1) what is the delivery address mentioned on order?
If xyz address was mentioned on order, you accepted order, than how come you people denied to deliver despite of accepting the same? Your delivery boys have their own remuneration problem with you, but that is none of my business. But how irresponsible people you are that you could not manage to deliver!!!
I was alone and guests were hungry and you people suddenly ask to get the delivery from bodakdev with the stupid reason of location.
If you guys follows only location then just remove address field from your order. Do take address of any orders anymore!!!
2) i took the parcel from bodakdev from your guys. When i reach home, i found some of the dibba were not properly packed, the gravies of subji were out of the box, tiffin was edible but lost some quantity and gravey and some daal so less quantity and so teste got effected. Otherwise, it looks ok in terms of teste.
3) as per my order i should receive 4 subji. Restaurant guys did called me for alternative option for 4th subji since they won't be able to serve all jain food. It's acceptable and i agree to put repeat subji, but i didn't find it either. Why so? Did they forgot or done by mistake?
I really disappointed with the behaviour and solution provided by zomato, i could not find sense of responsibilities. You need not to forget that you are in hospitality industry and you have to serve better.
I was like felt ashamed in from of all guests and home and wasted whole food. I need to take all of them at nearby hotel since it was host.
I almost have to pay thrice what i have ordered to you guys.
I sincerely want you to look this matter carefully and provide me full refund at earliest.
After this i immediately contacted the into app chat option and i received reply that we are looking into it and will resolve it soon.
Then no answer for 2-3 days.
Now on email reply they are asking for picture of the same, if you know that you will require it, then why didnt you asked this while chating with me on your app same day? What make it sense to ask someone for proof of pic after 2-3 days for food? How could you expect this?
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
