I made online order in zomato. After order was placed, money was debited. Then i called restaurant preparing food to cancel the order. Restaurant person said to cancel the order, you need to do at zomato website only, they cannot do it. I cancelled the order by opening a chat with them. Zomato customer service representative said they dont have calling facokity, they didnt give me email id or any other means to raise complaint. They just said they cannot refund the money. Now i have not got food and they are not returning money also.
