I just now ordered for ice cream and given clear instructions that ice cream should be in solid state and not in melting condition. Total amount paid was rs.513/-. But i am very sorry to mention that ice cream sent is totally in melting condition and it is appearing like lassi and not ice cream. When i called iceberg gandhi statue, nellore is not giving proper answer and saying complain to zomato. Request to refund the money. My mobile no.[protected]

    On 27 nov - 6:51 pm. — i ordered badam katli and something. The order cost 884. But wrong order was delivered. So rather than returning my money a coupon of 800 as a refund was given. There is no return and compensation of 84 rs.

    On 2 december-8:10 — i again ordered badam katli and something, using that coupon and some cash. But again i got wrong order.
    I deny to accept it. But delivery boy took my phone and clicked accepted and asked me to report on zomato. This event was reported and verified with the zomato executive on the same very day.

    I got refund of 87rs as a resolution, as its mentioned that system only allow this. May i know what is my fault.

    Let me tell you.

    1. Twice i trusted zomato, on order, but never get the right order.
    2. I was always reporting about every issue immediately as it happened.
    3. Now i m not getting my order or money and anything.
    It is even not costing me money but also my time.
    4. For three days i m going back and forth, and i m outrightedly said that i would not getting thing just 87 rs, as system only allow this.
    5. I will not let this case to be closed unless you will do the right thing.

    1. Deliver my right order.
    2. Return my money
    Or
    3. Give the coupon back.

    6. I m really feeling cheated and humiliated. Rather then system, human should be involved and do right thing.

    7. Its evident and you can go thru the pictures and chats. Its a big amount of my hard earned money.

        I ordered for food on line on zomato site, the monies were debited from pay pal account, after 20 minutes the rider called and said the address is 10 kms away and it's night and he will not come. Subsequently zomato called and said the same, i reordered from another restaurant and got my dinner but the amount that was debited for my cancelled order by zomato was not credited to me.
        This is a malpractice and must be stopped immediately, on further enquiring with friends in delhi it seems this is malpractice is most prevalent in delhi.

          Hello sir my name is sumit i orderd chicken biryani from hotel paradise pune at 4pm and order not deliverd to me after some time i think 12 pm night the status is delivered and it says that your order delivered and the amount is deducted ie 140 rs help me regarding this otherwise i case on you then you have to face it and the hotel owner also not received any call when i call him he is not receiving the call order no is [protected]

            Hi i'm madhavan
            I have placed an order vide ref no [protected] on 7th of dec 2019 (Subway - restaurant) using zomato app with an option "on time delivery or get your money back" and i paid an amount of ₹753.16 using ticket restaurant card for the order placed. The food delivery delayed by 6 min, since i selected the option on time delivery i got the message that "your food is free"
            As i have already paid, i try to claim back my amount using them zomato app. The claim option not working in the app, there is no response.

            I raised a complaint about this issue to the zomato customer care vide ref id re:[# 2337707 #] regarding my refund. The customer care people replied that they could only give an promo code for rs.200 rather than refund my money as they committed.

            I sent many trailing mails insist them to refund of money but they are very negligent and keep sending about the promo code worth rs 200.
            I couldn't able to get my refund.

            The zomato company unethically refuse to refund and trying to cheat me by giving a worthless promo code where already there is plenty offers from many restaurants.

            There is plenty of similar issues raised against zomato we can heard everyday. I'm one of the victim amongst them.

              Me bas yhi bolunga ab ap btaye ki mujhe kya krna h kyuki me product se satisfied ni hu or meri money bhi weste ho gai me money back chahta hu..

                Today i have order from zomato shop name cake parlour and my order number is [protected] and my order amount is 300 choco devil cake and i have recived cake and when i cut and taste it taste was rotten (Waste) it taste was very bad its rediculous i dont expect this from you zomato you sopil my surprise i dont want this product i want my money back i dont want this product.

                  The order id [protected] customer name rachit issue ye hai ki without aad ke ye customer har baar butter add karne ki instructions deta hai maine ek baar send kia tha ab har baar maangta hai maine customer care me pehle bhi compliant daali thi aur block karne ko bola tha but koi action nahi lia gya aur ab ye reviews galt daalta hai ki food quality achhi nahi hai jab ki is customer ke jyaada order plain parantha ke hai mai ye chahti hu ki infuture mujhe is customer ke order na aaye aur jo is ne review daala hai wo delete kar dia jae kyu ki mujhe ek customer se fark nahi padega lekin ha agar koi galt review daalega to mujhe is baat se fark jarur padega baat ek butter ki nahi hai har baar mai free butter nahi de sakti so pls its my request ki aap is id ko block kar dijie

                    Will the cost of food equal to delivery guy petrol cost?

                        Just wanted to share this issue and don't whether this is happening with me only and it has happened with others as well. Today i placed an order at 11.40 and order is confirmed as well by the resturant and the expected time was 30 that mean 12.10 but still didn't get the orders. I tried several times to call zomato valet but he is not picking the call and i pinged someone from customer care executive but didn't get any respnse. So overall i didn't get my order and refund for that food as well.
                        As there is no customer care number so not able to reach there. As of now i can see that zomati valet is on the door but actually it is not he is no nearby.
                        Don't know whom i should contact and what is the procedure to raise this in consumer form and this is really too worst experience and might be they are doing the same with others as well.

                          I ordered food from ravi chinese in my local area.
                          Then i made online payment for that order at around 11.30 at night. The order was expected to be delivered at 12.02. But the order was cancelled. They said that i changed the address of the order and the food is prepared we cannot refund.
                          I can give my call log and photos for proof
                          I never changed my address.

                            I have ordered food from a restaurant in Banglore and the delivery address was not correct so I cancelled the order after placing it and the money got deducted. Then I order the same food from the same restaurant with the correct delivery address. I contacted the chat support of zomato and asked them to refund me the amount or deliver the previous order also (food) but the agent denied to refund the money or food. I have paid 800 rs for the food just the double. Ireally want the money to be refunded. This is not the way to treat the valuable customers. It is my hard earned money and they don't give a damn about it. Please help me with the issue. The order id is [protected].

                              I didnt receive my order and valet number was switched off.

                              I tried many times. App was showing the Valet at one place, tracking from 4 hrs.

                              Valet did not came near the location and did not try to contact me even once.

                              I paid money and didnt receive food.

                              After 4 hours of ordering Food, the notification came "delivered". But food was never delivered. I want my complete refund. This is a case of pure fraud.
                              Please look into the matter.

                              I ordered food from PUNJABI ANGHITI. Please check my last order.
                              I ordered at 8:30pm, and the delivery notification came at 12:30 am. Though, the food was never delivered.

                                I have ordered food from one of the restaurant in my city through zomato. The zomato valley that delivered the food delivered it in a very bad condition because of his fault of mishandling due to which the delivered food was not ate able. I have raised issue regarding this and they said that since we have escalated the issue to the delivery boy and cannot compensate the refund for this order due to some of their technical issue. I don’t think that in this issue anything was in favour of customer and also i wasted ₹153/- for this order.

                                  In ref. To above subject, we have ordered via zomato having order id-[protected]. After receiving the food, we find in stale condition and not suitable for human consumption.

                                  We then raised query on zomato support and without providing any further assistance, i was informed to mail the said query on reg mail-id.

                                  As per the requirement we have done the mailing process and generated id-2341916 and today they were asking for photo of stale food.

                                  As per normal process either the food is consumed if fresh or else thrown into dustbin. Zomato instea asking for 4 days back stale food photo for monetary compensation.

                                  Further zomato support on the day of order did mot allow to sent picture and now for non-refund of the stale food items, zomato at its own discretion asked for photos.

                                  It seems zomato is not looking towards grievance of customer by first not taking ownership for providing stale food. Afterwards asking irrelevant photo which has no connection to determine whether food is stale or not.

                                  We once again in the interest of customer submits that kindly process refund as soon as possible

                                    I placed order for 10 chapathis from hotel kolhapuri & had opted for home delivery option. However, the hotel owner said that is is for self pickup. So i cancelled the order. I had asked for a refund of 140 rs now.

                                    The reply i got from zomato was :

                                    We have introduced new policies which include that if the order gets cancelled post acceptance then cancellation charges equal to the order value gets levied as the food is already prepared and we do not support food wastage on our platform. Since we've checked that you were already informed about the cancellation charges by our chat support team. Hence, a refund for this order won't be possible from our end.

                                    My point is :

                                    Since the mistake was from the restaurant owner, i had to cancel with no other option left. I had opted for home delivery, but the owner said it was for self pick-up. Who can be so foolish to go to a hotel which is like 8 or 9 kms away just to pick-up chapatis? I think the owner did not want to send his delivery boy so far for such a low amt... By playing the blame game, u guyz are just extracting money in any which way possible.

                                    And one more oder which was cancelled by the hotel only after which i got a sms from zomato saying that the refund of 98 would be credited back to my card within 7 working days. Today is the 7th day and still not a word about refund. Shameful that u guyz operate in such manner without any professional ethics. If still some left, do revert back with the needed solution.

                                      I am working in zomato as a runner partner for past 7 months... Before 2months back, zomato treats runner partners equally and spilit the orders equally. I am happy with zomato.

                                      But now a days i am not happy with working in zomato as a runner partner.. Because zomato seeing partiality among the runner partners... They are not assigning orders properly for old runner partners. They concentrate only new joiners/cycle runner partners.

                                      They are not spiliting the orders equally. They assign more orders and gives priority only for new joinees/cycle runners. They can earn more.

                                      But old runner partner like me cant able to earn atleast reasonable payout for their efforts. Because of very less orders, we are getting very very less payout even if we are working 16hours in a day (Double working hours). It leads to waste of time.

                                      Zomato is using the old runner partners only for long distance orders (Like more than 10kms) and for excess orders.

                                      I request zomato to treat runner partners equally and assign orders equally and assign long distance orders for cycle partners also (They are using bikes instead of cycle.. Please monitor that also)

                                      Kindly take action on priority basis as soon as possible. Otherwise this problem will moves as serious issue among runner partners.

                                        My name is samim mondal, i join zomato june 2019, i work sincerely in zomato, but last one month zomato deactivate lots of i'd, 11/12/2019 - afternoon 12:00 when i log in my i'd there was showing "user not authorized" that surprised me because total 12 hours i work properly and last 2 month i work each and every day not even leave a single day, then i decided to go zomato office to clarification, when i am on road suddenly zomato office send me a sms that, in my i'd some cancellation in last week that's why they deactivate my i'd and a deduction 889 rupee from my previous week payout, but last week i don't cancel any order, and 2 to castomare cancel there order for wrong location, but that is not my fault, 1:30 pm i visit in zomato office, office staff told me that wait to 3:00 pm and a office staff "andi" he give us a training at 3:00 pm, and i wait in an waiting room, afternoon 3:30 pm he came to us and told me what's my problem, then i said i don't do any cancellations but my i'd was deactivate, they told me why i don't use tickets, but zomato call support told me don't need to create any tickets because they tickets him self, and that call i record in my mobile, but they told me go back home and visit tomorrow, my house to office distance almost 20 km, so i told him please give me training today and activate my i'd, but they don't listen me and said me go back home, and visit again tomorrow, "andi" train all of zomato delevery boy but send me back home, and another staff mukesh he also shout very badly and send me back home, so i call our tl and give that information to him and go back in home, our tl told me that, don't worry your i'd was activated tomorrow so i came back home, but 2 hours later "mukesh" call me and use all those slung language and told me why i tell our tl, and told me do that ever you want but they don't activate my i'd, i also record that call,
                                        [protected] that is my zomato i'd please do some thing why mukesh told me like that, i am not a sarvent of mr in educated "mukesh" so why he told me like that, please do some thing, take a strick action against him.
