I have made order on 18 June through app order no [protected].butsuddlenly got mail order is cancelled due to the phone not reachable but my phone was in working condition and is in network area. I don't receive any call. If they have called me n my phone was not reachable then I have surely got message regarding call being missed. That is what I get everytime if my phone is off or not reachable. Secondly if the phone was not reachable then he can ask society guard he will call on intercom the add n flat no is written in the address. If that too does not work then guard would have come himself. But because no one came here so guatd didn't gave option. This is complete fault at your end . I want refund of my. Money 280.51 . Whenever I am emailing u guys are sending same message again n again without reading my email and resolving it. I want my money back asap

    I waited for 2 hour. There is no response to zomato chat support. They are ignoring me.

      I've been an avid user of zomato, and so is my family as we are all working and it gets hectic. I ordered grilled chicken, and got fried, from burger King, delux colony, tolichowki. (Order number - [protected]) This is the 11th time my order had been messed up or ended up missing completely. But apart from that. There was an even bigger problem that endangered my health. The chicken was not cleaned and literally had blood in it still. I can't begin to say how horrible this is. I sent them an email regarding this, along with the pictures. In these trying times, what's the point of them sanitizing the orders if the food itself is soiled? Will money compensate for bad health? My whole family uses zomato and this is the final straw. I will have to ask as many people as possible to stay away from zomato for their own well being.

        1. Food is not delivered
        2. I was in hungry and skipped my lunch due to ordered in zomato
        3. I have chatted with zomato support for more than 3hrs with no resolution and lot of frustration.
        4. I didn't request for my money refund and requested for the same order to be delivered from same restaurant. But didn't happened.
        5.in parallel with my office work, i have followed up with zomato support team, finally no resolution.
        6. Followein up with zomato support and very delayed response and same answer without resolution.
        7. Zomato making mistakes and simply asking for apologies.
        8. Money refund is not compensate for my hungry and time.

        Its my right to know :
        1. What action has been taken on the delivery person who missed to deliver my food and what is the reason.
        2. What is the action taken on zomato support executive who didn't provide proper resolution and disconnected the chat without resolution after 3hrs.

          Alot of time the order have been marked delivered and it wasnt even delivered ! They mark it as delivered just to have the tag that the particular delivery boy delivers the food before the time stated! At first the guy used to call and tell that it have happened by mistake and kindly not complain . When we does the executive says it have been done by mistake. Once done is called mistake and not everytime done is called mistake!

            Address: The Food Banquet by Zomato

            I ordered from The food banquet restaurant in Tollygunge kolkata at 10:12 pm on 11th June 2020. I don't knw the timing but after much later the Zomato valet called me and told me he is far away in Behala so it will be very late and he can't come but I told I need to get the food as I was hungry and I need it coz I paid. The Zomato valet told he will do something and food will come. I started tracking my food on zomato and the time started decreasing from 40 mins to 36 and so on. So I thought food was coming. After 1 hour at 11pm the restaurant called me and told that the zomato valet is very far and he can't come and told me that another Zomato valet who is coming in replace to the 1st Zomato valet is also very far and the restaurant has prepared my food at 10:00pm only. So if they deliver the food I would get cold food. I told I don't know I want the food. The restaurant told me to cancel through Zomato app and I will get the money. After much thinking I did it but couldn't as in the Zomato app it was written that all Zomato executives are busy and I should mail it to Zomato email. I did it and didn't get the reply as of now nor the refund. That night only I saw it as written order cancelled in the app so I thought I got the refund but after checking the day after tomorrow I saw no I didn't get the refund. What to do? As I have mailed Zomato and in the app nothing is there worthwhile to complain. Order number is [protected]. My name is Sagar Sanyal from Kolkata.

                    Sir, i am rider and join 4 days before and today my id show suspended due to bgv failed. The verification person does not come my location for verify i inquired everyperson in my street and every person told me not any zomato person come for verification
                    Company doing fraud activites.
                    I deposit rs1000 the company does not refundig me and told this is not refundable?

After showing the concern about the inefficient services he didn't responded shirking off the responsibility to deliver the food in my hand or kept it at my door step if i was unavailable.

                              I will order food from zomato and i thought some items are missing then suddenly i cancel the order refund is not received then i will chat with support for this problem employe name ishmeet he told order already prepared from resturent so we can't inisiated refund amount sry then i told mam this item is packet item cream bun item so can you check above that she surly tell sry next question something like that my 125 rs is waste tell me sir kindly take a concern regarding this issue sir i will attached all document to you with order id screen shots

                                  I had ordered 2 numbers of coriander fried rice on 4th june through zomato, but received 2 chicken dishes instead. Got in touch with the live chat support asap and they asked to write to [protected]@zomato.com. Did the same with the pictures of the bill and the food received, but got a reply saying everything was correct and hence no refund. We are strict vegetarians and this kind of callous attitude is completely unacceptable

                                        Hi,

                                        I would like to bring to your notice that my order #[protected] - order placed with sweet truth through zomato on 2nd june was not delivered.
                                        1. The delivery representative had called and said that the order cannot be delivered due to heavy rain.
                                        2.. The restaurant has also agreed that the food was returned and they had initiated the refund. (Refer trail mail)
                                        3. But status with zomato shows as delivered, hence my refund is on hold.
                                        I paid rs597 through my card.
                                        4. I tried to contact zomato support through but did not receive a proper response and i was told they cannot process the refund as they are unable to reach the restaurant.
                                        5. It is very clear that the whole mistake is on your part:
                                        Lie #1; u told me it cannot be delivered due to rain and to the vendor that i had canceled as it is bad.
                                        Lie#2; the order is not at al delivered but show it as delivered
                                        Lie#3: u said you are unable to reach the vendor and very much they are.

                                        Better stop all your lies, stop eating my hard-earned money, and refund. At the earliest.
