Food was ordered through 'zomato' from our home by my daughter using app in her mobile phone, and payment was done using my credit card on dec 07, 2019. But, the food was not delivered, and when complained through chat, refund was promised. But, even today, no refund is received. Contacted (Chat) 5 times so far, each time they 'assure', 'promised',... Refund.

Dec. 28, 2019: “the order was cancelled due to wrong address by the rider management team”. “yes, i understand but process got delayed due to high number of cases”. … “i have mark escalation again and refund will be initiated with in next 24 hoours and same will be settle by your bank with in next 2-7 working days.”
Feb.16, 2020: “track id ztd-19-…. Transaction status succeded amount...”. “here is payment status.”
Feb. 23, 2020: “you will get the refund in 24-48 hours”. “i will make the refund reach you as fast as i can”. “please be assured this time :)”. “i apologies to you for the delay in refund”
March, 7, 2020: “i have done what i could do the best for you. :)”. “our team will refund your money”
