arrogant behaviour and harrasment of customers

I ordered food from zomato mobile app.
Order confirmation received from zomato.
Status was appearing food cooking in progress. After 45 minutes wait got notification that order is decline.
Total process time was in night 9.30pm to 10.30pm
Why did they send order confirmation, food being prepared notification as order was declined.
It's harrasment...

food being not delivered and the support chat is useless

The food i oredered was not delivered to me and the app showed that it was delivered so i contacted the support chat i also gave them the number which had contacted me from fasoos telling that the order will be automatically cancelled since they were unavailable. Instead of contacting fasoos the support chat did not respond to my queries and kept mi on hold for a long time about 1.30 hrs. The response was rude from the other side instead...

not providing me the refund

I ordered momos and the non veg momos were bad. I made a complaint immediately but zomato is not taking any action. I am following up with these people from past 2 days and they r jus making fool of people. Worst service provider. I want my refund asap. And the worst chat service. Executives are dumbo and senseless. They don't even know how to behave with customers. They said they would call me n there is no call from 2 days....

The money got detected from my bank account and i received a debuted message as well.

But further to it. There is no order receipt alert or have not received any information regarding the same.

I have received only one of my order

So i ordered a dosa and a sweet corn soup from a restaurant in zomato almost after 50minutes it came even i had to go down to receive my order and i only received my soup which was 100 and the dosa 62 was not given i did a complain in return they just paid back 50 zomato credits.. It's such a failure from zomato, it's not about the 12 rupees i lost its 12 now maybe 1000 later so please don't order from zomato anyone, trust me you will regret...

amount deducted but order not placed

im complaining about payment and refund

Payment made by me is successful, but after payment it hasnt redirected to zomoto. So order failed abruptly. But refund was not provided. When i contact the bank, they said transaction was successful to merchant, for any information contact the merchant. But zomoto isnt responding. Bank statment says that transfer to atom technologies. But if transaction hasnt reached zomato, why the transaction is not rolled back....

order rejected after payment (chat personnel were fooling with me)

My orders got rejected by ovenstory pizza, zomato took money before order got confirmed by the restaurant, reason (It was out of stock)

It's not about money as they said it will be refunded, but how the chat personnel treated me... I think they were having fun with me.

no customer service and waste of time
