high charges

First case: if we buy 500 ml mirinda drink is Rs35. but Zomato is charging Rs50 +47 taxes.. how 47 be taxes(attachment Z1.jpeg)

second case: instead buying one 500 ml mirinda, if we buy two 500 ml mirinda, 100 for mirinda drinks and 37 taxes..(attachment Z2.jpeg)

How come one bottle tax is 47 and two bottle tax is 37(same delivery and same tax, so tax should be increased if the total value increases.. but they...

Zomato is doing wrong billing to different customers ordering same product from msame restaurant with same offers(no onne ahs zomato gold member ship).

1. Zomato billing is different for different customers
2. Zomato billing is varying on time
3. Zomato taxes are different for diferent customers.
4. Taxes for Rs30 water bottle is Rs42(here water is Rs30 but actual price is Rs20)

At the expected time of call, I was in a meeting and in just 10 mins, he denied to deliver it. I requested the executive of zomato that we will pick it up, but he didn't said anything about his location.

About order [protected] i was not issued my refund. You say you can't refund because i cancelled the order i understand that but you should be charging an amount for the cancellation not the complete amount. I haven't received the food why should i pay the whole amount? And i cancelled the order in 1.30secs are you telling me the food was prepared in that 1minutes time? order payment refund for undelivered order

regarding refund amount

I had received call on 11th Dec'19 from [protected] spoken to executive Vanshika, she had offered me flat 50% off on INR 1800 Gold membership and to get discount I was given promo code ANUP8043L. Post promo code I had to pay only INR 810.
I was surprised to see that after applying promo code there was no error but didn't give me discount at all. I was cheated by your executive in the name of Zomato, and I feel that Zomato is spoiling...

The order is delivered very late i.e. at 3 pm.
As per your policy ordered delivery time is 45 min but in our case you have delivered the lunch in 85 min i.e. one hour and 25 minutes

I made online order in zomato. After order was placed, money was debited. Then i called restaurant preparing food to cancel the order. Restaurant person said to cancel the order, you need to do at zomato website only, they cannot do it. I cancelled the order by opening a chat with them. disappointment

I ordered a subway sandwich on 19 dec which was delivered to me with no aloo patty and cheese slice. I complained the zomato team for which they promised another sandwich but nothing was delivered. Till date i haven't got the refund. I have contacted them more than 15 times but still no refund. Totally disappointed with them. They gave me credits of rs 216 but expired it the same day. missing items - bad exp

Hi,

I recently had an issue with an order. The item delivered was incomplete. Ordered 500g*2 quantity of sweets. But only 500gm was delivered. Later i have to rush to the shop (Which was almost 2km from my home), the shop owner never bothered to apologize me.. However i wasted my money and time dealing with this order. I am more frustrated and deeply hurt by the behaviour of the staff there.

uncooked food

I had ordered chicken cheese momos from master of momos, koparkhairane, mumbai on 20th dec 2019. I received uncooked frozen raw chicken momos instead from the restaurant.

After 30 mins of delivery also it was as cold as ice and uncooked. They directly too it out from the fridge and without boiling it in steam just packed and send it to me.

Kindly take necessary action against this & also against such a worst...

did not refund money

My order number [protected].
I ordered my meal on 10:28 nd cancelled on 10:31 only.
I was cancelled due to taking more time of delivery.
It was just 2minutes of i ordered and the zomato refused about refunding money.
I want zomato to make my order or give my money back asap.
I would really approve if you take my complain serious as you may not want to disappoint your valueable customers.

cancellation of order

I have ordered food from abhi tiffins this morning. As i ordered wrong one.. I canceled it asap. They said that my money will not be refunded. I want my money back
Order is of 400 rs. I cant simply loose such amount.
I tried to contact through executive.. They are not helping.. I am really disappointed with this
400 is not small amount. I am never gonna order in zomato again...
