Hello,
I have ordered a pizza half an hour ago from la pino's pizza jabalpur,
First of all i have ordered from a place which was rated with 4*
Secondly i have recieved one giant slice pizza which was not earlier mentioned when i selected,
Third thing, that giant slice cost me 150 rs over that i added extra cheese to it and even which was not cooked properly
I had to throw that whole pizza in dustbin...

I ordered a tandoori food item in briyani factory ([protected]), but hasn't been delivered.. I had a conversation with the agent and he told me that, his bike got punctured and can't be delivered. But the payment was made at the time of ordered..

Please esclate the issue to higher management and reslove the issue asap.

My order took 1 hour and then zomato tells they gave to wrong delivery guy. Told me to reorder and sort out with the new delivery guy. Mistake was theirs and telling me to sort out. I have wasted 1 hour waiting for the food and now can't get anything due to late hours. They were asking me to reorder and talk to their delivery guy and get it resolved. I am a gold member of their company and paying extra for the benefits. They are not showing...

Dear team, yesterday i had ordered by mistake on zomato and without reading chat i had cancelled and in the chat zomato has mentioned about non refund. It is my hard earned money and order was placed by mistake still zomato didn't refunded my money. No person (Delivery boy) was not come to this address as ac 169, street no 47, new town, kolkata along with food as per my order ([protected]). The boy gone to another address/location which as directed by zomato gps that was wrong address/location as well as zomato cancel the order for that reason, this is not my fault.

I had ordered mutton from kasturi restaurant. The mutton they served me was stale and smelt fowl. I was charged inr 196 for the mutton. When i raised an issue in customer care. I did'nt get any phone call from valet then one text message came from zomato that you valet is waiting outside the door then after reading this i went outside then i asked valet that there is any order from kunal and then he said no and then he start his bike and gone.
Then i got text that my order get cancelled.

The order from rishita restaurant was for chicken biryani combo which included a biryani, a coke and 3 chicken pieces.

The chicken pieces were missing and hence i want a full refund for my order.

Zomato replied saying they will contact the restaurant but they are equally responsible for the faulty order.

This is in regards to my order number [protected] placed yesterday at 10:30 pm. At around 11:30 pm i received a call from zomato rider support informing me that my order cannot be delivered because the delivery boys bike got punctured. We asked him to connect us to the rider and he did. The rider told us stories about his bike getting punctured. Now why i call it stories is because several times when i order late night, riders...

I given a complaint regarding the quality of the food and it is just to inform to improve the quality and the are missing the items that i have ordered. Because of that i notified to zomato and now they have disabled my account from ordering online food and disrespecting the consumer complaints that i have given to them. I order from a resutrent. By mistake i put wrong location. So delivery boy called me. I said him that wait there i will come to take the order. As i reached that place i not picked my calles untill the order get cancelled. As order get cancel he picked call and said sir your order is cancelled. I have charged that money and food also. Due to arrival of guests at home in Mathura, I had ordered certain food items from Chocolate room on Zomato app. The courier boy called from mid way and i gsve him location directions, though his voice was much clear.
