When we know food. Quality very low and cancel the order with in 5 min our amount have been not refunded, and there is no customer support cal centre to report the issue. The person who chats they are telling there is no option to refund the amount. This is the way how zomato looting peopls hard earned money.. I want to my amount should be refunded.

    I ordered 2 items on 8th january 2020, the restaurant did not have one of the items and hence they said that they cannot partially cancel the order and requessted me to cancel the order and order only that is available again. Which i did.
    Eince 8th january 2020 i have been following up with zomato chat and have been given false promise of refund everyday. And now on 16th january 2020 after 8 days the agent on chat straight away said that zomato will not refund my money because i cancelled the oder. Whereas the status of the order is rejected and not cancelled.
    After being given fake promises from zomato for 7 days they are now not refunding my money.
    This is the way zomato makes money by cheating and looting people.
    They are pathetic. Please take legal action against zomato.

      I have placed subjected order at 8:19 pm and opt on time delivery using respective payment of rs 10. I was promised to deliver order at 8:55 pm but when i make a call at 8:55 the valet was not nearby me. He reached at my destination late than proposed time and till then my food got expired. That was totally waste for any human. But neither zomato pay attention on my food nor they provide my delay promo code worth rs 200. I have mailed the same content to zomato but they deliberately denied to give me compensation for this late order as they promised me before placing order. Please see attached snapshot of email content and late order proof for reference.

      Please have a look into this seriously. Its anot only me zomato behaving like that way, there are number of people suffering from this arbitrary nature of zomato.

      Please help me to get my money back.

        I have order one item through zomato with order id [protected] on 15.01.2020. The zomato delivery person came and was there in front of room. At that time beacause of some issues... My no was not reachable as they r saying... Then after being late i checked online to see the status.. I saw it was in my location.. So i went out... At the same these zomato people they themselves cancelled the order and that fellow went without hearing my voice...
        In my order address.. The door no was clearly mentioned... He must have seen the door no also.. But he didnr knock the door and he didnt even get down from the bike i think
        With in some moments.. They cancelled my order and that fellow went with my food.. And now they r telling they cant refund the money as it is already prepared.. Such nonsense the service is from this company

          Have ordered chole bhature and the delivery boy. He had to wait at the door for 5-6 mins as i was slewping i took time to come to door ge was annoyed which was understood but right after delivering me the order he is sending me inappropriate texts which no one wants to see. This is no conduct of professionalism. Take strict actions against such people.

            I ordered a pizza from zomato at first accepted the order later they call me and said sorry we don't deliver to taht location after they already deducted the money from my paytm. Till now zomato didn't refund my money its going to be around 15days. They keep on saying that they have refunded but i already sended them the bank statement also. Really disappointed with their customer service. Worst worst worst zomato. I just want them to refund my money back.

            I have had pathetic service from zomato everytime there is delay every time no one bothers to respond to chats I have sent three email reminders and complaints and I didn’t receive any response

            This is regarding my order, placed on 5th January 2020
            Zomato cancelled my order for no reason and are refunding my money.
            When i contact them they said I was not at home to they had to cancelled the order, but they are lying, they are beliving the delivery boy more then me who never came to deliver food at our doorstep.
            I cancel my order due to wrong delivery address in 2 min. When I talked to customer care they told Me that they didn't refund but while cancel my order there is nothing like no refund . I want my money back
            Have place order and there has been no delivery done. Have complained multiple times but still no response from zomato. Worst service. Swiggy and Uber eats are more responsive and helpful in such cases. Will never ever order from zomato again.

                Im book in two chicken briyani zomoato 12.01.2020 6.30 pm.im in sathyam cinemas royapet chennai.
                im not enter the address im used auto detect location .im pay 256 rs online pay then order approved and delivery boy called i told im in sathyam cinemas .but deliver boy told ur order address is aynawaram im not deliverd to ur location 8km distance.then zomaoto customer care called fault is ur side u enter wrong address so order cancel and no refund.
                wrong location identified this not my fault .im used location auto detect only this is zomoato app fault but zomoato not accept my request .
                food not delivered and not refund no complementry i want totally disappoint ur customer approage pls concern tis issue and refund my amount

                  Very poor experience they first accepted the order. Then after sometime a message sent to me is that your order is delivered without delivering my order and when i try to contact zomato they responded like they are doing charity to me by refunding my amount after 4-5 days. Worst app for small town. So i suggested to avoid zomato in small town specially

                    I ordered a meal from kfc through the zomato app. An amount of rs. 212 was deducted from my account. The zomato valet was near my location but didn't call me. I called him several times and finally when he answered my call told me that my order had been cancelled already. I was really shocked. I asked him that why he didn't receive my call. His behavior was really shocking. He was blaming me for not answering his calls but i didn't even get one. I ordered several times from zomato in the past but this is the first time this happened. This is really disgusting. Zomato doesn't even have a proper customer support number or anything. That chat support is even more disgusting.

                      A fraud transaction has been made from my paytm account towards some other zomato account. That zomato account is not mine! And hence, I do not have the Zomato Order Id with me.                       While ordering I clicked on select current address and it has taken my previous address, and order was sent there, my order was cancelled and no refund was given, I called customer call and chats but they refuse to give refund, when we have option of select current address how does it not take my current address?
                      I have clearly write in order that i want sweet sabji than after wrong sabji deliverd and no any satisfactory toanswer received from ur side.

                        I didn't receive the order yesterday, zomato team claims that I didn't receive the calls, but i didn't get any call, n order was cancelled without my concern, moreover they are telling that the same amount is our cancellation charges???
                        If I was unresponsive, which I was not, wasn't it their responsibility to ask the reach the destination. Being hungry, I kept waiting for my food.
                        This is the kind of service zomato is giving, don't deliver the food as well as deduct the same amount of money.
                        Thinking zomato is reliable I have always ordered my food from them.
                        Nothing of such sort has happened earlier, but yesterday where is the food taken if I didn't receive it?
                        Is it my mistake? I am completely downcasted and furious my this behavior.
                        These people kept me hungry yesterday, keeping the money as well. N support team is telling that food was given to some needy, I think I was the needy one. I paid the money.
                        In want refund or replacement of my order.

                          I had placed an order on zomato order no [protected] on 24 the dec 2019, for which money was deducted from my mobiwik wallet registered on [protected], the transaction id for that ztd-19-a2906ff806edb. When i lodged the complain with zomato support team this was there reply "that to contact dominos team as they do not support dominos" then why the hell are you taking order for dominos. Anyway when i called dominos they said that they would only help if i can give them the order no for dominos which was never generated as order was not completed.
                          So they said need to take this up with zomato and same mobiwik says the same.
                          Now zomato need to refund the money to me which they are not. I ve attached the mobiwik invoice too.

                          Zomato never delivered my order I was charged for the order but it never reached me. I was told it has been delivered and there is nothing they can do.

                          Feeling harassed and cheated.

                            The delivery agent tried to reach me over the phone once he was around the given address, for some reason i was not able to answer the call and the agent cancelled the order.
                            I tried reaching zomato over zomato chat, their response is that the full amount was changed as cancellation charges and nothing can be refunded.
                            I asked for a repeat of the same order to which they say they just can't help.

                            This sort of approach by zomato must be addressed because they still have my money.

                              On 9th jan, i had a pathetic experience with #zomato.

                              I actively use zomato & regard it as pioneers in food delivery. I ordered an “innovative veg 8 box meal” from #gofuudy, gurugram. What i received was chicken instead of paneer. I got to know midway when a friend interrupted doubting it to be chicken.

                                  1) what is the delivery address mentioned on order?

                                  If xyz address was mentioned on order, you accepted order, than how come you people denied to deliver despite of accepting the same? Your delivery boys have their own remuneration problem with you, but that is none of my business. But how irresponsible people you are that you could not manage to deliver!!!

                                  I was alone and guests were hungry and you people suddenly ask to get the delivery from bodakdev with the stupid reason of location.

                                  If you guys follows only location then just remove address field from your order. Do take address of any orders anymore!!!

                                  2) i took the parcel from bodakdev from your guys. When i reach home, i found some of the dibba were not properly packed, the gravies of subji were out of the box, tiffin was edible but lost some quantity and gravey and some daal so less quantity and so teste got effected. Otherwise, it looks ok in terms of teste.

                                  3) as per my order i should receive 4 subji. Restaurant guys did called me for alternative option for 4th subji since they won't be able to serve all jain food. It's acceptable and i agree to put repeat subji, but i didn't find it either. Why so? Did they forgot or done by mistake?

                                  I really disappointed with the behaviour and solution provided by zomato, i could not find sense of responsibilities. You need not to forget that you are in hospitality industry and you have to serve better.

                                  I was like felt ashamed in from of all guests and home and wasted whole food. I need to take all of them at nearby hotel since it was host.

                                  I almost have to pay thrice what i have ordered to you guys.

                                  I sincerely want you to look this matter carefully and provide me full refund at earliest.

                                  After this i immediately contacted the into app chat option and i received reply that we are looking into it and will resolve it soon.
                                  Then no answer for 2-3 days.

                                  Now on email reply they are asking for picture of the same, if you know that you will require it, then why didnt you asked this while chating with me on your app same day? What make it sense to ask someone for proof of pic after 2-3 days for food? How could you expect this?

                                  The incedent was as on 15th Dec 2019. As of 10th Jan no response.
                                  My order was rejected by zomato delivery boy from drunken monkey. Zomato customer care isn't responding . I'm not getting help from zomato. My money is struck. This is a total fraud. Please help me out.

                                    I had placed an order for a meal with zomato and the amount was also deducted for the same. After waiting for about 1 hour, i get a mail from zomato that the order had been cancelled since my number was unreachable. But i didn't get any call from their delivery person and also their location tracker was also showing that food is being prepared. I really don't understand that where was i at fault and even tried contacting them and communicated them the same. So i want to file a complain against them.

                                      Zomato system constantly showing incorrect timing. I have been waiting for my order for last one hour. I have paid them in advance however i did not get the food delivered on time. The time tracker was showing incorrect timing. At 8:32 it was showing 13 mins and at 8:57 it was showing 10 mins. I have cancelled the order and want my money back. Now they are not ready to refund my money. They are fooling people by showing inaccurate timing. What if someone is in hurry and order as per timing they provide before we order. The tracker is not in sync with watch timing and they count 5 min as 1 min.. You can see the screenshot that i am attaching as a proof and for your reference. Its a worst client experience.

                                        Automatic order from domino without my intervention and debited money from linked paytm wallet.
                                        Today i was surprized when i got call from domino that i have ordered pizza and paid money. Then i called domino and they told me that contact zomato as order was from zomato.. When i called zomato they told me that they cannot help for domino order.. Scary.. I lost my 473... And zomato who deducted my money is not providing resolution.
