I paid online through pytm but the order was not received as delivery man was wrongly informed abt the location which was different from the one i mentioned
It was the fault of your system n miscommunication i ddnt receivd my order n delivery man has accepted this that he was nt able to deliver due to location issue he faced thts not my lookout
I gave the correct address
Kindly refund my amount to the PAYTM acnt or anywhr
Zomato is getting worse day by day
Not only this dialled some fraud Cc no. Of zomato evn that ### took all my money from my bnkaccnts
Do something regarding these frauds
U r degrading ur image

    I ordered cake (from Theobrama via Zomato) and had already paid for it, it wasn't delivered and they are saying my location was incorrect. I got a call from delivery boy and he said my place is far for delivery and he can't come and disconnected the phone. My point is if Zomato doesn't deliver at particular location then why do they accept the orders for that location ( Definitely it is a fraudulent conduct of making money). No refund was granted and horrible support was received.
    Moreover in the complaint status they are stating no one was available to collect the order. I checked with my society security guard as well as there are CCTV camera's. No one from Zomato has come to deliver my order.

      I ordered ice creams and had already paid for it, it wasn't delivered and they are saying my location was incorrect even though i used a previously saved location in the app. No refund was granted and horrible support was received. Zomato should learn from swiggy and be loyal to their customers. I have 100+ zomato orders and the kind of reception received will never make me use this app again.

        Hello i'm oder on 7/11/19 oder i'd [protected] i was cancelled my order because of some reasons before food cooking, then i raised cancellation zomto team promised to me refund will instead 24 hrs but still today onwards 18/11/2019 if i contact zomato team they say to me some technical issue please be wait 24hr, to day midnight, tody eving why u people doing this worrest experience with zomato

          My friend had ordered a cake from zomato app on my behalf. She had keyed in the same address that is printed on our electricity bill. The delivery guy refused to deliver and then, he cancelled the order from his end stating that we were not there at home. Which was not the case. My husband was at home at that time. How could a delivery person take a call like this. Denish the cake shop, dombivali east - this was the cake shop i had opted to buy from. Later my friend only got the message that the money can't be refunded for the food was prepared and you were not at home. Really. A cake's shelf life is not that short to begin with. My husband was very much home. Who ate my cake. Who pocketed my money. Stop this scam dipendra goyal. Give my money back. My order number is [protected]

            I already paid for my order but their is system issue so zomato did cancellation but its my amount i need my refund because its not my mistake its zomato company mistake as customer policy you should not take amount from customer pocket of your system mistake, if it is my mistake i will leave but its not my mistake they din't deliver because of wrong location but i gave the exact details in written of my location with landmark. I am raising the complaint that the service is worst and i was a loyal customer before using with my parents mail id to order food. This is not the right process because i dint get food also and i dint get my amount also, how is this a right policy.

              I oredered my food from zomato, the delivery guy couldnt deliver the order to me, so the zomato guyz cancelled my order, they cancelled order not i and since it was a prepaid order, they charged me so much and also didnt refund me and their executives were shouting at me and had no manners to talk to customer. No manners they have to talk to customer

                Please note i immediately cancelled my first order with tewari bros and your chat mentioned that the money cannot be refunded as food under process. How is it possible? The same order i placed again the food preparation is still under process even after 8 mins. Request you to please refund my money. This is not acceptable from zomatoe. Kindly accelerate this matter.                   I order something from zomato. After some time i seen i mention my old address by mistake i called immediately to my food rider and request him to please deleted to my correct address. He behaved rudely and told i can't deliver there order will cancel. While the difference between that and my correct address is 2.3 km. I chat to zomato their excutive call me and told told please wait i will request to rider for deliver their. After some time he told that delivery is not possible at your address i asked him for refund he told that as your food all ready prepared hence refund not possible. I told him again so please deliver my food at my address i don't have bike or cycle otherwise i come there. He told both are not possible and disscunnect my call

                    On 16th november 2019, at about 11 pm, i ordered a food item from zomato. I entered the right address - but customer care contacted me and said that my order not delivered in my address and not refund my amount too. Then received a message saying my delivery has been cancelled. My money was not refunded.

                    I would like a refund. The amount was 359 inr.

                      The offer on Zomato promised third meal placed on the app free upto 200 as a compensation on ordering two times prior to it with using the promo code "FREEMEAL".I ordered twice on Monday and on the second order after applying the promo code on the cart page it showed " your next meal is on us" and it was contingent on placing the next order within 7 days. Today i.e. Saturday I tried to place my third order from Zomato this week and I wasn't able to apply the aforementioned promo code. It said, "couldn't be applied anymore". So, basically I got scammed by Zomato. I'd read the details of the promo code and it clearly mentioned that any order placed next would be on Zomato and it would offer a maximum compensation of 200 on that order.

                        This is a complaint against nuisance & unprofessional behaviour of zomato's delivery boy who's name is gulfam
                        As i am 100% sure about the address i have entered while ordering my food, but the delivery refused to deliver the food saying address entered was wrong & i had to pay 207₹ without even getting my food.
                        Also the way of talking of that gulfam (Delivery boy) was unacceptable. I would surely boycott zomato now onwards and will not suggest anybody to order food from zomato.
                        Delivery boys here are mannerless and are of bad behaviour.

                          I have registered account on zomato food application registered on [protected] namely simran khurana. Yesterday i ordered milk badam from vendor oberoi fast food shop no.5 located near red cross market, jyoti chowk near shastri nagar jalandhar. They delievered coagulated and curdled milk badam, giving foul smell.
                          You are requested to take immediate necessary action against vendor and zomato and refund the spent money on product.

                            On 15th november 2019, at about 11 pm, i ordered a food item from zomato. I accidentally entered the wrong address - but i immediately contacted customer care, asking them to change the address, which they agreed to do. I then received a message saying my delivery has been cancelled. My money was not refunded.

                            I would like a refund. The amount was 373 inr.

When the food is one or two minutes away as i was tracking the delivery guy on the app. He marked the order has been cancelled because customer was unresponsive.                                 We had an office party on nov. 4 and i ordered some food from zomato that day in afternoon. The estimated time of arrival of food was 30 minutes from a restaurant 15 minutes away from the delivery location. But it was delivered after 2 hours. I tried calling valet but all he was making excuses that your order is big and i don't have any conveyance to deliver, neither i have money to book the cab. He rejected my call many times as well. At last, he delivered it but it was all waste. I complained about same to zomato via mail.
                                They replied with an apology mail stating that they will refund some amount of my order in my zomato credit wallet and it will be available in 48 hours. It's been more than 10 days now and they have not refunded anything. All the time they are making excuse of glitch. And now they don't even reply on my mail. They are doing fraud only.

                                Kindly look into matter and provide me with a solution.

                                  I ordered a couple of things from zomato. The order id is [protected]. The chicken biryani from this order was missing. I called the delivery guy immediately. He said i would have to contact the restaurant. When i did the same, the restaurant refunded the money to zomato. It has been 14 days and i have been requesting zomato to pay my refund. They are denying the same and offering a promo code/ flat discount which i really don't want because the restaurant fasoos confirmed again and again that i should receive it as they have initiated the same to zomato when i told them about the refund not getting credited.

                                  The restaurant has confirmed several times that they paid the refund to zomato and they need to credit it to my account. However, zomato customer support has been denying the same inspite of several requests. The restaurant says they cannot pay me the refund directly as i ordered through zomato and they would be the one giving me my money back.

                                  The only response i received from zomato customer support is i will not be paid my refund.

                                  On requestjng again and again, they told me to consider this as an exceptional case for not refunding and saying that this doesn't happen again when i requested that i need the money.

                                  It is strange that i am getting such emails and not the satisfactory resolution.

                                  I asked the zomato team to coordinate with the restaurant, however they are just denying to refund my money whereas the restaurant has confirmed several times that they have refunded he money and i should receive the same.

                                  I request you to please check on the same and refund the money on priority basis.

                                    Sir my name is vijay and i am working on zomato for the last eight months but now i getting less salary. Why because i worked for 10 hrs for the last two days and my earning is 610rs. Its too low. As part-timer its very low. Is that zomato considering delivery partners? Which means per hour i get 60rs what is this? Even i have 150 petrol expenses.. So totally my earning is 450 per day 225... Feel very sad... Please help the people who work as a delivery partner. After getting 18 touchpoints my incentive is 50rs why is zomato doing this? In trivandrum, this salary is very less to survey. Please increase the amount of payout why because this salary is not enough to order food from zomato. I am feeling zomato trying to cheat delivery partners. Not considering effort of them

                                      Delivery boy canceled the food as he was facing difficulty in finding the location although location was updated properly.
                                      He cancelled the order stating that he couldn't reach me whereas we already had a word on call, i guided him. Also called him multiple times to guide as he was being late but he canceled the order and lied about me.

                                      Already informed zomato, customer care didn't help. Complained on twitter still they are not taking it seriously. Updated the pics of order, my call logs that how many times i called the delivery boy still got no update.
                                      For just a refund of 103/- zomato gave such a bad service.

                                      Call logs and order details have been updated.

                                        My ordered food was not delivered and the courier boy denied at the last moment, why did not he said while placing the order.. And said i won't come to deliver the order and forced me to cancel... After cancellation zomato chat support told the amount will be credited within 4-5 days but after 4 days are over they denied for return. What is going on.. How they can keep the amount.. Plz help and resolve this issue and return my amount
