Sir, i am rider and join 4 days before and today my id show suspended due to bgv failed. The verification person does not come my location for verify i inquired everyperson in my street and every person told me not any zomato person come for verification
Company doing fraud activites.
I deposit rs1000 the company does not refundig me and told this is not refundable.

    This is really cheap thing to make fool people on the name of home delivery. I just ordered dt. 24/01/2020 and it cancelled at zomato end by a message that "we have initiated a refund agianst order number id: [protected] on zomato order. It will start reflecting in your account within 2-7 working days". But i didn't get it still. It is really rubbish thing. Its better to beg then cheat.
    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Ordered food but amount deducted from account but i haven't got food when i checked it it's showing payment incomplete then i have tried one more then also amount deducted but showing the same.Dont fool the customers like this.so return the amount ASAP
    I ordered food through zomata on[protected]. Due to unavailability the order got cancelled but amount was deducted my id was [protected]. I received a message that amount will be refunded but til now i have not received any amount back.
    I have not received the order that I have ordered but the app notifications have said I have received the order I need the order Or paid money back this is ur mistake
    I had ordered 2biriyani for 205 but they debited 2times which means 410rs from my account for one order. Kindly refund me. Thank you!
    When you show our location while booking our order, and we also make online payment, then why don't you place our order at our location. Then a call comes from your side, your area is not in the range, when the area was not in the range, why booking? And we ask you to cancel the order, and the payment made online is also not refundable.

    I advise you, when your area is not in range, then do not fool them by cutting customer payments. Either you improve your system or if you are not in range, do not book orders, if you book and if not in range, refund the payment.

      I have received pieces of chicken in my meal as i am pure veg so my family members are very angry for this. We people not eat egg so this can not be tolerate. I am also attaching the screenshot for the same.

        I recently ordered food in zomato. The actual cost of briyani is rs150 but they have listed it as rs.180. I checked with the restaurant and they say it is charged rs150 only. Zomato is charming it in a hidden way and cheating their customers

        Also zomato has already included delivery charge rs. 41 and packaging charge rs.10. This fine. But increase the food item cost in a hidden way is very unethical. I also raised this concern to zomato but there is no response to it. I have been charged rs 60 extra for two briyani for no reason.

        I ordered my snacks of 147rs and inspite of knowing the address zomato guy canceled my order so its my request to refund my amount and take an legal action..hoping for the best response

        He was abusive and screaming outside my campus.
        I ordered a pizza from dominos through zomato, and while making the payment the amount got deducted from my account. However the order wasn't placed.. kindly get back to me.. contact :-[protected]

        The order was not delivered and I was charged. No call was received on my zomà to registered no [protected] from Zomato side, can be easily verified. The worst part is Zomato has charged me for this service. Extremely dishonest and illegal thing here.

          And order id: [protected]. They mentioned that they will refund it within 5-7 days but its been month. Even though i mailed them about the issue the response is still same that they will refund within 5-7 days.
          So, i kindly request you to look into matter and take strict actions.

            Order no:[protected]ordered chicken dum biryani & chicken masala in zomato gold offer from bamboo shoot restaurant & paid total 201, after money deduction order got declined by the restaurant. Then i seek help of the zomato support guys told your money will be refund in 5 days. Is this a good approach to suffer a common man in the month end time & when he was fully hungry & no option to eat. Also requested the support to get the order from any other restaurant but they declined. After a long time i ordered from zomato but as still the same kind of service it continues. I never forgot this day in lyf. Need refund immediately.

            Order no:[protected]ordered mutton biryani about 136 from zanani kitchen. As a new resturant in the city i trusted & ordered in 50 % descount which is actually price of 236. Then comes the worst part is the biryani is not a andhra style biryani its pure chennai style birayani. However i am hungry & started to eat till i reach the bottom of the pack not a single mutton piece found only rice smells like rice of the mutton biryani.
            Also the biryani rice totally burnt & i guess they have given the last rice of the biryani which was about to tail end & taste like a burnt rice.. Worst experience ever. Need refund.
            I loved the ubereats for its service, quality, quantity & also its economic. I never faced a single problem over there. As now zomato taken over ubereats i am facing a lot of issue. As i am a big foodie i never recommend zomato for the online food delivery. Most of the times i have faced problems & customer support also is the worst part. As no other options available in the market except swiggy. However its service wise average. But definitely 100 times better than zomato. I'll definitely publish my chats & mails in the social media for the people awareness as i have a blog & 10k followers will see the fate of zomato. one more thing zomato is a fraudulent organization. The worst part is its customer support which is only behaves like a bot providing no solution nor refund.. But this time i need refund else i'll push it afterward & publish all this.

              I ordered 3 combos which contained two pizzas each, so i should have got 6 pizzas but at the end i only got 3 pizzas. Now there customer service isn't replying when i am trying to chat, which is the only way to talk to them, they don't have a customer care number. They are not giving me refund. This is really what i don't expect from zomato please respond asap.

                I'm sincerely taken aback by this issue. Never expected such poor & fraud delivery issues from zomato.

                    I have ordered my food zomato. The delivery boy claim to have contacted me but i never got any call nor hi reach my address and knock the door. And cancel my order by own without my permission. I have contacted customer care through chat but they responded saying we can't refund your money or deliver the food. This is very bad incident happened to me and i would like to raise an issue to refund my money. If not refunded i would like to go to the consumer forum regarding the same thanking you.

                      I ordered a tuna sub and a chocolate truffle cake. I got delivered a chicken sub with the wrong bread and sauces we didn’t even ask for and a cookie.
                      We complained but they did not replace the items or refund the money. There’s no response in email. If we call the subway, they are not responding properly and cutting the call. If the products are not available they should inform us. They didn’t inform. They gave us differnt items and it’s gone to waste too and money also not refunded.

                        I am not felling glad to be your gold member because of the incident mentioned hereunder on 7 january 2020 i have order something from your member restaurant that order got cancelled.

                        Time and again i was told by your associates that payments will get refunded to me in 48 hours as a customer i keep buying that but after a point it really start annoying me to me its feels like you guy are not following earthly time zone, because it has been more then 15 + day but no amount has been credited to my account.

                        I am not begging i am asking for the fund that is rightly mine.

                        To me this refund system of yours seems like a scam, became for first 10- 12 days you keep bribing the customer by selling them hope that fund will be credited but after that your system doesn't allow them to entertain the query about previous order except by the way of email, so most people stop chasing you. It seem your are enreaching yourself at the cost of public money

                        Now i am not just asking for my legitimate refund but also expect to you compensate me the cost for the time that i have invested because of your ill system.

                        Always remember you are making money out o[censored]s and we are paying you to make our life easy not cumbersome.

                        This is not the first time it has happened time and again, i am writing down some of my incident which has happened recently and against which refund was not credited yet, all
                        1. Once they received the payment and deecline the delivery after accepting the order ( [protected]) ;
                        2. In other case they tooks 3 times the expected delivery time and reach your door with tempered packing ([protected])

                        In all the case you can see the mistake was at there end.

                          I have ordered a biryani from their counter and made online payment also. After sometime i got the message of cancelled order. When i contact them they said that delivery boy can not get response from me when he phoned. Actualy i did not get any call from them. When i asked for refund they refused to return my payment.
                          This way i have lost both food & also money.

                            Zomato is very unprofessional it's delivery person and customer care is pathetic. Please opt for other options for food ordering. I experienced 2-3 incidents where they misbehaved and misused my trust on them. Now i never trust it, they take multiple orders for same delivery boy and when you want to cancel the order due to extreme delay they charge you full cancellation charges. No customer support always it is showing that due to high order inflow they are unable to help. Disgusting🤢

                                I ordered think shake from king of thickshakes, banjarahills, hyderabad but it got spilled out because of improper packing. I didn't get any refund even though i submitted the picture in support. Its already 10:44 pm when i ordered it. I can't order for another one. Hope zomato management resolves my issue and get me enough support regarding this.

                                  I rajesh kumar singh from chapra, bihar, today ordered aloo biryani from kolkata royal biryani house. Supply of food the worst, when i ordered aloo biryani, he mixed some small piece of chicken in biryani, we are vegetarian, and food is so cold and very bad, all of food thrown in dustbin, very bad zomato, never ordered from zomato and this restaurant.

                                    Last night i stood 1hr at bus stop in the cold night from 9-10 waiting with my friend for that delivery boy to arrive and give me my order. Even after long wait that guy didn't respond till now (Next day) not even a sorry or text or a call. Also that guy had his phone switched off at the moment of delivering. So frustrating. After that when i cancelled the order, the app backstabbed me saying you cannot order food with cod now! Wtf! Date of incident 22/1/20. Worst experience with zomato! I'd recommend my friends not to use it now!

                                      I order food to my home address but it was delivered to office location don’t know how on earth it’s possible. When asked to cancel the representative is asking me not to cancel because i’ll have to pay penalty. Why should i i have to pay penalty when the mistake is from zomato end. Even driver asked me to cancel the order and you will get refund but the chat representative is not cancelling the order. When asked for manger he is not even allowing me to chat with manger

                                        An order from zomato 21/1/2020 and i am not received any order number and payment deduct from my bank. My food was never delivered. Please refund my money immediately. I recieved message from bank after deducting payment is refer no. Zomato med... Ref#igahxwjbu7 and zomato med... Ref#igahxwhyj3. Kindly refund money immediately in my bank.

                                        Order processed without promo code even when promo code was selected. Hence we cancelled the order. Zomato deducted the full amount from bank. No refund given and NO FOOD. ZOMATO chat is a joke. They have no authority to give refund. THIS IS A FRAUD and consumer rights should be protected. Software has bugs and user interface is confusing.
