My order no : ORDER NUMBER [protected] date: 18 July 2020.

i order food from Zomato, their customer executive/Runner spoke wiith me and promised me to reach the destination but he never arrived and canelled my order.

Zomato cancelled the order and told me that you did not pick up your call which is completely wrong as i spoke with the customer executive.

i lost 511 rs and learned a lesson. Never going to order from Zomato. if i have to eat i will go and collect my self or eat which is closeset to my home restaurarent.

I am jyoti arora residents in of new delhi, pitampura.

I placed the order with jiva ayurveda and they have tie up with zomato for delivery, i placed the pre paid order for my mother and zomato agent charged her the amount, by making fool senior citizen. This is not acceptable from zomato.

When i file this complain with jiva they forwarded this to zomato and one of the supervisor's visited our place with wrong representative. When we said he was not the one. We reported in his office the case is closed and said he came with the two representative, where in he came only with one representative.

I am not at all happy with this and want to file the claim against fraud, cheated senior citizen, harassment in front of everyone for chasing my money.

Today - 10th july i placed an order (Order no. [protected]) of anount rs. 676 (Paid online in advance) and rider did not deliver the order. The order was cancelled without any intimation and no refund is provided.

The address mentioned in the order was absolutely correct, however, the reason shared by zomato team was incorrect gps location, which is not my fault.

I contacted zomato senior management via twitter, however, no response.
Zomato support team clearly denied to return charges.

I don't know how to get my amount back.

Please support.

Zomato accepts the order and almost when the food is expected, they cancel the order. Both my last orders got accepted and almost half an hour later, they were closed. I wrote a feedback but no one at zomato even cares to respond. There is no one at zomato to speak to. Very bad service at zomato. Not ordering from zomato any more.

I have ordered the food on 25th June. while the delivery boy called me sir your food has been received, I said please leave the order at reception else my office is nearby location by 1 km. i will pay you 50 rs extra for the same.
but neither he delivered the food at my PG reception nore at my office & stop picking the call. therefore connected to restaurant owner he also said, that he is not picking the phone & as discussed earlier he will deliver your food at your office, I complaints to zomato through email & call, but I didn't get any satisfactory reply, while the recordings I have shared with them its clearly mentioned that they have not delivered the food by delivery boy & restaurant owner.

I have ordered 1 plate chole bhature and 1 plate chole kulche from imperial chaat through zomato which was delivered by zomato valet dheeraj and when the order was opened there is only 1 plate chole kulche and choke bhature is missing in the packet and now the restaurant is also not picking up the phone and valet also not picking the phone. Zomato support also not giving any response on this complaint i have the food pic also which was received. Pls help🙏.

I ordered 2 chicken shwarma + 2 lime juice + 3 sharjaj shake but order qty was not fulfil
There was only 5 chicken shawarma + 2 fresh + 3 sharjah shake lime according to order there should be 6 rolls and 6 fresh lime and when i contacted zomato for this they told me they delievered you correct order.

This mail is to let all the concerned authority about the incident occurred with a zomato rider and what is the response of zomato management. Yesterday while delivering i got a order of laziz pizza restaurant at motihari when i reached at the restaurant and was just picking up the item the person at the restaurant abused, threatened and thrashed at the restaurant and let me go outside without item even after picked up. Immediately when i report this matter to concern authority tl mr. Neeraj and abhinav sahay they started crying over me and told in a word leave the job. Ok, it's not a problem but i thought it would be better to let all the concerned authority report about this issue before leaving such that it never happens with other rider. Think a rider works for zomato day and night, in rainy and sunny days, and even in the storm go outside to serve precious customer and when behaved at restaurant like a beggar and thrown away out of restaurant and when he calls management for help he is told to "leave the job". This is not fair and listen my polite word once if you people continue to hire such unskilled, not user-friendly and uneducated person who having even the problem to understand the rider problem then one day will come your whole business will be lost due to your mis-management. Now always remember your whole business depends upon your lower level management. It means riders are pillar of your success and if you can't secure riders self respect and every time you pronounce only one sentence "leave the job" or your id will be de-activated will not push your business. Now finally, i want to say that i am leaving this job without my desire but suggest once more improve your management team.

The prepaid order no. Is [protected], the delivery person didn't call and cancel the order and ran away with the food. The chat support team did not help and zomato app don't have any support number that you can call them. No refund received lost my money.
Beware of prepaid order in zomato.

I have ordered from zomato and the order was not delivered as the delivey agents bike broke down, but after 2 hours the order shows delivered and there is no response from customer care.. Worst service, paid money but didn't receive food.

My order wasn't placed at all, but the money got cut from the bank and its been months since that and i haven't received my refund as yet. They had mentioned that it would get refunded within 5-7 days
