My order number [protected].
I ordered my meal on 10:28 nd cancelled on 10:31 only.
I was cancelled due to taking more time of delivery.
It was just 2minutes of i ordered and the zomato refused about refunding money.
I want zomato to make my order or give my money back asap.
I would really approve if you take my complain serious as you may not want to disappoint your valueable customers.
Till now this was the fav app to order food and now if this things happening than i must change to anyother app for good meal delivery.

    I have ordered food from abhi tiffins this morning. As i ordered wrong one.. I canceled it asap. They said that my money will not be refunded. I want my money back
    Order is of 400 rs. I cant simply loose such amount.
    I tried to contact through executive.. They are not helping.. I am really disappointed with this
    400 is not small amount. I am never gonna order in zomato again

      My order no [protected] was ordered at 8:40 pm. The delivery guy called me to inform he cannot deliver it. I tried to reach out to zomato on multiple platforms - app chat, twitter, facebook but got no response. Finally after 2.5 hours they simply marked the order as delivered. I tweeted multiple times tagging zomato, complaned on their facebook page as well but got no response. The in app chat was only handled by bots. I even sent a mail to their registered email id but got no response. This is the second time they have cheated me regarding this.

        I ordered veg momo and veg springroll from zomato today from sillychilli andheri branch instead of veg spring roll they delivered chicken spring roll, the minute i took a bite i knew this is not veg i gave it to my husband who tasted and said it nonveg
        I complained about this to their customer executive and he was so okay with it and never apologised till i asked so
        Then i asked for a refund in my account of the dish and he said he can only give promo
        I asked him i want my money just for that dish in my account because iam never going to order from zomato again then also he gave the promo
        What kind of pathetic service is this mental religious and ethical torture.

          When will i get my refund?

          They have already stored sweets i also went to restaurant to cancel the order i already told them not to prepare. And now don't say that you have charged whole my money as cancelation fee i will file a case against you in consumer court of you do not refund whole my money. I ordered milk cake sweet so no food wastage took place as i went to their shop they did not even started packing food and the main thing is that sweets are pre made and pre stored do there is no need to prepare them on the spot. I will file a case against zomato and that restaurant. If you have charged cancellation fee and paid all that to the restaurant then why did you cancel my order. At that time you should have told me that order cannot be cancelled. If you charge whole my order money as cancelation fees so why there's need to cancel my order? If you are charging full price as cancellation fee then i would have preferred getting order delivered, why will i pay you for not getting my order delivered. If you say thta orders once placed can not be cancelled and are non refundable so why did you cancel my order? Am i fool? On all other zomato accounts from zomato android app your zomato executives are chatting but from my account it says we are experiencing high inflow of complaints please mail to get resolution am i fool? You are doing a fraud. I need my money back otherwise i will case against zomato.

            I have received eaten food from zomato. And I tried to reach customer care but failed to do so.

            Also in customer support chat box
            They are giving me 80 rs that to in form coupon which will expire in 60 days instead of my whole money 325.26 INR.

            I reached through email however I got reply send pictures of food.
            Sent but no action so far
            It was really humiliating experience.
            Being regular customer of ZOMATO.
            It is really disappointments.

              I placed a order for dal avadh and veg. Biryani from zamato yesterday. Vegetable biryani was good in taste. But dal avadh which was ordered was not good in taste. So, i cannot ate that dal. I ordered several time by zamato. But never happened earlier. This is not good for your famed company. I wanted my money should be refunded that was charged for dal avadh.

                The order number - [protected]. It was a cake i ordered on 24th december 2019. The delivery boy named dev, delivered it to the wrong address. I tried contacting him but he switched his phone off.
                I complained in zomato the same day and they promised to reply within 48 hours. But till now, there is no response.
                It was a prepaid order and not only i lost my money and a discount coupon but also because o[censored]nprofessionalism of the delivery boy i had to face embarrassment in front of my guests.
                Zomato keeps giving me automated replies and no action has been taken yet. I'm a student and it is very frustrating.

                  Hello i ordered online daily from zomato and swiggy as well. But the zomato guys are making fool to their customers as always they delivered partial delivery and then what maximum they can do is they can refund back which you will get in 7 working days, wow its a good business guys.

                  last night i ordered for food for a person who was not well and hospitalized, you know what they delivered the order in 2 hours and again partially. always say you will get the refund. same amount got stuck for 7 days and insult in front of my guests.

                    The brief of the incident is as below:
                    I placed an order of veg pasta today i. E. On 26 december 2019 with firangi bake via order id [protected]. However, the order i received was non veg pasta which has pieces of chicken in it. I was unable to contact the restaurant and also there was no support service received.

                    I am jain by religion and i ate the order because even on the packing it was written veg but inside it was non jain. This is a serious issue and would seek immediate resolution and action against the restaurant.

                      Am from banglore. I had order a pizza from ovenstory pizza marathahalli banglore on 20th of december however they said they cant deliver and cancled. When i had a chat with zomoto at the same time they informed that the money will be refunded with in 4-5 business days which did not happen till now and tired to call them again but the coustomer care number which is posted in google does not work. And having a chat in the app was not of any use.

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        My name is Anand Chopade and My order ID is [protected].
                        I had ordered my food from The Late Night Biryani from zomato and the resturant provided me very worst quality of food. I had thrown all the food because If I had that food then after tommorrow I will be Sicked that worst kind of food they had provided me. Regarding this order I had mailed zomato many times but no resolution I get. I told zomato that Food was Smelling and also the food was very cold and the quantity of food as per price also less, I didnt had that food because of this all problems, it was only waste of my moeny and I had informed all the things to zomato but from there side no resolution I am getting. I want my full refund of that order. I also said to zomato that If there will be no proper solution then I have to complaint about this to consumer court then also they are not giving serious to this matter.
                        Sir/Madam only want to say that if this type of food, if we had naa then it will give problem to health but they are not taking it seriously. Customers Service is important but Customers Health also more important.
                        Kindly do your needful.

                          An order was modified over phone call as all the (3) items specified in the order were not available.

                          I ended up ordering only one item (Kai murulku 250gms.). I was promised refund to original mode of payment in the call by the support agent.

                          But the remaining refund amount was not given to my original mode of payment. No proper response from email and chat support for a month now

                            I have order for pizza (order number - [protected]). paid online INR 181.00. Zamoto Representative did not deliver the pizza even he abused and cut the call. When I call him. he told me that your address is wrong.This is not first which I have made for same address. Please see attached orders details. when I ask for refund my money. He told me that money will not refund you. so I don't have extra money. please take necessary action.

                                Yesterday i order one item order id is [protected] and i mention reasons pointwise and also attach prof os call records.
                                1. Already i am paying delivery charges and once accepting my order whay delivery boy asking extra money (Attach call record)
                                2. I am waiting for 1hr or order (Order time: 7.30 pm, cancel time:8.40 pm)
                                3. I am talking three times with delivery boy, he tells every time i am not come and already your order cancel for my side
                                4. I am tried to tell my problem to zomato there is no option in-app and live chat and also in live chat showing only few options then i choose to cancel option (Already waiting for 1 hr)

                                  We ordered food through zomato from navrasam restaurant. The rider called us and we could not pick up due to personal reason as everyone is not on their phone and have basically a lot of other important work too. The moment we picked up the phone the rider yelled at us at his top most voice almost humiliating and asked us to come downstairs to pick our order only because we did not pick up at the first go. When we contacted the support team all they asked the same to go downstairs and pick up the order. Also they did not help with refunding considering the order reached the location. Above all they asked us to cancel the order if we denied to go downstairs and that we would not receive any refund. Almost sounding to the fore that it was all our fault and the rider had nothing to do with it and he likely is to provide the same service everywhere. This is not just violation of personal pride but above all is a straight rip off and exploiting consumers economically.

                                    I have ordered 3 shakes from the shakes hub on 24 december 2019 at 9.30 pm but i got only 2 shakes and they have taken monday for three shakes, one choco chip shake and 2 kitkat shakes. When i called restaurant they said order didn't flash on their system and given to deliveryman as he asked. He asked for two shakes. Now it spoiled my party which was rediculous in front of everyone. I felt embarrassed.

                                    Please refund my money back.

                                      Zomato worst ever service as well as very bad customer care, order change has been done for that amount has been not refunded, they didn't get me food as well.,

                                      Cheating the customers as well as restaurant owners.

                                      They said that they ve paid that to the restaurant already but when enquired same thing with that restaurant no payment has been made from zomato and i cancekled order immediately before they started preparing, i just got the confirmation from the restaurant too.

                                        Valet golu did not deliver the cake on 25th december. Complaint was registered with shop cremes and cherries at pradhan nagar, siliguri. The valet name golu was called [protected], he said i will eat your cake, complaint to zomato. The shop cremes and cherries was called [protected], they said your order is cancelled and the valet golu did not deliver the cake back to shop. Received message from zomato that your valet could not deliver the cake, he is standing outside and your money cannot be refunded, as the shop has already prepared the dish. I need my 434 rs back.

                                        Hope you are doing good.

                                        This mail is regarding your order ID- [protected] from Creams & Cherries.

                                        I understand that you have been charged a cancellation fee of INR 433.75. These charges are levied because you were unresponsive at the time of delivery. As per our policy if the order is prepared/out for delivery and customer is unresponsive, a cancellation fee is charged as it leads to food wastage.

                                        Our delivery executive as well as our support team tried reaching out to you multiple times on your number [protected] but you were unresponsive to the calls. Hence, the order was cancelled and we won’t be able to initiate a refund for this instance.

                                        They have notified me that as per their company policy, they will not refund me the 434₹. I paid beforehand the 434₹ through my credit card, i did not receive the cake, my pregnantwife was waiting for the cake.she called up the valet, he said i will eat up your cake.the shop was notified, the shop informed that to complaint to Zomato and that they did not receive the cake back to shop. Raised greiveiance through customer support. How can they refuse to refund the amount. I did not get the cake, the valet never came up to the address. My full 434₹ has been taken by zomato, .Is there any law and order left in this country. Zomato should be sued for cheating and fraud and the valet was very rude over the phone.

                                        As per Zomato they are saying that i was unresponsive on phone on 25th December during delivery. Please see the attached screen shot of my call history, i spoke to the valet for 1 minute, asking him to deliver on the delivery address, i even again tried calling him back twice after some time but he never picked up the phone.zomato is telling lies and cheating.what evidence do they have that the valet did reach the said address and the customer rejected the cake.the seller shop did not get back the cake and the customer did not get the cake.under which law it is allowed by zomato to keep the goods with them or to destroy it.where has the product gone?
