I had ordered mutton from kasturi restaurant. The mutton they served me was stale and smelt fowl. I was charged inr 196 for the mutton. When i raised an issue in customer care. They refused to refund me my money. I want a refund. Can you please help me. My order number is [protected]. I had paid using debit card. The order was placed on 19th december 2019. I was conned. They served me stale and smelly mutton and charged me with inr 196 rupees. When i complained about it to the zomato customer care they refused to return me money saying they are sorry. Merely being sorry isn't enough. They have to return money to their customers for bad quality food. Please help me seek justice.

    I have ordered 1 tandoori baked chicken tikka and 1 chicken majestic on 19 dec 2019 at 12:23 pm, hours passed but i didn't received my order so i called the valet person "he said the location is too far so he put cancellation request to zomato for delivering the item, he didn't informed me unless i called him and he was saying that there is a delay in accepting the cancellation from zomato. Later around 1.30 pm i mailed zomato regarding this query but till now i didn't received any update from them. But at 2:56 pm i got a mail that item delivered successfully, then i called the zamota valet again and asked that person regarding this and he said the he didn't even pick the order itself. And one more thing i have made the payment through online and the valet person said that"for him it is showing as cash on delivery".
    Since from the past two days i was repeatedly mailing them but till now there is no update from their side.

      I have ordered veg paneer biryani but i got chicken biryani i am pure veg basically from my birth i am lingayath never tasted the nin veg food and never touched but yesterday by miss i touched and i tasted i am feeling like anything i need to raise the issue as it was the first time in myblife being religious.

        I did'nt get any phone call from valet then one text message came from zomato that you valet is waiting outside the door then after reading this i went outside then i asked valet that there is any order from kunal and then he said no and then he start his bike and gone.
        Then i got text that my order get cancelled.
        It's not my fault i did'nt get any phone call from valet.
        And when asked valet that there is any order from kunal then why he refused it

            The order from rishita restaurant was for chicken biryani combo which included a biryani, a coke and 3 chicken pieces.

            The chicken pieces were missing and hence i want a full refund for my order.

            Zomato replied saying they will contact the restaurant but they are equally responsible for the faulty order.

            Kindly refund me my money and help me bring zomato to justice.

              using zomato app from hsr McDonald's.and my order was not delivered completely with coke missing .when I called their customer support they said they can refund RS 50 as token ...it's not token ...you guys should refund money for spoiling food experience . The number of restaurant is not valid . Their delivery guy verified he didn't deliver coke and still the chat support didn't do anything to help me refund my money .how fair is it That you charge customer but miss their iteams still don't agree to refund the money . What kind of Monopoly is that .you have Charged delivery fees and tax ... Your delivery boy didn't verify the order before picking it up, the number of restaurant you provided is not valid and u are cheating ppl and spoiling one thing of the basic that is food experience .

                I have ordered the birthday cake on 15 december 2019 from zomato. This cake was meant for important occasion and what i have received is a damaged cake for which i don't know who is responsible. And on the contrary i am being offered a discount of 75% on next order. What about this order is this just a simple waste of money. Or should i prefer saying it an organized looting business. Then i have sent a mail regarding refund. But no refund till now instead this see what they have replied. I have just attached the images of damaged cake & screenshot of reply from zomato.

                  This is in regards to my order number [protected] placed yesterday at 10:30 pm. At around 11:30 pm i received a call from zomato rider support informing me that my order cannot be delivered because the delivery boys bike got punctured. We asked him to connect us to the rider and he did. The rider told us stories about his bike getting punctured. Now why i call it stories is because several times when i order late night, riders bikes get punctured so it's either a ghost that's doing it at faridabad or riders are big time cheaters.
                  The rider support person hung up the call on our face and while we were discussing about going all the way to the rider and collecting our order, we were informed by the rider that our order is canceled. I can't believe zomato can have such inhuman ppl working there. Instead of trying there best on getting the food delivery, they canceled our order that to at that point of time when its really difficult to order from another restaurant. They didn't even feel guilty that we couldn't get our food even after waiting for more than an hour.
                  We were told that the amount that we paid will get refunded but what about the fact that we are going to sleep hungry? What about the time wasted waiting for food? Isn't zomato responsible for compensation for that? We kept fight for this with the rider support and customer care executives asking them to compensate for that as well but they kept denying. I can't believe people can be so bad.
                  Zomato and there riders are cheating big time. They do this punctured drama for there last order so that the order gets canceled and they can take our orders to there home.

                    I given a complaint regarding the quality of the food and it is just to inform to improve the quality and the are missing the items that i have ordered. Because of that i notified to zomato and now they have disabled my account from ordering online food and disrespecting the consumer complaints that i have given to them. I need my access to order food online from zomato. As i give complaint against quality of food they made my account disabled.

                      I order from a resutrent. By mistake i put wrong location. So delivery boy called me. I said him that wait there i will come to take the order. As i reached that place i not picked my calles untill the order get cancelled. As order get cancel he picked call and said sir your order is cancelled. I have charged that money and food also. Zomoto said sir we can't help you in this case

                          Due to arrival of guests at home in Mathura, I had ordered certain food items from Chocolate room on Zomato app. The courier boy called from mid way and i gsve him location directions, though his voice was much clear. Then he called me several times and I told him that your device is faulty, call from other phone. He did not heed, neither searched my home, though he was somewhere in my neighbourhood as I understood. I even sent my guests to locate him but he went back in a haste without informing me. I tried his number many times but he made his phone like that and I was talking and he was not responding. I think I made a mistake by telling him that I was in Agra when he had called from midway. Possibly he did not arrive at the location. Zomato informed me that my order was cancelled due to non-availability of mine over phone. This was simply ridiculous and I cannot explain how much anger I have for that cheat delivery boy (as per details from Faridabad). Since my order was prepaid, he could do such mischief. If I was unapproachable then my phone records can be checked. How many times I attented his call and called him from my side. Now, after this cheating company executive is telling that they cannot refund my money. Why? Where is my fault? Is the delivery boy of company a duffer who is not able to see pre-saved location on map before the order was booked. I just not need refund, but also a stern action against such frauds so that others do not suffer at their hand. My family waited for so long for the food items and then issue of refund due to non-delivery.

                            I have mentioned my address at which i did not received my order delivered.

                            Zomato employee said me that he can not come to deliver my order as my order is incorrect but I mentioned my correct address. Zomato bill also include my correct address but still my order not received.

                            I tried to contact Zomato employee where Mr. Siddharth assured me that my amount will be refunded to me completely but i received mail from Amit Naudiyal denying to refund my money.

                            I have screenshot of chat with Mr. Siddharth and I also have bill of Zomato reflecting my correct address therein.

                              I was waiting for more than one hour and i was not received my order. I did not cancelled my order on my own.

                              What about your refund policy??
                              What kind of policy in your organisation is.. How customer believe in your services.
                              How my address is correct in your bill, if you would not able to deliver to my address.
                              Refer your bill was i attached to zomato in email to mr. Amit naudiyal.
                              It's a shame for zomato which deceive customers.
                              I will never ever order from zomato and nor employees in my firm.
                              I had talk with your officer sidharth and he assured me that my refund will be processed.
                              But i don't believe in your organisation now-onwards

The food delivered was damn cold and I felt like chewing rubber. Whom should I blame for, who is responsible for this. I need explanation for this. It spoiled my meal.

                                I ordered from Burger king @4:15pm and paid in advance.

                                Zomato support assistant Eshita, refused to cancel order and refund.
                                Neither did she help me get my order any soon nor did she allow me or direct me to escalate the issue.

                                I waited for more than 1.5hrs and there was no assistance what so ever.

                                  I'm a regular user of the zomato app. I was charged for a full meal as a cancellation charge because the rider couldn't get in touch with me. I am gold member which is fruitless since the good restaurants do not support it, over and above i am charged anywhere from rs.120/- to rs.150/- as a convenience fee/service charge per meal over the restaurant bill. Keeping these high charges in mind it's unfair trade practice and down right unethical to charge the entire cost of the meal as a cancellation charge amounting to rs.1116/-. The meal was returned to the restaurant where i am a regular customer. The automated chat on the app was completely useless and did not address the issue at all. The referenced order was placed on 16th dec 2019 - order number:[protected]. The restaurant is less than a kilometer from my house so the cancellation fee is not justified. Moreover the grievance addressal at zomato is extremely poor and useless since as i mentioned it's an automated reply system that
                                  Is unable to respond with any specificity.

                                    I have placed subject order dated 14 dec 2019 at 8:34 pm. It was successfully placed and rs 526 debited from my account. Zomato assured me one of domino's valet will deliver my order. As per contract its sole responsibility of zomato to deliver my order for which i paid money to him. But after 20 mins of placing order, domino's manager called me ([protected]) to pickup the order which is clearly the breach of contract between me and zomato.. After that manager talked to me very rudely and unprofessionally and asked he will cancel the order. I asked him to discuss this matter with zomato, and disconnect the phone. After 30 mins of this discussion i got cancellation initiation message from domino's and zomato shows this order as delivered status without any follow up with me if i received it or not. Its been 3 days i am continuously following up with zomato customer chat support (As zomato doesn't have any customer support number) but with no results. Neither i received my order nor my refund till now.

                                    Please have a look into this as its a social issue and anyone can face this situation. And take a strict action against zomato and domino's manager both.

                                      I placed and order in april and this month as well, while making the online payment my money got deducted but the order didn’t go through and when i check in my past orders, it shows as “ payment incomplete “ where as the money got deducted from my bank both the times and i still haven’t got my refund for the april order and i’m afraid this this happen with the order i placed in december as well.

                                        On november 7th, i tried to book a ticket for zomaland event in pune for 16th november. Payment got completed. Then i got the whitescreen. I kept waiting for 15 mins. Still didn't get any confirmation or any ticket to my mobile number of email or anything. I thought may be the internet speed is low and i might get the refund back and tried for another time. The same thing happened again. If its internet problem, then it shouldn't have gone to the payment gateway and complete the payment. But no. Its the problem in app. Then i tried to contact zomato customer support. But unfortunately, there is no voice support provided. So i emailed them the transaction screenshots, card details etc. But no resolution provided even after more than a month. 2*rs299 lost. I don't know what adjective to use for this kind of customer support. I hope i will get my money back.
