Earlier i complained regarding quality of food which was worst and unedible on consumer comaplaint forum.. I got a call from zomato customer service they accepted their mistake as i sent them the pictures of the food but after few days my account was blocked without any information saying 'we have found suspicious behaviour "my registered phone number [protected]....

I have ordered food from a restaurant and they said they don't deliver the food and even my friend told the food is not good so that i cancel the order with in the next moment i place order even hotel also didn't accept my order. I want my refund or else give that cash to my wallet so that i can order something else. Or atlest give my orderd item

I'am apply on time or free, but my order to late, arround 20 minutes. I paid extra money for applying get money back, if you your order is late charging extra money ₹10. But you say not eligible refund my money, so you request you please pay ₹ 108/- for time on free pakage.

I had ordered food and instruction were not followed. When complain zomato team calls at 10 pm and argues rudely and then further no one replies ceo teams calls with half info and again is of no use they are not highlighting the case to ceo to take final cal. Everyone is rude in zomato. As a customer i deny taking such behavior and have asked for cancellation of gold membership and refund my money but no one is listening and not replying....

Worst experience with zomato today... I paid for kfc and haven't received the order... But in app it is showing that order delivered successfully... I contacted the zomato team but they are saying that they have cross checked and order was delivered... I never thought that a big food service like zomato will also cheat its customers..
