This is wrt my order number:[protected]. I have ordered 4 pizza and 1 garlic bread from cafe 12 restaurant from zomato today (8th march). Total 5 items, but received only 4 items.in that 4, one wrong item.
My order was:
2 fresh farm pizza - ₹169 each
1 simply veg pizza capsicum - ₹129
1 sweet corn pizza - ₹149
1 garlic bread - ₹89
But i have received only one farm fresh pizza and i have received wrong order (Got simply veg onion pizza instead of simply veg capsicum pizza). While i got the benefit of zomato gold for one pizza n it was charged 0 but where is that pizza??? It is like saying "we give you this item for free because you are gold customer" and end up not giving that item.
I reached out to zomato chat helpline. They said they have refunded ₹136 for 1 missing item and 74 off on next order for 1 wrong order.
But i should receive ₹169 for missing order and ₹129 for wrong order which is actual value i have paid (I'm not even asking tax delivery charges)
Zomato chat is not even helping, they are saying they can only refund that much because i have got zomato gold benefit. Now what the hell is that??? Then why the hell on earth i'm even zomato gold customer when i'm not at all getting the benefit paying 1000rs per year???
Zomato chat executives are rude and i think they are not even humans as their response is robotic. I haven't received any of their previous refunds in my meal card until now but i have never complained as i waited, waited n got tired also i was busy in my work. Also, whenever they say they initiate refund i do not get any text message or email confirmation. When i ask them they say they do not have such option of sending email/text but actually they have.
This time this is too much because they just cheated me on my face and are not even empathetic, instead being rude as if i'm asking their money. I'm asking my money.
Give me my money back or else give my zomato gold money back... As there is no point being gold customer when i got 0 benefit out of it (Plus got cheated)
