Im saurabh from ghaziabad up my mobile number is [protected] yesterday amount 277 deducted from my paytm wallet in favor of zomato time 10.50 transaction id is ztd-20-b37f808e78ff9 but we have not ordered any thing from zomato so you are requested to kindly check and refund that amount in my paytm wallet

Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
A fraud transaction has been made from my paytm account towards some other zomato account. That zomato account is not mine! And hence, I do not have the Zomato Order Id with me. I only have the transaction ID of the amounts that were deducted from my paytm account. The transaction IDs are as follows:

While ordering I clicked on select current address and it has taken my previous address, and order was sent there, my order was cancelled and no refund was given, I called customer call and chats but they refuse to give refund, when we have option of select current address how does it not take my current address?

I have clearly write in order that i want sweet sabji than after wrong sabji deliverd and no any satisfactory toanswer received from ur side.

    This mail is regarding your order ID- [protected] from Sri Annapurna Sweets ordered on 11/1/20

    I didn't receive the order yesterday, zomato team claims that I didn't receive the calls, but i didn't get any call, n order was cancelled without my concern, moreover they are telling that the same amount is our cancellation charges???
    If I was unresponsive, which I was not, wasn't it their responsibility to ask the reach the destination. Being hungry, I kept waiting for my food.
    This is the kind of service zomato is giving, don't deliver the food as well as deduct the same amount of money.
    Thinking zomato is reliable I have always ordered my food from them.
    Nothing of such sort has happened earlier, but yesterday where is the food taken if I didn't receive it?
    Is it my mistake? I am completely downcasted and furious my this behavior.
    These people kept me hungry yesterday, keeping the money as well. N support team is telling that food was given to some needy, I think I was the needy one. I paid the money.
    In want refund or replacement of my order.

      I had placed an order on zomato order no [protected] on 24 the dec 2019, for which money was deducted from my mobiwik wallet registered on [protected], the transaction id for that ztd-19-a2906ff806edb. When i lodged the complain with zomato support team this was there reply "that to contact dominos team as they do not support dominos" then why the hell are you taking order for dominos. Anyway when i called dominos they said that they would only help if i can give them the order no for dominos which was never generated as order was not completed.
      So they said need to take this up with zomato and same mobiwik says the same.
      Now zomato need to refund the money to me which they are not. I ve attached the mobiwik invoice too.

      Can you please edit the complain and remove my phone no. Iam getting fraud calls asking for my mobiwik otp
      Zomato never delivered my order I was charged for the order but it never reached me. I was told it has been delivered and there is nothing they can do.

      Feeling harassed and cheated.

        The delivery agent tried to reach me over the phone once he was around the given address, for some reason i was not able to answer the call and the agent cancelled the order.
        I tried reaching zomato over zomato chat, their response is that the full amount was changed as cancellation charges and nothing can be refunded.
        I asked for a repeat of the same order to which they say they just can't help.

        This sort of approach by zomato must be addressed because they still have my money.

          I am a pure-vegetarian.
          On 9th jan, i had a pathetic experience with #zomato.

          Zomato’s new tagline - paneer samajh ke kha lo

          I actively use zomato & regard it as pioneers in food delivery. I ordered an “innovative veg 8 box meal” from #gofuudy, gurugram. What i received was chicken instead of paneer. I got to know midway when a friend interrupted doubting it to be chicken.

              Hi support,

              1) what is the delivery address mentioned on order?

              If xyz address was mentioned on order, you accepted order, than how come you people denied to deliver despite of accepting the same? Your delivery boys have their own remuneration problem with you, but that is none of my business. But how irresponsible people you are that you could not manage to deliver!!!

              I was alone and guests were hungry and you people suddenly ask to get the delivery from bodakdev with the stupid reason of location.

              If you guys follows only location then just remove address field from your order. Do take address of any orders anymore!!!

              2) i took the parcel from bodakdev from your guys. When i reach home, i found some of the dibba were not properly packed, the gravies of subji were out of the box, tiffin was edible but lost some quantity and gravey and some daal so less quantity and so teste got effected. Otherwise, it looks ok in terms of teste.

              3) as per my order i should receive 4 subji. Restaurant guys did called me for alternative option for 4th subji since they won't be able to serve all jain food. It's acceptable and i agree to put repeat subji, but i didn't find it either. Why so? Did they forgot or done by mistake?

              I really disappointed with the behaviour and solution provided by zomato, i could not find sense of responsibilities. You need not to forget that you are in hospitality industry and you have to serve better.

              I was like felt ashamed in from of all guests and home and wasted whole food. I need to take all of them at nearby hotel since it was host.

              I almost have to pay thrice what i have ordered to you guys.

              I sincerely want you to look this matter carefully and provide me full refund at earliest.

              After this i immediately contacted the into app chat option and i received reply that we are looking into it and will resolve it soon.
              Then no answer for 2-3 days.

              Now on email reply they are asking for picture of the same, if you know that you will require it, then why didnt you asked this while chating with me on your app same day? What make it sense to ask someone for proof of pic after 2-3 days for food? How could you expect this?

              The incedent was as on 15th Dec 2019. As of 10th Jan no response.
              My order was rejected by zomato delivery boy from drunken monkey. Zomato customer care isn't responding . I'm not getting help from zomato. My money is struck. This is a total fraud. Please help me out.

                I had placed an order for a meal with zomato and the amount was also deducted for the same. After waiting for about 1 hour, i get a mail from zomato that the order had been cancelled since my number was unreachable. But i didn't get any call from their delivery person and also their location tracker was also showing that food is being prepared. I really don't understand that where was i at fault and even tried contacting them and communicated them the same. So i want to file a complain against them.

                  Zomato system constantly showing incorrect timing. I have been waiting for my order for last one hour. I have paid them in advance however i did not get the food delivered on time. The time tracker was showing incorrect timing. At 8:32 it was showing 13 mins and at 8:57 it was showing 10 mins. I have cancelled the order and want my money back. Now they are not ready to refund my money. They are fooling people by showing inaccurate timing. What if someone is in hurry and order as per timing they provide before we order. The tracker is not in sync with watch timing and they count 5 min as 1 min.. You can see the screenshot that i am attaching as a proof and for your reference. Its a worst client experience.

                    Automatic order from domino without my intervention and debited money from linked paytm wallet.
                    Today i was surprized when i got call from domino that i have ordered pizza and paid money. Then i called domino and they told me that contact zomato as order was from zomato.. When i called zomato they told me that they cannot help for domino order.. Scary.. I lost my 473... And zomato who deducted my money is not providing resolution.

                      Order Id [protected], Food not delivered. runnr KARTHIKEYAN ([protected]) not reachable. Went to the restaurant directly after 30mins, they confirmed food was picked up but could not find any alternate helpline # to reach karthikeyan.
                      No answer on Zomato helpline for over 2 hours.
                      Payment of Rs.922.26 has to be refunded back to me.

                        I have ordered food from zomato with order id [protected], my address was wrong so I contacted the delivery boy and asked him to deliver on my new home he said yes he'll deliver but asked me to cancel my order and order again. I asked him whether I will be charged again or not for which he replied that money will not be charged again. I cancelled my order as per his-lokendra parmar the delivery boy advice but afterwards zomato customer care said that money will not be refunded. The whole matter was because of the delivery boy wrong advise, n while cancelling order the whole amount cannot be charged it is wrong
                        I just want my money back

                          Ordered cake from lava bakery gwalior on 14 december 2019 informed mr ibrahim khan order id no.[protected] will deliver but the order was not deliverd they have not called to deliver i had talked to lava bakery they told nobody from zomato came to pick the order, i want this order tobe delivered as soon as possible as i have paid in full. Lava bakery is walkable distance to the address given, plz get me know your decision soon

                            An amount of 1800 was paid due towards the zomato gold subscription of a year, the money has been deciders from the bank account towards zomato. Yet the service has not been activated.

                            The company has no provision of registering complaints upon its application and fails to resolve issues in due time.

                            This is not a small amount and being a student it is not a matter to take up lightly.

                            Please fix this issue ASAP.

                              I had ordered for a milkshake and falooda through zomato. Not only it took nearly one hour to deliver the order, but when i received it, the milkshake was leaking and half of the bottle was empty. I had already paid for the order and
                              I was not willing to accept the order in such condition. Not only one cup was leaking, it has ruined the whole package. When i talked with the customer service initially they could only offer a mere 25% discount on the next order. After sending an email they agreed to return the cost of the leaked milkshake and not the whole package. My question was, from where does the risk of customer starts if one order food through the app? From their response it was clear to me that if the restaurant had given a low quality or bad package or even soiled food in front of the delivery boy or if the delivery boy mishandled the package, zomoto wouldn’t still take the responsibility. So why should we pay in advance for the service. They have till now not given a convincing reply except some automated email responses.

                                I ordered a cake through zomato with a wish to be written on cake & paid amount.
                                But the restaurant declined to write wish & told me to cancel order. I cancelled order but still the amount 302rs is not refunded r product delivered after many mails & msg issue is not resolved.

                                If they can't fulfill the instructions then why do they accept the order.
                                They are telling as per our policy there is no refund bcz of...

                                I ordered a biryani from yadadri highway bawarchi restaurant. After the food is prepared the delivery guy calls me telling that the order cannot be delivered to my location. I was surprised, because in the past 24 hours i had ordered using same address twice and they delivered to my location without any issues. When i spoke to the customer care they were very rude and directly said to me that they cannot deliver my order nor they can refund the amount. I'm attaching the call recording for the same.

                                  O ordered food yesterday and it was of cost 107 and i made payment through phone pe but my payment was done and money also deducted from my account but i haven't received my order confirmed and i call to the restaurant they said they haven't got any order as such.. Now i want my money back within 24 hrs and it is the worst service that i received by zomato..

                                    Order id [protected] in zomato.in this company what thery are doing is taking the money for proving food and delivering the contaminated food and they are telling the costumer to keep the food and they will give the refund but they are not giving the refund. This company is taking the money in name for food but not providing the food. They are making fool to customers in the name of food. Its a fraud comany. Taking money in the name for food then giving the refund in name of promo code which we can't use. They are making fool to people and taking their money and no apology nothing. Please close this company and take action. Person's valuable money they are wasting and using for themselves

                                      Hello sir, my name is nikhil. Im from ahmedabad. I ordered a subji n paratha in zomato. But its getting to late so icancel the order, they told me u couldn't get refund wolud u still cancel the order and i touch yes option by mistake. Now they are not give me right answers and i told them please retrive my cancellation but they not do anything and its all about zomato valet because they are getting late.
