The subject order was placed and delivered without pepsi and fries for which they charge 119 + taxes. I called the resturant, they said they gave all the items to rider. When i call the rider, he said he didn't receive it from restuarant. Moreover the restaurant staff and rider was rude in their behaviour. It looks like some form of syndicate is running between them for late night food delivery. I put the complain to zomato on chat, but no resolution so far.

    Regarding the burned and salted food i have order the food from zomato the food quality was of full of salt even we can put in mouth also and burned too need my refund back to source my order id is [protected] which of 316 i will take this to consumer court because zomato has did this case before also but i have never complained last time but this time when i contacted their chat they are just copied and pasted message so i mailed that they replied that they will share the feedback with restaurant but that won't work i had payed 316 and not eaten a single piece of food that irrational for me i am suggesting you friend stop zamato orders they tie up with small low quality restaurant and they cheated us as they have done with me refund my amount back

      Despite my message, the order arrived with a lousy packing. No containers were provided. Everything was packed in small packets. One of the packets, it seems was torn and the contents were spilled over other packet as well.
      It seemed very unhygienic, so I didn't eat that.
      When I tried chat, they said to reply to the mail. And on mail, they ask to chat.

      I expect a proper resolution for the issue.

        I order a meal today (Order id - [protected]), zomato valet called me for address i guided him. Again he called me to come down a 3rd floor as he was feared of dogs. I went there he wasn't there. I came down all the way he wasn't there. I came back home and he called that he was somewhere else. And asked me to come down again i said there are no dogs in stairs come and deliver at home. He said very rudely i will not come if you want you can come and collect. I said then i am not interested to talk and i chat with your customer relationship person. And he wasn't even understand the problem. And he constantly telling me to go down and collect. What is this? Is this the way to provide service to a customer. I am very disappointed with this. I want action against this.

            I had placed an order for two cheesecake slices and I got only one. The delivery guy said he got 1 from restaurant and restaurant says they gave delivery guy 2. Frustrated I raised a complaint. Customer support wants pictures on chat ONLY. My internet was problematic and I couldn't upload. The customer care is getting impatient. I finally gave up. No other way to raise concerns. They say its policy.
            Well good luck on policy. This isn't the first time I had issues. The last time the delivery guy took extra money so I uninstalled the app. No I just wont order again. Grievance redressal is painful at best. Learn something from Swiggy please. I am not going to order again from you.

              I have been writing n sending emails to this company so called zomato. Such a poor service never had in past with any other companies. But this zomato really sucks. Everytime they have one or other issue. No resolution ever given. No body responds back on that stupid email on [protected]@zomato.com. That just how u guys fool ur customers. No option on app to type as well. Worst customer service. Will never order again from zomato. N will tell my friends about it's worst customer service

                I have ordered through Zomato with ORDER ID: [protected] where they have delivered wrong product (ordered Jumbo Biryani but received regular size ). After raising the complaint they are not responding to my email and replied over chat that they cannot refund my money. This is serious issue which Zomato is not taking seriously. The order was abive 500 rs and i would request refund.

                  I had ordered pizza today, the estimated time was shoing as around 30min.
                  Restaurant accepted the order and the order was picked up on time.
                  But still it took double the time to deliver the order.
                  I had ordered the food for my mom and following the estimated time by zomato, she had her diabetes medicine 10minutes before the delivery time and she got the food after 30 minutes. This lead to her very low blood sugar level and she had to eat something on her own.
                  And then when the food arrived, my mom already had the food made by her and moreover the food delivered had become cold, soggy and dry.

                  I would like to claim for a refund.

                    Respected sir/madam
                    I have worked for zomato. I don't know the exact date of termination. On that day when iam in online and doing my duty (Orders). One of the customer placed incorrect address and called me and told come to another address. I told to the customer that the address which you provided me zomato i can come because company gives me only 25 rupees and i explained my problem to the customer. Then i raised an issue from my runner partner app. And then i went to the location which customer provided me in runner partner app. Then i call the call support from my runner partner app then i explained my problem that iam in customer location but the customer is telling that come to another location. Then our zomato customer executive told me that please wait in location and the customer is in line to talk with the customer explained my problem. Customer told to cancel the order. Call support cancelled the order and then i returned to home for lunch. After my lunch i again login the runner partner app but the iam not logging in and showing that user not authorized. I used to login for many times but the problem is same (User not authorized. Then i reached our city zomato office and explained my problem. They told that you are terminated by delhi zomato head office. I asked to the manager what the problem. They checked my data and said you have cancelled 3 orders in a week so that you are terminated. I told to the manager that sir it was not problem that the orders are cancelled by zomato support only because customers incorrect address and not responding the call for many times and the customer is not reachable. I told to the manager what is the solution to log in to my account again. They told that wait for 3 days i have mailed for head office and then we see what the problem is???
                    From that day iam used to log in and it is showing that user not authorized. After 3 days i went to the office and asked to the manager about my problem they said that there is no reply from head office when the reply comes we ourself call you to the office that said. From that day there is no response from office and call support.
                    Iam from a poor family. Before i joined the zomato iam working in a function hall as a in charge. Because of my family personal problems i stopped my studies and working for my family.

                      So some time back, just as usual i was ordering my dinner from zomato, after the food got delivered i found a piece of stone in the gravy, i reported the matter to zomato straight away and the provided me a refund but next morning when i woke up i got this message saying my account is blocked due to suspicious activity. First of all i provided them with relevant and satisfying evidence when they processed the refund then they ban be rendering my unable to use the discount provided to me in from of zomato credits. I tried reaching to them on email but got no resolution saying that its a system made ban and cannot be undone and did not provide me any basis for the same. Later contacted them for 1 last time mentioning of taking legal action if the issue is not resolved but that email has not been responded from my side even after asking for follow-ups. Kindly help me out on this one what am i supposed to do? They also say if you believe it has been done in error contact us but when you do that they say this is done by the system and we cannot undo it. Then why the hell did you even ask to send a mail when it cannot be undone?

                      I got non veg food delivered and I ate it unknowingly I am pure vegetarian never even ate a egg in my life and because of the careless behaviour of Zomato I had to break my religion and I complaint about it through the app they are like sorry and so serious solution about this and the delivery guy was also very rude about he’s own mistake.

                          Dear team,

                          I ordered for dynamic shrimps and customized thai green curry to fish fillet as i am allergic to chicken and avoid as much as possible. For that i paid an extra amount for changing it to fish fillet.

                          My food order was [protected].

                          However, i was shocked and extremely disappointed to see that the thai curry i ordered didn't have fish but it only had strips of chicken.

                          I couldn't eat the dish as i was scared i might get rashes. Also, i was alone so could not share with anyone. So the thai curry was a waste and i had to discard it.

                          Further, the food was ordered at 2007hrs. It was mentioned that the food will arrive at 2057. I kept calling frantically to the restaurant atleast 20 times but they did not revert.

                          Eventually they responded at 2145hrs and sent my food.

                          I received it around 2200hrs. Almost 2 hours. It was a pathetic experience.

                          I got a response from zomato which was absolutely unsatisfactory. The agent was highlighting about taste and not about wrong food item.

                          I am trying to reach them since oct 07 and i have been unsuccessful.

                          I request you to process my refund as soon as possible. This is not acceptable and i never expected the restaurant would be so casual in their business.

                          Awaiting a positive reply from your side.

                            I had ordered Money debited but order has cancelled as incomplete transaction
                            I have ordered McDonald's, on 9th October using google play on zomato, i have received purchase successful on google pay but payment incomplete in zomato .So i reordered my order and the same has happened .i need a refund for both my payments .
                            I have ordered from zomato of rupees 301 but the order does not show up on the app. All attempts to reach zomato have been ignored. They have deducted money and not provided service. Pathetic system in place. Need refund asap

                              Zomato is not refunded my money as following reason,
                              "we have cancelled your order and look forward to serving you again. Since the restaurant had already started preparing your order, we will not be able to refund the amount for this order."

                              Without service, how zomato have taken my money? It is not cooking items which they had already started preparing. These are sweet items. There is no question of wastage of food. I already talked directly with sweet bengal and even they are not aware of order. Then how it is preparation stage? I definitely know that zomato will not pay to the restaurant for this cancelled order.

                              I have order on 2:06 pm and ordered cancelled 2.07 pm. Less than one minute, no restaurant can start cooking/preparing these sweets in world.

                              Please look on this matter seriously, they just cheated the customer.

I am pure vegetarian and i had to eat non vegetarian food unknowingly because of the careless delivery of zomato. I have never even ate a egg in my life and because of them i had to eat chicken. This really hurt my religious beliefs. I hope something can be done about this.

                                  This is regarding order number : [protected] in which i have not received dry chilly paneer which is a chinese dish, instead of that, i got a typical north indian paneer dish,, we have thrown out the whole dish as this was something which was not required at all.

                                  I escalated the case to zomato,, i got a reply that they will be adding a compensation amount of 200 in my promo cart,, he informed this would be getting update with in next 48 hours,, but i have not received it..
                                  I am sending mail to know the status,, and they don't reply

                                    I ordered food on zomato but the promocode didn't worked and the full amount was deducted from my paytm, i tried zomato chat but they said they are getting too many queries so send email, i canceled the order and send an email. They said in zomato chat, food is being prepared so no refund, since they said food is being prepared as an excuse, i ordered again with a different promocode (There are 3 promocodes but two are not activating, still there were displayed being active) this time promocode was active and i paid in discount.
                                    My money was deducted two times, i am asking refund for the previous order which i declined due to promocode issue.

                                    Zomato is not responding to my mail.
                                    I was expecting refund.
                                    They are using food is being prepared as an excuse, what food is being prepared? Re-heating 2 puffs in an oven? Yes i ordered puff.

                                    Today we have ordered from Zomato, they have taken the order and there after cancelled, the reason told by them the address is not correct.

                                    Past orders from the Zomato were delivered successfully.
                                    I think Zomato is fraud company.
                                    We have provide all the documents to zomato dealer of kota, rajasthan, india before one month before. but thet still not working on it...

Ordered item was declined delivery saying wrong address and order cancelled by zomato. I was not given the order nor i was given a refund. I was staying at the same address mentioned in zomato app from a very long time. I am a genuine, regular food ordering person from zomato. Is this a fair practise from zomato to me? I was not given delivery of ordered item nor i was given refund nor there was a proper channel to complain at zomato. As a honest, regular customer ofzomato i was treated like this. I feel cheated, humiliated from zomato..

                                      I've paid money via paytm for the wrong order and these zomato guys are saying that the restaurant had already started preparing my order so refund cannot be given for that ...i didn't expect this from zomato...
                                      They were supposed to deliver my order by 11.16pm but till 11:47pm it showed only preparing and they did not even assign a delivery person and there customer care no does not work and on chat no one is there to help me, and they do not even refund properly.

                                        I have booked an order using zomato app (from burger king sector-9 Panchkula), the amount was deducted from my account but I didn't receive the order. (payment method google pay).
                                        In the order details, they are showing that the payment is incomplete without refunding my amount.
