I have ordered 3 shakes from the shakes hub on 24 december 2019 at 9.30 pm but i got only 2 shakes and they have taken monday for three shakes, one choco chip shake and 2 kitkat shakes. When i called restaurant they said order didn't flash on their system and given to deliveryman as he asked. He asked for two shakes. Now it spoiled my party which was rediculous in front of everyone. I felt embarrassed.

Please refund my money back.

    Zomato worst ever service as well as very bad customer care, order change has been done for that amount has been not refunded, they didn't get me food as well.,

    Cheating the customers as well as restaurant owners.

    They said that they ve paid that to the restaurant already but when enquired same thing with that restaurant no payment has been made from zomato and i cancekled order immediately before they started preparing, i just got the confirmation from the restaurant too.

      Valet golu did not deliver the cake on 25th december. Complaint was registered with shop cremes and cherries at pradhan nagar, siliguri. The valet name golu was called [protected], he said i will eat your cake, complaint to zomato. The shop cremes and cherries was called [protected], they said your order is cancelled and the valet golu did not deliver the cake back to shop. Received message from zomato that your valet could not deliver the cake, he is standing outside and your money cannot be refunded, as the shop has already prepared the dish. I need my 434 rs back.

      This mail is regarding your order ID- [protected] from Creams & Cherries.

      I understand that you have been charged a cancellation fee of INR 433.75. These charges are levied because you were unresponsive at the time of delivery. As per our policy if the order is prepared/out for delivery and customer is unresponsive, a cancellation fee is charged as it leads to food wastage.

      Our delivery executive as well as our support team tried reaching out to you multiple times on your number [protected] but you were unresponsive to the calls. Hence, the order was cancelled and we won’t be able to initiate a refund for this instance.

      They have notified me that as per their company policy, they will not refund me the 434₹. I paid beforehand the 434₹ through my credit card, i did not receive the cake, my pregnantwife was waiting for the cake.she called up the valet, he said i will eat up your cake.the shop was notified, the shop informed that to complaint to Zomato and that they did not receive the cake back to shop. Raised greiveiance through customer support. How can they refuse to refund the amount. I did not get the cake, the valet never came up to the address. My full 434₹ has been taken by zomato, .Is there any law and order left in this country. Zomato should be sued for cheating and fraud and the valet was very rude over the phone.

      As per Zomato they are saying that i was unresponsive on phone on 25th December during delivery. Please see the attached screen shot of my call history, i spoke to the valet for 1 minute, asking him to deliver on the delivery address, i even again tried calling him back twice after some time but he never picked up the phone.zomato is telling lies and cheating.what evidence do they have that the valet did reach the said address and the customer rejected the cake.the seller shop did not get back the cake and the customer did not get the cake.under which law it is allowed by zomato to keep the goods with them or to destroy it.where has the product gone?

        [protected] is my order number with zomato, dated 25.12.19. It was expected to deliver by 13.49 but got delayed by 20 minutes. What to do please. I had chat and talk with zomato person through the number given online. He said the restaurant to which i placed order, was closed. How can they accept orders if restaurant is closed. I had guests waiting at my home. It was really bad experience. Please do the needful to return my order money.

            I had placed an order online on zomato and did the payment online. After getting a confirmation from zomato regarding the order, about 20mins later i got a call from the customer care saying that the order will be cancelled as the delivery boy is unavailable. I told them i can wait for some more time and still they were like "sir, it's no possible for us to even deliver it later, as may be later we'll again have to cancel the order. They said they are cancelling the order and my amount will be refunded in 2-7 days. I have had similar issues with zomato several times earlier and same with my friends as well. A also i even got confirmation from the restaurant as they had called me. Now in zomato it shows that the restaurant refused the order and not because zomato doesn't have delivery boys. Zomato being such a big company and offering such poor services is something because of which they are losing there credibility. Never will i order from zomato nor recommend it to others. Surely will escalate this issue.

              I ordered a parcel to my address in jaipur and paid the amount in advance. Zomato delivery guy did not even reached at my location and then denied the duty by saying he can't deliver it because it is 4km away from him and zomato customer care executive said they cant deliver it because he is far from your location and no refund will be provided and behaved very unprofessionally on call and chat. They are not refunding my money and i did not receive my parcel even after full advance payment.

                Today i ordered a meal & was waiting for the call from zomato valet although the address was mentioned clearly.
                When i called zomato valet, he talked very rudely saying that my order is cancelled & this that.
                Wtf is this? Are you appointing gundas in your delivery service calling them valets.
                This is # service from you.

                Please take strict action against this # & don't let him spoil the nature of zomato valets.

                  Hello, i had ordered a pizza from oven story pizza and paid the money via upi, i then got a call and the restaurant cancelled my order. I was promised that i would get a refund within 48 hours. But, i've still not gotten my refund even after 20 days. When i contact the zomato executives, they just tell me they personally escalated my problem to the superiors and then will contact me, but there's no improvement. I've still not received my refund. Please do the needful.

                    The order was expected to be delivered at 8:15pm. Even after one hour, it was not delivered. The gps was also totally wrong. The delivery guy was assigned lot of tasks. I therefore contacted support through chat & requested for immediate cancellation & refund. The unprofessional guy kept on delaying the chat for more than 10 min. & did not cancel my order. Finally when the valet arrived, i got to know that my order has been falsely treated as rejected & refund is not given till now. This has been the worst experience of twisting the fault of zomato on me when i am innocent. Seek immediate justice.

                      I ordered two ice creams from giani's in gurugram sector 23 on 23rd december 2019, monday. The amount of 205.96 rupees was deducted from my bank account but my order was not placed. And now when i contacted customer care regarding my issue they did not statisfy me with an apt reply about when my money will be refunded. I want my money and back anyhow.

                        Hello,
                        I have ordered a pizza half an hour ago from la pino's pizza jabalpur,
                        First of all i have ordered from a place which was rated with 4*
                        Secondly i have recieved one giant slice pizza which was not earlier mentioned when i selected,
                        Third thing, that giant slice cost me 150 rs over that i added extra cheese to it and even which was not cooked properly
                        I had to throw that whole pizza in dustbin without taking a single bite
                        I claim my refund and need dis action asap because it was all waste of money, i need my recent zomato order refund asap coz i trust zomato,

                            My order took 1 hour and then zomato tells they gave to wrong delivery guy. Told me to reorder and sort out with the new delivery guy. Mistake was theirs and telling me to sort out. I have wasted 1 hour waiting for the food and now can't get anything due to late hours. They were asking me to reorder and talk to their delivery guy and get it resolved. I am a gold member of their company and paying extra for the benefits. They are not showing any considerations and looting us.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                No person (Delivery boy) was not come to this address as ac 169, street no 47, new town, kolkata along with food as per my order ([protected]). The boy gone to another address/location which as directed by zomato gps that was wrong address/location as well as zomato cancel the order for that reason, this is not my fault.

                                Tomarrow night we were sleeping without food.

                                Now zomato do not want to refund the amount as i paid through credit card.

                                Now i claim as rs. 10000 against fraud and harassment.

                                i booked the order ([protected]) at AC 169, street no 47, new town, kolkata, from Cj's Kuche on the dated 20th Dec 2019 at 9:41 according to that we didn't made the food or my wife didn't fit for that on that time. Around 10:30 PM delivery boy told me that he didn't search my house as per his GPS track whatever marked by Zomato app that address was near ECO park and it was 5 km (approx) apart from my house, at that time i told him (delivery boy) my booking address as AC 169, street no 47, new town, kolkata and delivery boy replied to call zomato customer care. I talk to customer care along conference with the delivery boy that i explained about wrong GPS navigation but nobody didn't notice my problem. I request to delivery boy to pay extra if require because my food was very much essential other wise we couldn't take dinner. After long request/discussion my order was cancelled by customer care as well as sleep without taken dinner.

                                On that day customer care told, i put wrong delivery address thats why cant get refund the same amount as Rs 464. You are kindly requested please prove that your delivery boy gone to my delivery address as AC 169, Street No 47, New Town, Kolkata. It was cheating with me by Zomato.

                                Now i claim as Rs 10000 against Fraud/cheat/harassment.

                                  I had ordered mutton from kasturi restaurant. The mutton they served me was stale and smelt fowl. I was charged inr 196 for the mutton. When i raised an issue in customer care. They refused to refund me my money. I want a refund. Can you please help me. My order number is [protected]. I had paid using debit card. The order was placed on 19th december 2019. I was conned. They served me stale and smelly mutton and charged me with inr 196 rupees. When i complained about it to the zomato customer care they refused to return me money saying they are sorry. Merely being sorry isn't enough. They have to return money to their customers for bad quality food. Please help me seek justice.

                                    I have ordered 1 tandoori baked chicken tikka and 1 chicken majestic on 19 dec 2019 at 12:23 pm, hours passed but i didn't received my order so i called the valet person "he said the location is too far so he put cancellation request to zomato for delivering the item, he didn't informed me unless i called him and he was saying that there is a delay in accepting the cancellation from zomato. Later around 1.30 pm i mailed zomato regarding this query but till now i didn't received any update from them. But at 2:56 pm i got a mail that item delivered successfully, then i called the zamota valet again and asked that person regarding this and he said the he didn't even pick the order itself. And one more thing i have made the payment through online and the valet person said that"for him it is showing as cash on delivery".
                                    Since from the past two days i was repeatedly mailing them but till now there is no update from their side.

                                        I did'nt get any phone call from valet then one text message came from zomato that you valet is waiting outside the door then after reading this i went outside then i asked valet that there is any order from kunal and then he said no and then he start his bike and gone.
                                        Then i got text that my order get cancelled.
                                        It's not my fault i did'nt get any phone call from valet.
                                        And when asked valet that there is any order from kunal then why he refused it
