I ordered think shake from king of thickshakes, banjarahills, hyderabad but it got spilled out because of improper packing. I didn't get any refund even though i submitted the picture in support. Its already 10:44 pm when i ordered it. I can't order for another one. Hope zomato management resolves my issue and get me enough support regarding this.

I would prefer refund...

I rajesh kumar singh from chapra, bihar, today ordered aloo biryani from kolkata royal biryani house. Supply of food the worst, when i ordered aloo biryani, he mixed some small piece of chicken in biryani, we are vegetarian, and food is so cold and very bad, all of food thrown in dustbin, very bad zomato, never ordered from zomato and this restaurant....

Last night i stood 1hr at bus stop in the cold night from 9-10 waiting with my friend for that delivery boy to arrive and give me my order. Even after long wait that guy didn't respond till now (Next day) not even a sorry or text or a call. Also that guy had his phone switched off at the moment of delivering. So frustrating. After that when i cancelled the order, the app backstabbed me saying you cannot order food with cod now! Wtf! Date...

I order food to my home address but it was delivered to office location don’t know how on earth it’s possible. When asked to cancel the representative is asking me not to cancel because i’ll have to pay penalty. Why should i i have to pay penalty when the mistake is from zomato end. Even driver asked me to cancel the order and you will get refund but the chat representative is not cancelling the order. When asked for manger he is not...

An order from zomato 21/1/2020 and i am not received any order number and payment deduct from my bank. My food was never delivered. Please refund my money immediately. I have placed my order in zomato. No one delivered the order. Delivery guy is not responding. Even i tried chatting with customer care. The customer care executive named mosim. He is not responding to the customer concern. They are also not refunding my money back. They are charging hefty amount for delivery and surge price and not even carong to respond or delivering the order...

I have ordered food (Chicken chilli) on 21-01-20 from one of the zomato listed restaurant, through zomato app. The restaurant name is barbecue live, the quality of food was utter waste, chicken was not fresh and gravy is dry. I raised the request with zomato support, instead of helping they just started convincing me by saying sorry.

As i ordered a food from zomato as it got canceled after some time as then the delivery boy said tht he called me 4 times but he didn't called even a single time as then he said tht it hss got canceled from the zomato side as then when thw chat proces they said the money won't be given as back as due to there was no response from my side. Please help me out as i want the refund...

Hello, i am very heartbroken by your policy of 30 minutes delivery, do you know how much the delivery executive suffer because of this? Do you know roads and traffic of our country? You are well aware about this, please remove this "30 min" drama... I am ready to pay even if i get my food after 2 hours. Your workers are the one you and the person who ordered should be grateful for.
And i dont think people who die for free delivery...

Today I placed an order and paid it via paytm wallet, as there was no sms from the paytm so I thought that the transaction was not successful. That is why I paid the delivery man with the amount who was saying there was an issue with zomato app. In his phone so the amount to be paid was not showing. Later I saw the sms that the amount was paid through paytm. The thing is that the delivery boy completely misguided me with the payment. I didn't...

I had tried to renew my gold membership in december 2019 but though the amount was deducted from my account, the membership wasn't renewed. On speaking to the customer service through chat, i found that there was a payment gateway failure and hence the transaction didn't go through. I was told i'll be getting a refund in 5-7 days. It has been a month since but i still haven't received it and now i have stopped getting responses from the customer...

I ordered from Mithas and they picked my order. My address mentioned was
A-89, Maquette Consulting Group, second floor, sector -65, noida, indirapuram.

Mithas picked up my order only to realize they cannot deliver in noida so they cancelled my order. Reason stated - customer was not present at the address.
This is so mean!
I contacted the customer care and have followed up some 5 times by now.br...

I ordered from a restaurant called monkey's hat from zomato at approx 8:50. Food was expected to be delivered at 9:23 in the night. I myself had to enquire at 10:00 p. M in the night and the zomato executive kept lying that the order is on the way. I was fooled until 10:45 and then bluntly told the food can't be delivered and we are helpless.

I placed the order, my address was right but with my original address, 1 wrong address was written by mistake (Abc apartment sector 11 sector 25) they have rejected my order and are not refunding my money. An unprofessional person called and laughed and told me that order has been rejected and money is not refundable and he disconnected my phone. Zomato chat customer care is also not helping me.

I have been chasing resolution and refund patiently since more than 50 days. I have received a documented confirmation on the refund 9 times, including once on the initial chat commitment.

After several commitments, Very shamelessly the representative today said that no refund will be processed? This is beyond being disgraceful. Zomato is a brand, they have to keep the commitments made and not just put up their hands and say...

To whomsoever it may concern, i would like to inform that since zomato has recently changed all one plus one offer into percentage amount offer, as a zomato gold member this was not what i expected this was not informed me we don't expect certain percentage of discount in any restaurants which we easily get in other apps like dineout and eazydiner. This is not acceptable and therefore we need the one plus one offer in restaurants like before....

I am not satisfied with that because you are not giving any coupon to me and you are saying that it will reflect within 48 hours it's more than 3days ok till now nothing is solved ok and i give you that 50 coupon you just take this ok i don't need this coupon...

On 12 november, i have ordered online with orbis restaurant. I called the delivery boy to deliver but he was rude and kept on saying the order was cancelled. But to me it was reflecting that it would be delivered. After few moments, it showed the order was cancelled and the money would be refunded.

I wrote 6-7 mails about the refund at [protected]@zomato.com. They keep on saying the return is initiated but the refund is still not...

Zomato services were great earlier but now days issue of delivery any order in their application is very good and in same place in fact order is not being deliver. Unfortunately this is not a new case for me in noida and happens twice in 15days of spam. However this is not the end in my one order valet came to my door and asked to raise a complaint against restrurant that they had poor packing and food got flooded in bag and ask for new packs....
