I wanted you guys to know that i had ordered a nonveg mixed rice today from pangat restaurant sangamner but i received veg mixed rice instead when i tried contacting zomato they didn't help me.
I know it may seem not to be a big issue but it is for me. I am expecting a refund.
Please help me regarding this

    My zomato account is blocked for literally no reason or at least i don't recall any suspicious activity on my behalf. I had zomato gold in that account and also some wallet money. I tried mailing them but their response was it can't be unblocked. That's it. Then why the * are you even giving an option to send email if you don't wanna resolve it. I don't care about your stupid app i just want my refund for my gold membership and my wallet money back, there are literally tons of delivery apps for us customers. If you are not refunding my money back and or not unblocking my account, this is stealing. #fraud.

      I had placed an order from a restaurent which delivers both to my home and work address. Instead of auto detecting the address it took my other address as input and placed order.

      As soon as i noticed it, i cancelled the order instatenously.

      Neither refund was done nor the order was processed on any of the address

      Would recommend going with swiggy or food panda 100 times rather than this as it auto detects right location and has much better customer service in terms of cancellation refund or corrections

        I ordered food from zomato but the order was cancelled saying the delivery location is wrong. As per my information, few of my friends have ordered from the same address and also have received the food successfully.
        Also after talking to zomato rider support i found that they do not see the address where they have to deliver. It should be the responsibility of the working staff to take order only if they can deliver.

        Plus for the same location zomato app shows that it can take order on one phone and at the same time shows that it can't take orders on the other phone. It makes really hectic for customers like us to order food.

        Now i neither received my order nor the money is refunded to me.

          : rotten vegetables from zomato
          I ordered 2 vegetables, out of which i got only one vegetable and in it there were only two pieces and very bad and rotten vegetables.

            Respected team,
            I requested an order from punjabi point in ahmedabad location. This delivery boy named mommahad his no.[protected] had a very rude behaviour with me. I have ordered many a times from zomato and had never experienced this kind of behaviour from any delivery boy. This was never expected from zomato. Kindly take the action asap.

            P. S kindly recruit people with good interpersonal skills.

              Once i orderd from zomato, i received spilled food so i complained in zomato after a few hour when i opened my zomato app it was showing that it was blocked, i had also emailed them about this but they didn't help on emails and also on the customer helpline number. I request zomato to once again reactivate my blocked account as soon as possible. Please help in this matter

                  I ordered chicken biryani of rs 147 without a resaon they cancelled my and they are saying that you cancelled the order but iam selected not to cancel the order but they cancelled the order and saying you only cancelled the order they doing a fraud business lastly i asked to send my order but they refused it and they are not responsible.                     I ordered a non veg pizza burger from dominoes from trimulgherry secunderabad using zomato app. I made an online payment and it mentioned that i would receive my order in about 30 minutes. For the next half an hour it showed that my meal is cooking and when i left my place, the deliveryman still didn't arrive for next half hour. I went for work by that time. Now they kept both my money and my pizza. Neither they came in time, nor they gave me my order nor the give my refund. The app doesn't even have any complaint option for such issues. Only big name and # services. I want my refund now before i uninstall zomato app and ask everyone else to do the same.

                      Earlier i complained regarding quality of food which was worst and unedible on consumer comaplaint forum.. I got a call from zomato customer service they accepted their mistake as i sent them the pictures of the food but after few days my account was blocked without any information saying 'we have found suspicious behaviour "my registered phone number [protected].

                      Repeatedly zomato has had restaurents mentioned under zomato gold that apparently are not giving any discounts. I have recently seen in many instances that zomato will mention some good discount but when u try to avail it, they say there are no discount and it was a technical glitch.

                          On 10th February I was ordering food on Zomato when I proceeded to pay the amount through phonepe app the payment was done but it showed on Zomato app that the payment wasn't complete . I didn't get the refund of 149 Rs in my bank account till now .

                            Order: [protected] i would like to read your policy regarding a wrong order delivered. I had ordered something - i got the wrong delivery, your support is not ready to replace the order, neither refund me my own money? How is this okay?

                            1. I order for an item on zomato app and make the payment through upi
                            2. Zomato delivers the wrong order due to miscommunication/ lack of quality checks/ restaurant issues
                            3. I request for a refund of the amount that i paid through upi to be returned as is and collect the wrong food delivered.

                            Now i need to receive the amount in my bank and zomato receives the wrong food delivered.

                                My wife ordered half veg manchurian and one single egg double chicken roll from junction through online sbi net banking payment option but i didn't know that she paid already and afterall the delivery boy ganesh sharma reached to my location; i asked him that how much price for food. And he told me sir it is rs. 250.00. Then i paid him rs. 250.00 (Order price)+ rs.20.00 (As a tip)= rs.270.00. I thought my wife ordered it by cash on delivery option but after gone of delivery boy she told me that i already paid to zomato through online payment. Then i immediately called to zomato delivery boy ganesh sharma but he refused my call everytime and at last after 11.33 p. M. He put his phone on switch mode. I don't know anything... I want my money back. Is this a type of cheating happened by zomato delivery boy. Then how a common person survive with no customer care no. Facility in zomato application.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had ordered a large cheese and golden corn pizza from da pizza corner on 8th feb, but instead of large one a small pizza was delivered to me. I tried to contact the restaurant but did not get a response. Finally decided to visit them personally. After about one hour i was able to locate them. I was shocked to see a small filthy shop. On asking, they first denied receiving any order, but when i made them speak to the delivery boy, they advised me to cancel the order.
                                  I have done that but still not received my money back.

                                    I ordered From Burger Cafe through Zomato and I received food which was rotten, I called the delivery boy and asked him to take a look of what I received, he confirmed that the food is not fresh and rotten and even called the restaurant to complain about this, I asked for help to Zomato in form of email, I was attended and I was asked to wait 24&48 hrs to get a refund but after 3 days of continuous email, now in an denied a refund, I have all the email transcripts, chat, tweets of refund as proof and as well the voice recording of Zomato delivery boy of Confirming the ordered Food was rotten, its being 7 days I am not provided with refund

                                      My name is Jay Parekh and i ordered food from shree ganesh fast food corner and the order was delivered by jeetlal phoolalchand gupta and my complaint is against him, actually he delivered the order and then told that he wants to check the address on my mobile whether its correct or not and hence i gave him my phone, so he gave himself 5 star ratings what kind of behavior is this, its completely unacceptable, he told me that he wants to check address on zomato app and i trusted him and he gave himself a 5 star rating and when i told him that why did he do such a thing he is telling that u must be busy hence i gave ratings to my self, i was really pissed of with his behaviour and hence complained on the chat option with a advisor named laraib she connected the conference call with him and he is telling me that he wanted to educate me how ratings are given what kind of answer is this, instead of saying sorry he is giving explanation for his mis deeds and later on he is saying sorry toh bola ab aur kya karu, i doubt that he has put some hacking software in my phone through which he can do something wrong with my bank details and my hard earned money after disconnecting the call the chat advisor named laraib escalated the issue to a guy named amit he was trying to help me in the best possible way but i am really upset about the behaviour of your zomato delivery person, i have already recorded the calls with amit aswell as the conference call and i have also informed my society chairman that i want the cctv foitage of this act, as i get this cctv footage i will put it on youtube and all social platforms so that people come to know about this, delivery person is the face of zomato and what he has done was really unacceptable, just see the number of orders i do from zomato but hence forward i will not order from zomato and also tell my near and dear ones about this episode and trust me i will make this video viral and if anything happens with my funds or personal data i will sue zomato for it.
