I placed an order through zomato in Kasturi mastani house (Shop 2/3, Lunawat Complex, Rahul Nagar, Opposite Kothrud Bus Stand, Warje Malwadi Road, Kothrud, Pune) restaurant for rs. 462 on feb 2, 2020 at 12:24 PM. Money was deducted from my account through google pay, but zomato was showing incomplete payment. I have also received message that payment is received by zomato. I have the payment receipt generated by Google pay of this transaction. Please look into this and try to revert back money to my account.

    I had ordered a Pizza from Pizza Square late at night on 02/02/2020 around 1:30 am. The food was amazing as expected since I order from Pizza Square regularly. But the Zomato valet assigned to deliver my order was extremely rude. He had no sense of direction and wasn't willing to follow the gps path even though he was far away. He argued with me after he reached the location and was talking in a very disgusting tone. His name is Neeraj and I don't know how this hothead has 600+ 5 star deliveries. Kindly teach him some manners. The order ID was [protected].

    I didn't recieve my order by zomato valet but zomato valet boy closed as delivered his order. Even iam unable to contact this Zomato valet boy.
    please take serious action against delivery guy and refund the money to same account and call to my mobile number [protected] for further details.

      On 1 st feb i placed order at 10.20 the order was delivered at 12 in the midnight, the exceutive kept lying to me that he near resturant however he was no where near, after 2 hrs the order was delivered.. inhad ordered paneer curry n raita whatvibhad received is non veg biriyani which due to my hindu ritual i could never eat . Despite of raising complaint zomat executives didnt take any action & remained silent & i had to sleep & i starved alll night .

        I had ordered a natural icecream pack from zomato. But just after ordering i realised, i had put in the wrong address and hence i went ahead to cancel it. They said they cannot cancel it as it was already prepared. This is not true. An icecream pack is ready to eat and needs no preparation. I understand that you have started processing the order so you can levy a cancellation fee, but charging the entire amount as cancellation is not fair for any consumer. Hence, i would like to lodge a complaint on such faulty policies.

          The delivered food was completely different from orders food... Delivered food doesn't even cost the half of ordered... Complete loss of money...
          And delivery boy misbehaving.. Rude attitude... The money have to be refunded... We are students... And can't withstand such activities of these online companies...
          I have mailed zomato twice and no reply even after 48 hours...
          Is this the way delivery boy talk to the customer... Asked the delivery boy to take back the food and he answered to throw away...

            My order num is [protected]. I never got any call from any executive and my order was cancelled saying i was unresponsive. This is a prepaid order. Was chatting with 3 of out executive who were not of any help. Why the hell shud a cust be penalized when it's not his/ her fault. I have proof that i didn't not receive any calls. U guys can't refund r reorder. N u shud run a food delivery business keeping their customers hungry. Wt crap. Anyways this is the last time me r my frnds n family will be using zomato again.. Am goin to post this on social media as well.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I'm really sorry to explain you that the order number [protected] has been cancelled from my end. Yes i really do understand how that feels when you order and do not collect the order, but let me explain. I had been a customer for zomato since years and yes we have found many mutual problems along. But solved.

              But this is very serious, so i had ordered this food just because my mom wanted and then when i ordered this, she suddenly faints and she even has low bp pressure. I'm really sorry for whatever happened, but i swear. Cant loose my mom for a food.

              I rushed to the nearby hospital and then try getting this danger out of this. I really know this is my problems, but would be really helpful if i would get something from the huge amount purchased. It would be a great help to me zomato.

                I have made an order from the zomato app at 11:18. I want my order on time so i paid extra 10rs against their "30 mins or free" offer - order id-[protected]. Then i received the order 6 mins late.in addition to that, i received a cold burger - as cold as icecream so first i complain about 30 mins or free policy and they refused to refund, so then i complain about cold food and asked them to change it with the hot one. They denied. I am giving a complaint because it been several times where they mostly don't give a solution and only says we will serve you better next time.
                And now its a kind of harassment and over the limit

                  Ordered food from KFC through Zomato app on 1st Feb.After some time Zomato cancelled my order without any proper reason. I Called customer support and no response from them.After a hour 1 guy called from Zomato customer and started asking card number, bank account details, bank balance with expired date, bank balance etc.I provided all the details and finally he asked me to forward ceratin messages to some Mobile numbers.But those numbers listed as scam.Looks these started scams also.This is the 3rd time happing with me as cancelling themselves and not refunding the money.

                  I made an order and cancelled with in a minute. Because mistakenly I put the wrong address. However I did not get my refund.

                  Very bad service.. No customer satisfaction

                  Rating is poor from my side
                  Not delievering order, delivery executive use bad words, customers care also talking rudely

                    I had ordered a food from tikka junction at janakpuri on 26th jan'20 through zomato app, at 1st attempt it showed that payment failed however it was deducted from my card, than i made the payment again. But order got repeated and i got a call from restaurant as well mentioning the same and they agreed to cancel 1 of the order. Now i am waiting for my refund of rs 901.40. Tried multiple times to reach your customer care unfortunately all numbers mentioned at google are invalid or not working. Please make the refund at the earliest.

                      Every time order the food from zomato they deliver the it very late. If we will chat with the customer service they give following excuses
                      1. We do apologise for inconvenience that have caused to you.
                      2. We will give you token of apology of inr 75 or sometimes inr 100
                      3. The food is getting deliver by restaurant and not by zomato and driver is stuck in the traffic

                      Sometimes after writing all this some of the agents end the chat. This is not the first time i am getting the problem same after each and every order they do.
                      There intentions are bad that they dont allow sometimes to the customers to select for free delivery if food is delay as per time given.

                      I ordered recently from indo - chinese stories by bhai-g new friends colony. At the time of order it was mentioned it will be deliver by 02:14pm. After followup with restaurant and zomato i got the above answers which always get. They given me inr 100 as compensation voucher as i am beggar.

                      Poor and worst services.

                        Hi,

                        I had order for food on the 31st jan at 12:30 pm from zomato and it was to be delivered within 43 mins. As per the service for which i paid rs 10 extra, if the food doesnot get delivered ontime, i will get the food and the refund.
                        After 2 hours, delivery never happened and the chat rep wanted to cancel the order and only said the refund will happen.

                        This is the worst experience i have had and sad to see that an organization like zomato is not willing to take responsbility.

                          I have ordered from burger king and they cancelled the paid order saying valet tried to contact me but call was not connecting. I have contacted support but the agent said that valet refused to deliver again in the rain.

                          I have paid extra deliver charges due to rain and after this discussion was over with no conclusion as agent refused to refund the amount. I was bound to sleep hungry after waiting from zomato as well as burger king. I was an old customer and really felt like you guys don't care for anybody once you are popular.

                          I totally understand that it was raining and my cell might be not in service but i received zomato messages after an hour this was order. I am developer too and this is the issue of zomato as your systems failed to send text that valet is trying to contact.

                          I need the refund as i am cheated and punished for using your services

                            Hi i received worst order & my order id - [protected]. I ordered chilly chicken dry from zomato. I got very very less sauce added in chilly chicken & also had packaging issue the package was not sealed in proper way & prepration of food is worst. I contacted support for refund as i got very bad prepration & very very less sauce added to it but they are not refunding my amount. Kindly take strict action against it.

                              Reference to my order dtd 30.01.2020, I ordered from Subway for Rs. 391. While ordering, payment got automatically deducted from my paytm account reference no. [protected] which I did not know. However, the delivery boy Nitin said that there must be some flaw and so they did not send the bill and asked for the payment again which I gave in cash Rs. 390 again.
                              Later when I saw the message from paytm for payment deduction I got to know of this cheating!!.
                              Please help to get me my money back.!!

                                Zomato has not deleivered the order.It shows order delivered on the appI have already paid online and now no response.The deliver boy received the call first and later on he switch off the phone.Even unable to reach the zomato customer care.This is such a pathetic servoce zomato is doing.I want my money back.I will be never ordering any food from zomato.Will ask all my friends and relatvs to do so

                                  Hi team,

                                  I had food spillage issue with my order for which i reached out to the customer support service of zomato through the app. I had ordered a cake which seemed to be already eaten up or spilled when i received it. The customer support team said that they have initiated the full refund and it should reflect in 4-5 working days. It's been way long since then but still i can see the refund is not done from your end.
                                  Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    This is vijayalakshmi, i stopped using zomato service long back. I have come to know that uber eats got merged with zomato recently when i tried to order food through uber eats. I have ordered paneer tikka sub sandwich from subway anna nagar on 27th jan for my sister and selected my home address. I had made the payment through my debit card and it got successful. The executive called me for address guidance and i have helped him till he reaches my house. He delivered and took money from my sister saying payment wasn't done. When i came to know this from my sister i called him back immediately, but no response. I chat with support bot which is absolute useless and i have sent an email to [protected]@zomato. Zohodesk.com, no response yet.
                                    Suffer 2: i had placed one more order from hotel paramount in kilpauk, thought the first issue will be solved since i have sent an email to customer care. The executive was assigned in triplicane where in he has to collect my food from kilpauk. The app given time was 44 mins. I called up the executive after 44 mins, he said, on his way to kilpauk as he was very far from the restaurant when the order got assigned to him, he asked me 20mins to tell me the status. I called him back after 20mins, he said, just reached the restaurant and asked for 15 more mins. Called him again after 15mins he said he got stuck up in traffic. Then i called him to check the food status and the was cold and then the executive requested me to cancel the order. I have done it too. The first issue is zomato assigned the executive where he couldn't reach the restaurant on time. The second thing is, i have received a msg saying i will be charged for this cancellation.
                                    I am wondering why zomato is still serving poor and harassing customers like this.
                                    In the first incident the executive didn't even wear his uniform. I could remember his name. It is emanuel.
                                    Both the incidents are happened on the same day. I have been keep on sending emails to customer care but pathetic responses. I haven't even receive any response for my cheated money. I want my money back.
                                    I never faced any issues with swiggy and uber eats like this.
                                    Zomato is pathetic.

                                      I had order for veg & non veg kathi rolls (16 no. Total) from andamental - the express takeaway but they did not deliver it separately, i. E. The veg and non veg orders were not packed separately due to which we couldn't distinguish and the order went waste..
                                      I have complaint zomato associate regarding this but the restaurant is saying that the delivery boy has mixed up the order.
                                      Everyone is blaming the other.
                                      The order was for corporate purpose worth rs.2570 and i need refund of the full amount as the order went waste.
                                      I have asked the restaurant to take back their order and refund the amount but no action has been taken on this.

                                      Please help in getting the full amount as refund as it not my personal money; it's business purpose

                                        I have taken the zomato gold membership on 18.01.2020... And since i was not getting the benefits of 4 no of rs.200 voucher... I requested to cancel my membership on 19.01.2020. I was told that... I will get the refund within 5 to 7 days in original mode of payment. I again enquired on 26.01.2020. I got no reply. Now again when i am enquiring today they are saying it will take 5-7 days more. They are not having any customer care where you can call and in the chat service we are only getting standard reply.
