Hello i'm unable to apply promo code in zomato and i have been facing the issue for atleast an year and i stopped using the app since i had knowledge to make a complaint.. Kindly do the needful..

I have ordered 1 plate chole bhature and 1 plate chole kulche from imperial chaat through zomato which was delivered by zomato valet dheeraj and when the order was opened there is only 1 plate chole kulche and choke bhature is missing in the packet and now the restaurant is also not picking up the phone and valet also not picking the phone. Zomato support also not giving any response on this complaint i have the food pic also which was received. Pls help🙏.

          Product undelivered. No refund received

          I orderd 2burger and two veg wraps from burger king sector 35 chandigarh and rs 306.85 deducted from ny bank account. And food is undelivered and no refund received...

          I ordered 2 chicken shwarma + 2 lime juice + 3 sharjaj shake but order qty was not fulfil
          There was only 5 chicken shawarma + 2 fresh + 3 sharjah shake lime according to order there should be 6 rolls and 6 fresh lime and when i contacted zomato for this they told me they delievered you correct order.

            Hi all
            This mail is to let all the concerned authority about the incident occurred with a zomato rider and what is the response of zomato management. Yesterday while delivering i got a order of laziz pizza restaurant at motihari when i reached at the restaurant and was just picking up the item the person at the restaurant abused, threatened and thrashed at the restaurant and let me go outside without item even after picked up. Immediately when i report this matter to concern authority tl mr. Neeraj and abhinav sahay they started crying over me and told in a word leave the job. Ok, it's not a problem but i thought it would be better to let all the concerned authority report about this issue before leaving such that it never happens with other rider. Think a rider works for zomato day and night, in rainy and sunny days, and even in the storm go outside to serve precious customer and when behaved at restaurant like a beggar and thrown away out of restaurant and when he calls management for help he is told to "leave the job". This is not fair and listen my polite word once if you people continue to hire such unskilled, not user-friendly and uneducated person who having even the problem to understand the rider problem then one day will come your whole business will be lost due to your mis-management. Now always remember your whole business depends upon your lower level management. It means riders are pillar of your success and if you can't secure riders self respect and every time you pronounce only one sentence "leave the job" or your id will be de-activated will not push your business. Now finally, i want to say that i am leaving this job without my desire but suggest once more improve your management team.

              The prepaid order no. Is [protected], the delivery person didn't call and cancel the order and ran away with the food. The chat support team did not help and zomato app don't have any support number that you can call them. No refund received lost my money.
              Beware of prepaid order in zomato.

                  I have ordered from zomato and the order was not delivered as the delivey agents bike broke down, but after 2 hours the order shows delivered and there is no response from customer care.. Worst service, paid money but didn't receive food.

                          I orderd some food from zomato, and when i received the food it was not in a good condition, the packaging was not enough secured, and i also found that food was not cooked property its was 50% raw cooked and was not eatable, so i jst raised a complaint in the start they denied to refund and said that (We will escalate the review). And after so many discussion they jst issued an coupen of that payed amount in there app even without my confirmation. I was asking him to refund the money into my source payment mode, but they jst denied, and there is a thing to remember the refunded coupon has validity till 30 june, it means if i don't use it in that time then the coupen will be expired... That means they are bounding us to purchase over there...

                            Placed food order on zomato on 21st june 2020 night, but my order showing delivered on the app but i haven’t received yet, delivery boy says he already delivered, complained to zomato customer care, they just said “sorry we can’t refund"

                            Zomato delivery boy bluffing, he must have delivered at some wrong place and saying he has delivered to me... Kindly look into this unethical practice of zomato and refund my money.

                              The valet marks it delivered and does not even come to my place. Zomato juta gives a refund for an order stolen. They don't have proper escalation hierarchy.

                                I have made order on 18 June through app order no [protected].butsuddlenly got mail order is cancelled due to the phone not reachable but my phone was in working condition and is in network area. I don't receive any call. If they have called me n my phone was not reachable then I have surely got message regarding call being missed. That is what I get everytime if my phone is off or not reachable. Secondly if the phone was not reachable then he can ask society guard he will call on intercom the add n flat no is written in the address. If that too does not work then guard would have come himself. But because no one came here so guatd didn't gave option. This is complete fault at your end . I want refund of my. Money 280.51 . Whenever I am emailing u guys are sending same message again n again without reading my email and resolving it. I want my money back asap

                                    I've been an avid user of zomato, and so is my family as we are all working and it gets hectic. I ordered grilled chicken, and got fried, from burger King, delux colony, tolichowki. (Order number - [protected]) This is the 11th time my order had been messed up or ended up missing completely. But apart from that. There was an even bigger problem that endangered my health. The chicken was not cleaned and literally had blood in it still. I can't begin to say how horrible this is. I sent them an email regarding this, along with the pictures. In these trying times, what's the point of them sanitizing the orders if the food itself is soiled? Will money compensate for bad health? My whole family uses zomato and this is the final straw. I will have to ask as many people as possible to stay away from zomato for their own well being.

                                      1. Food is not delivered
                                      2. I was in hungry and skipped my lunch due to ordered in zomato
                                      3. I have chatted with zomato support for more than 3hrs with no resolution and lot of frustration.
                                      4. I didn't request for my money refund and requested for the same order to be delivered from same restaurant. But didn't happened.
                                      5.in parallel with my office work, i have followed up with zomato support team, finally no resolution.
                                      6. Followein up with zomato support and very delayed response and same answer without resolution.
                                      7. Zomato making mistakes and simply asking for apologies.
                                      8. Money refund is not compensate for my hungry and time.

                                      Its my right to know :
                                      1. What action has been taken on the delivery person who missed to deliver my food and what is the reason.
                                      2. What is the action taken on zomato support executive who didn't provide proper resolution and disconnected the chat without resolution after 3hrs.
