And they are not replying my mail from 24-48 hours.
They only told we will shortly contact you.
I have also talked to the paytm they told they need a confirmation from zomato that the transaction was wrong to refund the money.

I didn't get any message or call from zomato team. I don't know how they mentioned as it's closed.

I hav ordered food from hari sandwich today 9-3-2020 around 8.40 but one of d item is not delivered but already i have paid the bill. I couldn't contact customer care about this.

    I want to complain against zomato with there team members and staff that they denying of my money refund. Order id -[protected]. I ordered dish to singla's restaurant after 30 minutes so many followup with restaurant and zomato guys they are still blank and denied to take around 1 hr. So for the late delivery i cancel the order now m asking for my money refund they denying they will not to do so.

    What rubbish zomato "hum logo se tum ho jab customers ki importance ni samaj skte to band kro apna dhanda"

    I want my refund.

      We are very surprised that you have service the food with c grade category??? We found insect in our food and this is pathetic???
      Pls. Lookinto this and comment on this??? And we need our full compensation regrading the same... Already lots of people suffer for cornavirus and you people are not worrying about the situation and provide this kind of 3rd class food along with insect??? Shame on you???

      Already mail along with attachment of images and videos but till date no responce

        This email is with reference to my order no. 219 with mobile no. [protected] (Bikanervala, janakpuri) placed through zomato on 13/03/2020 for rs. 414.25/=. I would like to highlight the following points for necessary and immediate course of action:
        1. The said product was delivered to me in a terrible packaging from bikanervala and the food was almost popping out from the foil.
        2. More than half of the shahi paneer costing around rs. 260/= was leaked in the paper bag and the paper container of shahi paneer was broken / tampered from behind causing this leakage and the naan, butter roti, aloo kulcha, roti missi, bill, onion was covered with the gravy of shahi paneer.
        3. The taste and quality of other items were deteriorated due to this leakage which can cause a serious ill health to the bonafide customer.
        4. I have attached the image of the leaked shahi panner in the package for your reference and for a immediate and necessary action.
        5. I am a new customer of zomato and this was my first and the last order as this kind of service is not expected from bikanervala and zomato.
        Through this email i hereby inform the concerned department to immediately refund or replace the order. Till then, the customer has put on hold any further purchase from bikanervala and zomato.

          I order a cake 700gms on 1st of march from sweet truth zomato and they delieverd me wrong cake. Since than they are saying that refund of 448 is initiated and will reflect in my upi soon but nothing happened and every time they are saying the same thing but i didnt get my refund till now. They are saying daily the same thing and for me 448 is a big amount which i think they should refund because it was there mistake. I request you to take some action. I want my refund asap.

            On 8th march 2020, i ordered food from malhar khanaval at 7.30pm and as a result rs. 137 was deducted from my account but food order was not placed and my money was not refunded. I really do wish my money is refunded. I have attached the screenshots of the transaction receipt and the screenshot of zomato app where it is displaying payment unsuccessful.

              I tried sending an email to the customer care over 6-7 times but did not get a valid response nor did I get an explanation from restaurant.
              I'm Vaishnavi and I want to let you know about the poor experience from Oye Kiddan. I never write long emails or complaints but this time I have no option but to bring it to your notice.

              1. Butter Chicken: It was cold. Not room temperature cold but refrigerator cold. It was stale left over from yesterday that was preserved. NOT FRESHLY MADE. Didnt even try to cover it up by microwaving the food.

              2. Chicken Biryani: Biryani was again ice cold with bits of rice in ice clumps and uncooked "pinkish" chicken pieces. It was obviously left over from day before. This time it was also spoilt. The weird smell and aftertaste you get of left over food.

              I think the mishap happened because I placed order immediately after the restaurant opened at 12pm. I went after the reviews but I'm disappointed. I have to throw it all away because theres no point in giving it away to the maid either because then she will fall sick.

              My 3 year old daughter has gone all red and has been puking for the last 15 minutes. I request you to refund me the entire amount through bank account or paytm, preferably bank account. I will mention my bank account number if needed.

                Regarding my refund status, zomato is notifying that the refund has been initiated, but the refund amount have still not been credited to my account. Kindly assist to this issue. My refund reference nos are 20200221111212801300168683860667045 for refund of rs 188/- and another refund reference no for my other order for 211/- is 30001000530052149241560. Zomato says that the refund was initiated on 21 feb, but the required amount have still not been credited.

                  On 10th march at 4:22pm I ordered three sets of pizza from fire house pizza through zomato and paid 155.50/- for the order.
                  The order was promised to be delivered within 10 mins that means approz before 5:00pm but the order was delivered after 5:15pm because the delivery boy went to deliver his three different orders before me.Even
                  After waiting extra time we received cold food and with no topping just dough and when we complained this matter to zomato they simply denied to give any service to me
                  I have screenshot as proof for whole conversation.
                  I need my full money back from them!

                    I had ordered paneer meal in patefull restaurant... Bt i received only 3phulkas, paneer gravy and dal... I dint get rice bowl. As soon as i called the restaurant people they refused to send me rice bowl and spoke to me rudely... I just want the refund... The person who delivered also refused me to get back the food... Pls take out that restaurant from the list bcoz he doesn't know how to spk to the customer... Patefull worst restaurant and worst owner

                      I have placed an order on 15th feb, 2020

                      Though i have selected current location as my pin and my phone was with me all the time at delivery location. Delivery person told me that this pin does not match with your address and hence neither you will receive the food nor money. Even after talking to customer care they denied to return money.

                      There is some issue with application and they denied. I don't understand why they need pin when we are already providing full address.

                      It seems that they are making money this way.
                      In some case, people may forget to set pin and in some cases, they have some internal software issue/bug and they simply denied to return money.

                      They are not genuine seller. Any genuine seller would have delivered the food or at least return money.

                      In my honest opinion, they should disable this pin feature and focusing more on their service to get some money rather than making money by fooling people with unnecessary drama.

                        My order vide order number [protected] was cancelled by the company executive on the grounds of my non-responsiveness whereas it was the fault of the delivery executive as he failed to deliver the same which. I have apprehension that since the order was prepaid the delivery executive consumed it. The concerned official has committed criminal breach of trust with me and complaint under section 409/406/420, etc of indian penal code, 1860 will be lodged against the managing director of zomato. Immediately refund the amount i. E., rs 616.

                          I ordered pizza from pizza hut, order was delivered by zomato. Items were missing, and pizza quality was not good, not proper packing. So, i requested zomato to take back this order and refund my amount but they have not agreed. Please kindly find the attachement of quality of pizza, screenshot discussed with zomato.
                          Even i provide another option to revise my order but they refused order as well as refund also.

                          I am member of Zomato gold but my delivery is not on the time I ordered 8:09 and I received my order at 8:56 so I want to register complaint
                          I have ordered food but wanted to cancel the order due to some issue.

                          Now zomato couldn't refunded the amount back. Zomato refused not to credit the amount and I have requested to deliver the order but cannot.

                            My name is sunil n l.

                            This is wrt my order number:[protected]. I have ordered 4 pizza and 1 garlic bread from cafe 12 restaurant from zomato today (8th march). Total 5 items, but received only 4 items.in that 4, one wrong item.

                            My order was:

                            2 fresh farm pizza - ₹169 each
                            1 simply veg pizza capsicum - ₹129
                            1 sweet corn pizza - ₹149
                            1 garlic bread - ₹89

                            But i have received only one farm fresh pizza and i have received wrong order (Got simply veg onion pizza instead of simply veg capsicum pizza). While i got the benefit of zomato gold for one pizza n it was charged 0 but where is that pizza??? It is like saying "we give you this item for free because you are gold customer" and end up not giving that item.

                            I reached out to zomato chat helpline. They said they have refunded ₹136 for 1 missing item and 74 off on next order for 1 wrong order.

                            But i should receive ₹169 for missing order and ₹129 for wrong order which is actual value i have paid (I'm not even asking tax delivery charges)

                            Zomato chat is not even helping, they are saying they can only refund that much because i have got zomato gold benefit. Now what the hell is that??? Then why the hell on earth i'm even zomato gold customer when i'm not at all getting the benefit paying 1000rs per year???

                            Zomato chat executives are rude and i think they are not even humans as their response is robotic. I haven't received any of their previous refunds in my meal card until now but i have never complained as i waited, waited n got tired also i was busy in my work. Also, whenever they say they initiate refund i do not get any text message or email confirmation. When i ask them they say they do not have such option of sending email/text but actually they have.

                            This time this is too much because they just cheated me on my face and are not even empathetic, instead being rude as if i'm asking their money. I'm asking my money.

                            Give me my money back or else give my zomato gold money back... As there is no point being gold customer when i got 0 benefit out of it (Plus got cheated)

                            Still I have not refund for my cancelled food, it has more than 7_days, just I got message indicating that ur refund has intiated, no refund amount to my account ethier zomato wallet as well, please make it consider the delay is from bank end or else zomato's end that I don't know.

                              We ordered food at chembur under order id: [protected], we had mentioned very clearly that the entire food should be without onion and garlic, where as the entire food came with full of onion and garlic, when we complained to your custoemr care ms amrata, she told she cant do anything!!! The telephone number of that vendor is not working, as a religious faith we are not eating onion and garlic, where as your team does not have any sympathy and just turns around the request and asking us that no money will be refunded, what are we supposed to do? This is a small amount but as you have collected the money and order was through your portal you are responsible for this.

                              with reference to the said complaint, Mr Vipul wrote to me that he will take up the matter and again they turned down the request to refund the money.
                              I had ordered the veg cheese pasta from bhopal food factory bhanpur, bhopal.it was so bad, no cheese is there, no taste..and this happened 2-3 times and i had also problem with my chat contact thats why i m not able to contact u.

                                The order had been placed to landmark hotel through the app. The amount of 2022 was deducted from my bank account even though the transaction was unsuccessful as shown by the by the app. The order was placed on 8 th march. 680666 was the otp sent. There was no food delivery maid nor has the amount been credited. I am looking forward to the refund. I thought that it would happen within 24 hours but it hasn't been yet. Please hep me out

                                    I have ordered two chicken dishes out of which one was good gongura chicken was to days older and rotten rotten chicken delivers from dande’s hyderabad biryani.

                                    Raised a complaint with zomato but customer care responding to send the pics after two days. Writing this complaint so that others will be cautious while ordering food. Hope action would be taken on restaurant and zomato as well

                                      I have ordered food for my friend as i am not in india i gave her number in special instructions and taking this as advantage delivery person did not deliver the food and he even spoke impolite with the people and did not make the delivery

                                      Delivery person was very rude and he spoke bad words with my female friend in call and harsh behaviour.

                                      I need a proper response from delivery person on his behaviour with ladies

                                      This incident is from last night, i ordered from burger King at 12 am and i had to face a lot problems and late delivery of my order. But the main thing was the assigned zomato executive to solve my problem was rude to me even though I didn't even said anything offensive to her. And then wrong item were delivered to me and then they said they will refund 100 rupees and I didn't get any refund. I really hope that this incident should not happen to anyone or to me in future.

                                        On 5th March 7:46 pm I had placed an order from Subway, details mentioned below. The address given is correct and has been serviced accurately on many previous occasions.

                                        The delivery partner (Kamlesh) had gone to the wrong location. Upon calling him, his attitude towards me was rude and unprofessional. He refused to deliver and asked me to cancel the order.

                                        I took this up with zomato customer care chat (Sandeep) and the response can only be described as pathetic. Delayed response, incomprehensible language, no closure or settlement. He forcibly cancelled my order

                                        Now who is at a loss ? I paid for this order, and now I was forced and coerced into cancelling the order and I lost the money as well, which apparently will not be refunded. What nonsense is this ? Is there any fair means to this ?
