Highly disappointed with the service provider they in this pandemic situation don’t even listen to the consumer concerns and provide with highly disgusting & disappointing facts. My order id [protected]. Which was not at all fresh and was not up to the level of consumption it was smelly and stale. Due to that after consuming one spoon of it my child complained of bad odour from the food & heavy stomach ache. Just after that I have shared the samples of the food with the quality check agency governed by Fssai. Will definitely take you to the court if anything happens to my child. It’s now not about the refund it’s now about the health of a child who is suffering because of your bloody ###. You will bloody have to pay for this.

      Today i ordered food from zomato. And it was prepaid order.Delivery boy called me for location..i clearly gave information of my location but he never came to my place. When i compained to zomato thru chat they said amount cannot be refunded.

      Delivery boy was not good. I have not rcvd my food why should i pay if i have not rcvd my food.

              U have choosen 4th class, ###, valueless, people, so now we have decided not to choose u... While supporting these cheap mentality cheap so called politician Swara Bhaskar, u have proved that u support the slogan "BHARAT TERE TUKRE HONGE INSH ALLAH INSH ALLAH" ... Shame on u Zomato. U think of dividing our motherland. And another thing, it seems only Swara and her dirty gang of Bollywood r ur CUSTOMER ... Then OK, serve them ur food .. We don't have any need o[censored] ... The whole world knows who is what ! Who spreads hate and who spreads dirt ! Fighting against her dirt is equals to spreading hate only for her and u Zomato. We don't care. Already uninstalled Zomato. Either Zomato will go against of her dirt, or will face BYE BYE from us. Zomato dared to support those who support PFI, terrorists, riot makers and all druggies. Well done Zomato !                 Dear sir.. i ordered a cake . I paid money in advance. And hope for a fast delivery . But i want to tell you that delivery boy came after 2 hour 30min and there were reassigned 4 delivery boys [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] these are there number.. all guest gone back.. all my respect gone.. now what should i do.. i want to tell you that in a day or too i am going to go for a legal proceeding to sue you.. we are not fool that we give money to you.. the thing you did today was ridiculous.. and i am not gonna leave you.. i will take a big compensation from you.. and make sure that no body order from Zomato .. so u dont fool anyone.. and... And so it is just to inform because you all think that we cant do anything to you.. soon this misunderstanding will go from your mind.. contact me soon..stop giving these cupon i never askeed

                  Ordered from Subway using Zomato, order number[protected]. It was prepaid and was for 19th Nov. The order arrived with an item missing which generally has a very simple resolution. I reached out to the customer care and expected a quick resolution instead it became a harassment where the customer care executive won't refund the money for the item in full and won't even let me talk to a supervisor. 2 executives told me on record they are not allowed to let customers speak to superiors. So it is a scam and the helpless customer just goes round and round for mistakes they made and won't pay for. I am attaching a screenshot which clearly shows the cost of the product missing (sugarcane juice) and the screenshot of executive telling me that I cannot resolve it by talking to their superior even though I repeatedly pointed out that they have already taken a lot of my time.
                  I want this case to force Zomato to relook at their policies.

                      Zomato application is not accepting any valid and available Promo codes on the order page.

                      There is no way to speak to their customer service to get the issue resolved.

                      When there was an issue earlier with an order, where there was stale and chilled food sent by the restaurant, after reporting it to Zomato chat bot, a 40% refund was forcefully issued. Is that fair business practice? There is no concern of people's health or their hard earned money?
                      Why should I be liable to pay even 60% cost of the food, which is not even good enough to throw to a street dog, as even they won't eat it.

                      It's frustrating due to unethical practices by the Zomato team and inability of customers to be able to raise their complaints.

                          I order food from Dominos using Zomato. My payment was completed but the order status shows it wasn’t completed. Although the money is deducted from my account and even the order has not been placed.
                          I tried to contact the support team but they don’t reply. If they align some executive, he/she asks to align some other person and then unfortunately no on is aligned.
                          Clearly, there’s no one to talk to if we come across some issue.

                              The Cash on Delivery payment option has disabled on my account for many months now.
                              I have made several successful orders using the online payment method but my Cash on Delivery option has still not been unlocked.
                              I am not even aware why it was locked in the first place.
                              I have written to zomato feedback multiple times but no reply has been given to me regarding this.

                                  I cancelled the order within 5 minutes of ordering it. I talked to the restaurant and they were fine with cancelling the order since it was not prepared yet.
                                  However, zomato charged the entire amount of the order as cancellation fee and did not refund it even after multiple requests. They forced me to surrender into their fraudulent and faulty company guidelines/rules to cancel the order and get zero refund. I did not want to waste food and so had to cancel. Who charges the entire amount as cancellation fee even though the food was not prepared ?

                                    Upi refund from zomato

                                    This is the issue of 13th march 2020.

                                    I have applied for the zomato gold.
                                    Which at that time they were giving on 50% discount for a year.
                                    I purchased it for 899 via google pay.
                                    But as the time flies i have not been able to use it.
                                    Later i decided to file a complaint.
                                    I mailed zomatogold team and explained everything in detail.
                                    And they took too much time in responding with the subject...
