On 22nd July 2020 we ordered food from Taco Bell via ZOMATO, the bill was rupees 1011, after payment was made, we got a message from the bank saying that the money had been deducted but at the same time we got a message from ZOMATO saying that the transaction had failed. After somehow getting into contact with someone on the zomato chat help, they assured us that the money would be returned to my account within 5-7 days. However it has been 10 days and there is no sign of the money, moreover the people in the Zomato chat Support initially start talking to me but when they realise the issue is about the money not being refunded, they conveniently respond with ‘ please wait while we transfer you to an agent who specialises in these cases ‘ after this point NO ONE comes to help me with my problem and I am automatically redirected to the automated chat!! It’s very disgusting that they do not even have the decency to tell me where my money is or at least give some genuine support on the chat !!
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
