I will order food from zomato and i thought some items are missing then suddenly i cancel the order refund is not received then i will chat with support for this problem employe name ishmeet he told order already prepared from resturent so we can't inisiated refund amount sry then i told mam this item is packet item cream bun item so can you check above that she surly tell sry next question something like that my 125 rs is waste tell me sir kindly take a concern regarding this issue sir i will attached all document to you with order id screen shots

    On time 6.00 pm. I order a cake different and i got a different cake so please take some action again zomato complain other wise i will file a complain in police station and write a report to media

      I had ordered 2 numbers of coriander fried rice on 4th june through zomato, but received 2 chicken dishes instead. Got in touch with the live chat support asap and they asked to write to [protected]@zomato.com. Did the same with the pictures of the bill and the food received, but got a reply saying everything was correct and hence no refund. We are strict vegetarians and this kind of callous attitude is completely unacceptable

          I had order food from zomato and, i got a mail saying your order is cancelled. And the reason was that i wan un reachable. We have a strong network in our area, it has never happened that my phone is unreachable. I want my refund.

            Hi,

            I would like to bring to your notice that my order #[protected] - order placed with sweet truth through zomato on 2nd june was not delivered.
            1. The delivery representative had called and said that the order cannot be delivered due to heavy rain.
            2.. The restaurant has also agreed that the food was returned and they had initiated the refund. (Refer trail mail)
            3. But status with zomato shows as delivered, hence my refund is on hold.
            I paid rs597 through my card.
            4. I tried to contact zomato support through but did not receive a proper response and i was told they cannot process the refund as they are unable to reach the restaurant.
            5. It is very clear that the whole mistake is on your part:
            Lie #1; u told me it cannot be delivered due to rain and to the vendor that i had canceled as it is bad.
            Lie#2; the order is not at al delivered but show it as delivered
            Lie#3: u said you are unable to reach the vendor and very much they are.

            Better stop all your lies, stop eating my hard-earned money, and refund. At the earliest.

              On may 23 i ordered food, but the delivery was canceled... So they issued a refund but it has been a more a couple of days... Yet i have not received the refund...

                Zomato people auto selected for self pickup from restaurant and im pregant cant go to self pickup i every time order food online home delivery.
                And same thing i requested to the malgudi restaurant as well why automatically it got selected for self pickup where as ther was already option of home delivery with precaution.. After payment the buzzer came for self pickup.in thi rain how will i go n self pickup for instructions i called restaurant that how is this possible they tols zomato does not have delivery boys that time they auto arrange for self pickup to customers and they then don't refund saying restaurant prepared the food cant refund it.
                Means this is total harrasment for customer i paid 550 rs without getting food delivered they said that we wont refund you the money.
                I need refund of my money is not easy to earn ask them or i will file case against them.

                  Dear Zomoto Customer
                  I would like to draw your attention to the last night incidence which is a leading sacm of Zomoto team।
                  I ordered through Zomoto । I got a call from the rider Mayank from [protected] that the zomoto has some payment issue so I need to pay cod।since I had no cash he provided with me a phn pay number to make the payment, . I received a call from another number[protected] claiming zomoto and promised to refund the fist payment .
                  I made the payment as requested by them upon receipt of the order.
                  Meanwhile I wrote to customer care of Zomoto but there was no response
                  After some time I got a reply that their rider hasn't asked for the payment.
                  It was shock to me. They wrote back that rider confirmed not to receive and extra payment. I shared the number of phnay[protected] where Mayank asked
                  to transfer the money.
                  I requested zomoto team to put some senior in the conversation but they have shown any interest.
                  I spoke with Manyak he said he will resolve this with the restaurant . When I called the restaurant they refused any such congratulations with any of the zomoto rider .they called the rider. Mayank the rider promised to visit them . But then stop taking their call.
                  I called the phn pay number and got the story that zomoto rider asked him to receive the payment and than took some cigarettes and balance money back.
                  Zomoto Customer care has all details but never bothered to call the restaurant . Mr Vikas from the restaurant is still calling the rider but he cuts his phone . I have all recording of Mayank and his partner in crime so called Ritesh, this was the name given by him..

                  I request beware of this latest scam of zomoto rider.
                  If this happens to you Zomoto Customer care is not going to help you out.
                  This this not the question of money .an aware ness is required to stop such scam.

                    I made an order on 29.05.2020 amounting to 189.80/-and the payment was done through net banking. But the payment was incomplete so made an order once again but again the payment was incomplete. Two times the money is being deducted from my account.

                        I have ordered DOMINOZZ PIZza 2 weeks ago. The food dis not get delivered nor i got the money refund from zomato. Tomato team and executive told me to call dominoZZ OUTLET I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES BUT UNREACHABLE. Zomato is keep assuring me refund from past 2 weeks. Bt no refund yet.. i want my money back.

                            I had placed an order for my mother's birthday dinner and had added specific instructions for the food to be delivered hot. No complaints against the restaurant at all. They were great. It was in fact zomato with the unprofessional agents who repeatedly simply dismissed my concern and complaint in sheer negligence. The order reached more than an hour late leaving my mother hungry who ended up eating stone cold food. I couldn't have asked...

                            He told me that he is somewhere 6-7km away from my home and that is the order given by the device.
                            Zomato app error had cost me my meal and they refuse to provide any after service.
                            I wonder how many more customers gonna end up i paying for their app testing mode like this.

                                This is prasad, im the one of person for zomato regular customer
                                i given fried rice order in zomato. I paid online payment. But i didnt recevied my order and nobody can given a call even delivery person not reached to my home.
                                But blindly zomato people rejected my order and even not even my amount refund.
                                Zomato service person mr. Rakesh dher in chat conversation he telling simply he wont refund my amount back.

                                This is what ### zamoto service is going on.
                                They people cheating customers, this is the one way to again money from customers by cheating.

                                    My husband had ordered food from this restaurant by the name kabuliwala at chinar park (Address: chinar park, tegharia, rajarhat, kolkata, west bengal 700052) phone :[protected], +91-[protected].

                                    Pathetic food and an absolute ripoff experience ordering food from this restaurant sometime last month. The biryanis that i ordered were the worst i’ve ever eaten in my life. Even the dogs won’t eat that if they were fed the same items that we ordered. This place is a big cheat. They took advantage of the lockdown by selling third grade food. And it’s a shame that zomato is promoting such brands in the market simply by cheating customers by selling sub standard quality food. Such crooks should be banned from doing business with their trade licence revoked. Worst experience ordering food from this place and ordering it through zomato who are the main culprits here.

                                    Zomato along with this restaurant is responsible for colluding with such restaurants as they work on commission basis for every order that gets placed through the zomato app.

                                    My husband posted reviews several times on their food review corner about kabuliwala chinar park but zomato has been taking them down time and again and making threats to delete the profile permanently. There isn't any violation of their community guidelines as i can understand because we haven't used any derogatory remarks or tried to cast aspersions on them. I believe it is the right of every individual to make informed and prudent decisions on ordering food from any restaurants based on the review posted by individuals and the experience shared by every individual and zomato has no rights to take them down as they like just because it makes them uneasy and wary of the truth.

                                    I would like for this this matter to be given serious consideration and necessary action taken against the colluding parties. Both the restaurant and the food aggregator should be held liable.

                                      I was given a promo code for spoiled food in zomato which was valid for 30 days only. Due to the covid lockdown zomato stopped working and i wasnt able to use my code. After zomato opened again i raised an issue with the customer service and they said they would renew the promo code but that doesnt happen and when im trying to contact im unable to do that. Very very pathetic service. I definitely want my refund back.
