I didn't receive the order yesterday, zomato team claims that I didn't receive the calls, but i didn't get any call, n order was cancelled without my concern, moreover they are telling that the same amount is our cancellation charges???
If I was unresponsive, which I was not, wasn't it their responsibility to ask the reach the destination. Being hungry, I kept waiting for my food.
This is the kind of service zomato is giving, don't deliver the food as well as deduct the same amount of money.
Thinking zomato is reliable I have always ordered my food from them.
Nothing of such sort has happened earlier, but yesterday where is the food taken if I didn't receive it?
Is it my mistake? I am completely downcasted and furious my this behavior.
These people kept me hungry yesterday, keeping the money as well. N support team is telling that food was given to some needy, I think I was the needy one. I paid the money.
In want refund or replacement of my order.
