I had ordered my food from The Late Night Biryani from zomato and the resturant provided me very worst quality of food. I had thrown all the food because If I had that food then after tommorrow I will be Sicked that worst kind of food they had provided me. Regarding this order I had mailed zomato many times but no resolution I get. I told zomato that Food was Smelling and also the food was very cold and the quantity of food as per price also less, I didnt had that food because of this all problems, it was only waste of my moeny and I had informed all the things to zomato but from there side no resolution I am getting. I want my full refund of that order. I also said to zomato that If there will be no proper solution then I have to complaint about this to consumer court then also they are not giving serious to this matter.
Sir/Madam only want to say that if this type of food, if we had naa then it will give problem to health but they are not taking it seriously. Customers Service is important but Customers Health also more important.
