We ordered at chaitanya parath restaurant, kothrud for below mention order as 1 paneer tikka, 1dal khichadi and 3 butter naans.
But we received garlik paratha instead of butter naan.
We did not received expected order, we never eat parath so why should we suffer..?? We all 3 peoples slept without eating the same.
Its absolute worst experience.

    I paid you whole amount of my order and your order received is not eatable and i want to whole amount of my order and inconvenience cost also. But you are not given to me my amount you are giving me a beggar amount to of 61 zomato credit.

      Order id: [protected]

      I have ordered 3 pizza from ovenstory on 16th nov 2019 and prepaid the amount of 1198 through zomato. The payment and order was accepted. Later ovenstory cancelled the order and the same was informed to zomato and they agreed to refund it within 24-48 hours. Now it’s been 3 weeks and i am running from pillar to post to rectify this.

      Can the refund be expedited?

            I’ve order from zomato on 21 nov 2019 and one and they deducted amount around rs. 200 and something but the restaurant canceled my order. I’ve been asking my refund since last 14 days and they just kept me saying there is a technical issue and your amount will be refunded within 4-5 working days but its more than 14 days and till now they just kept me waiting without returning my money.
            Sir/madam i would like to ask the government to take action against this fraud
            Zomato so that no more normal person could face the same issue. Please modi ji please sir take some action against it. Please naredra modi sir please

              I made an order in dominos as in the app it was stated that 50% of[censored]p to 100. I placed the order by applying the promo.. Every thing was good.. But while checking out, the original amount was deducted. After the payment i was shocked to see that even though promo code was applied, the amount was showing as the original amount (Great trick to deceive the customers). I contacted the customer care.. But no proper response.. They asked me to contact dominos.. When i contacted dominos they asked to contact zomato.. It was clearly evident that they are not ready to solve the problem instead making me wandering.. Again i contacted zomato customer care and now they started replying lethargically.. Like whatever u do its not going to affect us.. We are not going to solve it.. So for the people out there.. I[censored] pay and ordered something.. Even if it is not delivered no one is going to take the responsibility.. Beware!!

                I want to refund my order fees so i call the zomato helpline no. And then he tell me that the amount will be refund on your bank account. So he gave me the link and i open the link fill the all details in it and then he ask for otp i entred otp and 10000 rs is deducted from my bank a/c

                So kindly refund my money that was deducted fraudly by my account and my fees of wrong order

                  The delivery boy was fraud... He said that "mam, apna phone dikha dije" then he sets 5 rating for himself he is a cheater!!!
                  In future i can't trust on ur company because o[censored]r employees so be careful in selection of the employees otherwise the customers will surely boycott ur company. I am really very upset with him and i can't beer it in future.

                  Credit card payment twice for the same order with HSBC credit card ending 7440 on 26/1112019 at 7.17 pm amount aed 103. Request you to reverse one of this transaction. Plz confirm.

                    I am very disappointing with their support chat, it seems like there is no human into the support. Only bots are replying the same thing again and again.

                      Hello, i would like to tell you that zomato has done fraud with me he took money from my debit card and did not deliver the food, when i asked for the return they did not replied me properly even said we will refund you it’s been 3 days, it’s complete fraud by zomato team, kindly refund my amount or else legal action ready for you including resturant.

                        Yesterday 02.12.2019 i had placed an order with zomato order no order+id2191186. Quantity and quality of food is worse and i mailed up to zomato for support but they gave a casual response... Myself and my family ate that as we were left with no option and faced severe food poisoning. I raised a complaint but no response from zomato. I need justice. Please help.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online food odering

                          The issue that i have experienced was: i had ordered for food via zomato at punjabi nawabi and i forgot to apply zomato gold. When i wanted to apply zomato gold, customer care said that i cannnot cancel and reorder as the restaurant has already prepared my food. (Within 1 minute???) when i argued about this, they cancelled my order and without refund and gave information that i refused delivery. I have screenshots wherein i have not refused delivery but they have cancelled my order stating that i have refused delivery. Customer care was not supportive and they did not respond to my messages.
                          My family had to go hungry as they had a bus to catch to chennai and my children and wife and senior citizen mother was left without food. Zomato customer care is horrible

                            i have recieved spoiled food and in spillage condition from (port 15 saltlake kolkata) i have also sent the pic to customer care, but dis agent( waqar ) have paid no heed, where u can clearly see dat the packing has not been done properly. when asked for replacement dey r providing me an apology.
                            i have not paid 598rs for an apology. they have wasted my time and money. pls look into the matter .

                              There was some deal to be offered on this order when placed it was not showing so i have cancelled the order immediately (I think within a min). I have tried to contact restaurant number given in the zomoto many times but it was not working. If you see chat records i have informed this to your executive as well about that when he asked to inform restaurant about it. By the time they got notified food was prepared. If you see i have placed similar order second time as well with offer applied (Which was not working in earlier order) but only one order was delivered so why should i pay for two orders?

                              Amount is not that big that i should spend so much time on it however i am witnessing the zomoto experience what i have heard from others by myself and unfortunately that's true.

                                We had order something from zomato the adress was correct but the delivery boy said that it's showing something wrong so we talked with customers care executive name ankit team leader he is saying that your orders is cancelled and you are not going to get any refund rudely how a person is earning money he know itself so without refund you can understand so kindly go through it

                                  So i ordered a pizza on zomato and 40 minutes later, the delivery executive calls me to tell me that i should cancel my order because the restaurant does not have the dish i ordered. I asked him about the refund and he said it will be given. I cancelled my order and contact them about the refund to which they reluctantly refused saying i cancelled it because of my personal motive and the refund will be not be given. The behaviour of the support chat wasn't cooperative.

                                  Please help in getting the refund for the wrong order placed and the same is applied without promo.

                                  The food that was provided was not even properly made. The ingredients were totally bad and was having a bad smell. Whole food was even not packed properly whole food was spilled all over the box. Very bad service from zomato. And no contact option has been given to complain for the food that was given.

                                    I order food through zomato and during booking i am traveling.

                                    I added my delivery address but zomato app shown delivery location from where i booked order not on exact resident address.

                                    I got call from zomato for address confirmation so i confirmed and that boy also imformed yea i know this address.

                                    After 20 min i got call from zomato and they are telling your locatoon on app is diffrent and your address is diffrent so inable to deliver the food.

                                    So requested to cancel the amount and refund money so they replied no. We can not cancel the order nor any refund. You come to our location to collext the food.

                                    Now in this way they are fooling the peoples to make money. Now where is my food and money. I lost both.

                                    I need my money back. So raised this complaint

                                      I had ordered food from aj foods on 23 november and made an online payment.
                                      But i cancelled it in 5 minutes before the food hadnt been started to be made.
                                      Its been more than a week now and i havent received the refund, on chatting with the zomato chat in the app they said there is no refund policy. My friends have received payment after cancellation so why cant i receive it too.

                                        First thing they served me food with insect then they denied to refund on main source. Then they agreed to refund by promo code. They given me promo code of 320 rs for one time use. I used this promo code and ordered something with 159 rs but they used whole 320 rs promo code for this. This means i lost 161 rs. Then they agreed to give me another promo code of 161. And then they given me promo code of 16 rs. I thought they had typo mistake. Then they agreed that they will return 145 rs. After one and half month of follow up now they are saying we have given best possible resolution.

                                        I want my money back on my account. Got worst support ever following up this from last 1.5 months
