I hv done 2 order on 31st may evening and 1st June evening but both order have been cancelled due to does not deliver to your location road block unfortunately. Hence refundable amount still not transferred to amount Rs 337 and Rs 419 .pls refund my amount of my cancelled order as soon as possible

    I have ordered DOMINOZZ PIZza 2 weeks ago. The food dis not get delivered nor i got the money refund from zomato. Tomato team and executive told me to call dominoZZ OUTLET I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES BUT UNREACHABLE. Zomato is keep assuring me refund from past 2 weeks. Bt no refund yet.. i want my money back.

        I had placed an order for my mother's birthday dinner and had added specific instructions for the food to be delivered hot. No complaints against the restaurant at all. They were great. It was in fact zomato with the unprofessional agents who repeatedly simply dismissed my concern and complaint in sheer negligence. The order reached more than an hour late leaving my mother hungry who ended up eating stone cold food. I couldn't have asked...

        I ordered food from home and the delivery guy went somewhere else.
        He told me that he is somewhere 6-7km away from my home and that is the order given by the device.
        Zomato app error had cost me my meal and they refuse to provide any after service.
        I wonder how many more customers gonna end up i paying for their app testing mode like this.
        Zomato customer executives and bots both are the same while talking.

          I placed order for red velvet waffle from the belgian waffle co. And i wanted to cancel it immediately so i went and cancelled hence i couldn’t see any other option rather thn accepting whole amount as a cancellation fee i went and did that but as i had talk with restaurant even from their side it wasnt possible to provide the order as the item was not available but still i am not getting refund.

            This is prasad, im the one of person for zomato regular customer
            i given fried rice order in zomato. I paid online payment. But i didnt recevied my order and nobody can given a call even delivery person not reached to my home.
            But blindly zomato people rejected my order and even not even my amount refund.
            Zomato service person mr. Rakesh dher in chat conversation he telling simply he wont refund my amount back.

            This is what ### zamoto service is going on.
            They people cheating customers, this is the one way to again money from customers by cheating.

            Im expecting a call from zomato or elase refund my amount.

              Ordered pizza from sijis pizza street, trivandrum on 25th may 2020 at 7.40 pm did up payment using debit card and recieved a message saying rs.382 deducted from my account. But zomato screen showed payment incomplete and did not receive the order.

                My husband had ordered food from this restaurant by the name kabuliwala at chinar park (Address: chinar park, tegharia, rajarhat, kolkata, west bengal 700052) phone :[protected], +91-[protected].

                Pathetic food and an absolute ripoff experience ordering food from this restaurant sometime last month. The biryanis that i ordered were the worst i’ve ever eaten in my life. Even the dogs won’t eat that if they were fed the same items that we ordered. This place is a big cheat. They took advantage of the lockdown by selling third grade food. And it’s a shame that zomato is promoting such brands in the market simply by cheating customers by selling sub standard quality food. Such crooks should be banned from doing business with their trade licence revoked. Worst experience ordering food from this place and ordering it through zomato who are the main culprits here.

                Zomato along with this restaurant is responsible for colluding with such restaurants as they work on commission basis for every order that gets placed through the zomato app.

                My husband posted reviews several times on their food review corner about kabuliwala chinar park but zomato has been taking them down time and again and making threats to delete the profile permanently. There isn't any violation of their community guidelines as i can understand because we haven't used any derogatory remarks or tried to cast aspersions on them. I believe it is the right of every individual to make informed and prudent decisions on ordering food from any restaurants based on the review posted by individuals and the experience shared by every individual and zomato has no rights to take them down as they like just because it makes them uneasy and wary of the truth.

                I would like for this this matter to be given serious consideration and necessary action taken against the colluding parties. Both the restaurant and the food aggregator should be held liable.

                  I was given a promo code for spoiled food in zomato which was valid for 30 days only. Due to the covid lockdown zomato stopped working and i wasnt able to use my code. After zomato opened again i raised an issue with the customer service and they said they would renew the promo code but that doesnt happen and when im trying to contact im unable to do that. Very very pathetic service. I definitely want my refund back.

                    I have faced many issues with zomato back to back. But this is the recent one where i have received different order which is not ordered by me and other one was i didn't receive the order which is placed by me.
                    1. This is the order on 5th may 9 am which was ordered from 24*7. Order includes 2 poori with aloo subji and 6 lays worth 20rs. But unfortunately lays was not included in order and reported the same immediately. According to the chat with zomato customer service i got the response as the order amount will be refunded into my account but till now i didn't get my refund amount.

                    2. This is the order on 12th may 12 pm which was ordered from amul. Order include choco chips ice cream combo 750 ml, tutti frutt ice cream combo 750 ml, cassata ice cream pack of 4, frozen sweet rasamalai pista 500 gm. But i received different in the place of choco chips ice cream combo 750 ml. Reported the same immediately. According to the chat with zomato customer service i got the response as the order amount will be refunded into my account but till now i didn't get my refund amount.

                    This happens every time but the zomoto will not respond anytime. Please file case against zomato

                      We ordered good from zomato as per the order receipt attached. One of the items wad totally undercooked and inedible, eating that would have made anyone can sick. Zomato customer support was contacted and told about the issue, but they did not do anything about it.

                        I have been struggling to get my refund and when i go to chat with your agents, all i get is copy paste answers with no solution.
                        I hope you are aware that banking services are not working. I tried to contact hdfc but couldn’t. Then i tried to reach out again to the agents and this is what i get.
                        I want to ask, is it allowed to give rude robotic replies and to type in hindi???
                        I am extremely disappointed!
                        I request you to take this very seriously.
                        I’m tired honestly.
                        I want a strict action against this agent named ankit.
                        I was still typing when he closed the chat on me.
                        I want a call back from a manager instantly and a strict action against this agent.

                        And a suggestion, i think you should really upgrade your customer service executives standards, else you will lose many more customers like me.

                          I had ordered for a ' me bucket ' from kfc through zomato today at noon i. E 22nd may 2020 at 1pm from registered account number [protected]
                          But as per contents to be received in the me bucket i received only 1hot & crispy for which i had to pay more than 300
                          The 3 chicken strips were missing. Very pathetic experience i had goosebumps to eat the one piece received as skeptical on what really happened. Extra dips and 1hot & crispy is what we received

                              I placed an order for a pizza from dominos through zomato app, the pizza i ordered wasnt available at the dominos outlet at that moment and they called me to change the order or cancel it, i told them to cancel it, they told me they cancelled the order, but on zomato app i was still seeing that the food is in the kitchen for an hour or more, then later it said that it has been delivered, while i didnt receive any order neither did i get any refund.

                                    On 08 april 2020 i placed order on zomato from restaurant pizza peddlers for amount rs244. Orderid [protected] & orderid [protected]. (All proof attached and systematically explained)

                                    I apologise as this will be very long to read so, i will highlight now and provide detailed explanation at the bottom.

                                    i received a call from delivery boy saying that since there are 2 orders from me, he will mark deliver and hand over to another delivery boy.
                                    surprised, i ordered only one but in app there are 2 orders.
                                    tried zomato support chat, only bot no feature of cancellaation. No human behind it hence i couldnt explain.
                                    called restaurant no but it was fake number provided by zomato.
                                    with no choice i called the other delivery boy who was supposed to bring 2 orders and explained him that zomato did mistake.

                                    delivery boy accepted and told he cancelled other order and told i will get refund. And he gave me only 1 order.

                                    i mailed zomato and raised the issue but they are not refunding me despite giving me only 1 order they charged for 2.
                                    i gave them 1 month time to sort out with their backend technical team and give me refund. But even after 1 month they are denying me. Hence i am complaining.

                                    -i have proof for everything. Even a kid with common sense after refering to the labelled images will know that issue is with zomato. Please fetch all the images.

                                    Points to be proven:
                                    Point 1: payment bug is from zomato side i have not intentionally placed 2 orders.

                                    Point 2: no means to resolve/remedy situation when error was occurred from their end.

                                    Point 3: incompetence, and failure to provide refund and compensation even while sufficient proof, explanation and maximum cooperation from my side is given.

                                    Brief explanation:-

                                    -i have mentioned that i had placed only 1 order. Let me explain how there were 2 orders and proof that it is zomato's payment bug.

                                    - usually during payments, most of the times it will not be successful in 1st attempt, hence after some time zomato app asks me to hit retry payment (Ref. Attachment proof of common occurence payment failures 1, 2). Same thing happened here.
                                    But now without my knowledge 2 successful payments were done while zomato displayed me that payment failed i had to retry.
                                    Later in call with representative they argued that i intentionally placed 2 orders. Let me disprove it.
                                    Due to this error, there were 2 orders generated orderid [protected] & orderid [protected].

                                    Now please fetch attachment (Zomato promo code terms and conditions, time when order placed 1, 2 & zomato promo code 1, 2)

                                    You can see that i have used promo code which gave me rs70 discount.
                                    Now read the terms and conditions of promo code. It says this code can only be used only once in 60 minutes every restaurant. Now refer to the time when order was placed.in both "time when order placed 1, 2" screenshots you can see that it was placed at 08:10pm. So, if i human had placed 2 orders intentionally/manually, then it would be impossible to apply promo code for 2nd order.
                                    And look both the orders are placed at exact same time. It is impossible to place 2 orders with promo code. This is proof that it was bug from zomato app.)

                                    Hence i have proven point 1.

                                    -next, meanwhile i tried to reach out chat support but only preloaded messages from robot were displayed. Hence i tried calling restaurant no provided in topmost right corner in the app (Refer time when order placed and fake restaurant no) but the receiver said this is not restaurant number and he is always being harassed.
                                    I dropped a mail hoping that they will cancel it soon before it it delivered, (Ref mail 1, 2) but they did not cancel order.

                                    Hence i have proven point 2

                                    - the rider 1 called me (I dont remember names) and told i had 2 orders and since it is same address, he is marking it delivered and will hand over to the rider 2.
                                    - this is the time i actually understood what was going on and tried to get in touch with zomato but failed.
                                    - since i couldnt get in touch with zomato support or restaurant, i called rider 2 and explained that it was not my mistake and cancel the extra order.
                                    - rider 2 assured me of cancellation and said i would get refund and he delivered me only 1 order. I dont know what he did with the order rider 1 had hand over.

                                    - i tried to mail the customer support for refund of the other order but they denied saying that in system it is showing that order is marked delivered for both oder id and refund is not possible.
                                    (Refer attachment mail 1-6)
                                    - i told them to call me.in call the customer representative kept me in conference with rider 1. I explained everything. When customer representative asked rider 1 did he deliver to my location, rider 1 said he came to my location and delivered. He started lying fearing that he will be punished or penalized for handing over the order to rider 2. Of course he will lie. Who will tell their boss that they have not performed their duties?
                                    I told the same. Rider 1 in restaurant itself had marked delivered and handed over, so in conference i asked him to describe my location or what instructions did he get from me to come to my location, since it is difficult to reach my locations without instructions. He was not able to prove it. But kept insisting that he had delivered.
                                    Customer representative called rider 2 and he said that there was only 1 delivery.
                                    It takes 40 min to come to my location. How come when restaurant finished preparing food at same time, one was marked delivered 40 minutes before and other 40 mins later? Doesn't this prove that rider 1 sitting at restraunt had marked it delivered?
                                    Now i and customer representative came to agreement that since rider 1 cannot be trusted, customer representative will forward it to his backed team, there they will
                                    "determine rider 1's location at the time delivery was marked successful".
                                    I was happy with this proposal since this will bring out the truth. And replied that i was eagerly awaiting their results from backed.

                                    Hence point 3.

                                    Now 1 month has passed. I have given them enough time but no refund. They are mailing me and calling me harassing me to give me details.
                                    I should explain this from start? I told them to refer trial mail and even explained to them. But every time it is new representative and they dont resolve my issue and keep harassing me.
                                    Just how many times can i explain whole thing? I am done with them.

                                    They are employing delay stratergy.

                                    I request you to please resolve this issue and bring me justice.

                                      I ordered a pizza cheese blend sauce 1kg pack. The pack delivered was just getting expired in 9 days from the delivery date. Even the color of the sauce was getting yellowish as it was getting rotten. I did talked to customer support to change the product with a latest manufacturing date or return the product. But as zomato is kind of selfish and fraud company nowadays they refused to change or return the product. Now the product is a complete waste of money for me as i cant eat a rotten product. Very very shameful for zomato. I will never order anything from zomato.
