I was waiting for more than one hour and i was not received my order. I did not cancelled my order on my own.

What about your refund policy??
What kind of policy in your organisation is.. How customer believe in your services.
How my address is correct in your bill, if you would not able to deliver to my address.
Refer your bill was i attached to zomato in email to mr. Amit naudiyal.
It's a shame for zomato which deceive customers.
I will never ever order from zomato and nor employees in my firm.
I had talk with your officer sidharth and he assured me that my refund will be processed.
But i don't believe in your organisation now-onwards

I had placed order for Spicy Supreme, Garlic bread cheese, spanish tomatto fusill veg del, Farmer's pikk PAN-MED, tandoori Paneer new PAN-MED, at 07:26 pm. The food delivered was damn cold and I felt like chewing rubber. Whom should I blame for, who is responsible for this. I need explanation for this. It spoiled my meal.

    I ordered from Burger king @4:15pm and paid in advance.
    Order value : INR 266.

    Zomato support assistant Eshita, refused to cancel order and refund.
    Neither did she help me get my order any soon nor did she allow me or direct me to escalate the issue.

    I waited for more than 1.5hrs and there was no assistance what so ever.

      I'm a regular user of the zomato app. I was charged for a full meal as a cancellation charge because the rider couldn't get in touch with me. I am gold member which is fruitless since the good restaurants do not support it, over and above i am charged anywhere from rs.120/- to rs.150/- as a convenience fee/service charge per meal over the restaurant bill. Keeping these high charges in mind it's unfair trade practice and down right unethical to charge the entire cost of the meal as a cancellation charge amounting to rs.1116/-. The meal was returned to the restaurant where i am a regular customer. The automated chat on the app was completely useless and did not address the issue at all. The referenced order was placed on 16th dec 2019 - order number:[protected]. The restaurant is less than a kilometer from my house so the cancellation fee is not justified. Moreover the grievance addressal at zomato is extremely poor and useless since as i mentioned it's an automated reply system that
      Is unable to respond with any specificity.

      I would like a full refund to my account and quick resolution to my complaint.

        I have placed subject order dated 14 dec 2019 at 8:34 pm. It was successfully placed and rs 526 debited from my account. Zomato assured me one of domino's valet will deliver my order. As per contract its sole responsibility of zomato to deliver my order for which i paid money to him. But after 20 mins of placing order, domino's manager called me ([protected]) to pickup the order which is clearly the breach of contract between me and zomato.. After that manager talked to me very rudely and unprofessionally and asked he will cancel the order. I asked him to discuss this matter with zomato, and disconnect the phone. After 30 mins of this discussion i got cancellation initiation message from domino's and zomato shows this order as delivered status without any follow up with me if i received it or not. Its been 3 days i am continuously following up with zomato customer chat support (As zomato doesn't have any customer support number) but with no results. Neither i received my order nor my refund till now.

        Please have a look into this as its a social issue and anyone can face this situation. And take a strict action against zomato and domino's manager both.

          I placed and order in april and this month as well, while making the online payment my money got deducted but the order didn’t go through and when i check in my past orders, it shows as “ payment incomplete “ where as the money got deducted from my bank both the times and i still haven’t got my refund for the april order and i’m afraid this this happen with the order i placed in december as well.

            On november 7th, i tried to book a ticket for zomaland event in pune for 16th november. Payment got completed. Then i got the whitescreen. I kept waiting for 15 mins. Still didn't get any confirmation or any ticket to my mobile number of email or anything. I thought may be the internet speed is low and i might get the refund back and tried for another time. The same thing happened again. If its internet problem, then it shouldn't have gone to the payment gateway and complete the payment. But no. Its the problem in app. Then i tried to contact zomato customer support. But unfortunately, there is no voice support provided. So i emailed them the transaction screenshots, card details etc. But no resolution provided even after more than a month. 2*rs299 lost. I don't know what adjective to use for this kind of customer support. I hope i will get my money back.

                I ordered my food at 11:57. The order was accepted, the payment made. However i waited 45 mins rhe order never came.in between those 45 mins i tried to reach out to customer care executives who never replied and my order was at the end cancelled and a refund given. But why was i not replied to by the online food support. This has happened twice with me and i have proof. I talked to customer care executives and they say they do not know why it happened. Which is just hilarious.

                    Hi i had purchased gold membership when i was in lucknow keeping in mind the option of india membership upgrade which is there in the app. The option o[censored]pgrading zomato to india membership is provided in zomato app but it is not working. I asked zomato customer care but their reply was it is not possible. I had baught membership in lucknow keeping in mind o[censored]sing it when i come back to bangalore but now i am not able to upgrade.

                    This is case of promising false things when the option is there in app how can you deny to upgrade the membership later. I want it resolved. Please be a bit less shameless and give solution instead of flatly refusing to upgrade even after providing option in app. It is case of cheating from this company and is really pathetic.

                      I just now ordered for ice cream and given clear instructions that ice cream should be in solid state and not in melting condition. Total amount paid was rs.513/-. But i am very sorry to mention that ice cream sent is totally in melting condition and it is appearing like lassi and not ice cream.                         On 27 nov - 6:51 pm. — i ordered badam katli and something. The order cost 884. But wrong order was delivered. So rather than returning my money a coupon of 800 as a refund was given. There is no return and compensation of 84 rs.

                        On 2 december-8:10 — i again ordered badam katli and something, using that coupon and some cash. But again i got wrong order.
                        I deny to accept it. But delivery boy took my phone and clicked accepted and asked me to report on zomato. This event was reported and verified with the zomato executive on the same very day.

                        I got refund of 87rs as a resolution, as its mentioned that system only allow this. May i know what is my fault.

                        Let me tell you.

                        1. Twice i trusted zomato, on order, but never get the right order.
                        2. I was always reporting about every issue immediately as it happened.
                        3. Now i m not getting my order or money and anything.
                        It is even not costing me money but also my time.
                        4. For three days i m going back and forth, and i m outrightedly said that i would not getting thing just 87 rs, as system only allow this.
                        5. I will not let this case to be closed unless you will do the right thing.

                        1. Deliver my right order.
                        2. Return my money
                        Or
                        3. Give the coupon back.

                        6. I m really feeling cheated and humiliated. Rather then system, human should be involved and do right thing.

                        7. Its evident and you can go thru the pictures and chats. Its a big amount of my hard earned money.

                            I ordered for food on line on zomato site, the monies were debited from pay pal account, after 20 minutes the rider called and said the address is 10 kms away and it's night and he will not come. Subsequently zomato called and said the same, i reordered from another restaurant and got my dinner but the amount that was debited for my cancelled order by zomato was not credited to me.
                            This is a malpractice and must be stopped immediately, on further enquiring with friends in delhi it seems this is malpractice is most prevalent in delhi.

                                Hi i'm madhavan
                                I have placed an order vide ref no [protected] on 7th of dec 2019 (Subway - restaurant) using zomato app with an option "on time delivery or get your money back" and i paid an amount of ₹753.16 using ticket restaurant card for the order placed. The food delivery delayed by 6 min, since i selected the option on time delivery i got the message that "your food is free"
                                As i have already paid, i try to claim back my amount using them zomato app. The claim option not working in the app, there is no response.

                                I raised a complaint about this issue to the zomato customer care vide ref id re:[# 2337707 #] regarding my refund. The customer care people replied that they could only give an promo code for rs.200 rather than refund my money as they committed.

                                I sent many trailing mails insist them to refund of money but they are very negligent and keep sending about the promo code worth rs 200.
                                I couldn't able to get my refund.

                                The zomato company unethically refuse to refund and trying to cheat me by giving a worthless promo code where already there is plenty offers from many restaurants.

                                There is plenty of similar issues raised against zomato we can heard everyday. I'm one of the victim amongst them.

So when i asked the customer executive, he says i didnt respond and i wont get the refund as it could effect delivery guy expenses. I never got the call and imagine if the order was big. Please find the attached response from zomato executive guy.

                                        Will the cost of food equal to delivery guy petrol cost?
