated at 2019 .
                                    I tried lot of to re join and every month visiting to office, but they saying only you are terminated from delhi office . We are not able to activate your id . Let's cantact delhi office then it wi be clear!

                                        Hi,
                                        I ordered from zomato. They have offer called on time or free food. Food didn't come on time. App got updated for free food. I got call from zomato team connecting to the restaurant guy. They are coming up with story some other zomato valet took the order and went. But in my phone app it says my valet is still waiting in the restaurant. They are cooking up stories that it was delivered. My question is .
                                        1. Who took the food? wont they have logs?
                                        2. Where it got delivered ? wont they have logs?
                                        3. Okay if they are saying some other valet took and went. What they should do get that food to my rightful place isn't it? But no they didn't do that. Instead cancelled my order and given Rs100 offer promo. What kind of non sense is this. They haven't kept their promise in time or free food to customer. Even the customer care Neha lady pathetic person sending pre texted responses when i am demanding for an explanation. If you cannot deliver the food, you must know to track it and send it to me. They have deliberately cancelled my order and speaking as per terms and conditions cannot we cannot proceed on time or free offer and dodging me in every possible way. They even stopped responding to me. You are not keeping to the promise. Pathetic company thinks we cannot do anything to them. I am attaching proof of screen shot of chat.
