I had placed an order... Whose order details i am not able to access on the app.. Its showing technical issue contact the hotel or yhe delivery guy... I did contact the hotel they told me there is no such order placed and there is no delivery guy there or else they could have sent it out... Zomato support replied to me saying there are facing a technical issue i dont know whom to contact now they have deducted the amount but nothing is delivered
Its a waste of time and my money too
I have attached a screenshot showing the status as awaiting confirmation from the hotel... The status hasnt changed at all

    I have ordered from zomato through net banking.. Amount rs.230.40 but order not placed.. Kindly do the needful to return my money asap. I am not able to see order in zomato.. And it's time waste too.. Kindly revert back asap.. Other i need to take help from consumer court..

      I ordered food through zomoto app... And done transaction through netbanking rs 135... After the transaction i opened app for tracking but the order not placed and opened that restaurant in that it's showing currently closed for online orders... After transaction how they closed... Really this is an embarrassing moment for me... Kindly refund my money... I'm totally frustrated bcoz of this... I'm in hungry now... And i'm uploaded that transaction message also

        I didn't get my order and the irresponsible zomato chat guys are not responding to me from 1 hour. I really don't know the status of my order. It is still showing in kitchen but when i call restaurant directly they have informed me that order was sent from their end. No sign of delivery as well as zomato chat. Its completely irresponsible and insane behaviour of your staff. Struggling to get food for almost 3 hours from 12 noon. Now it is...

        I have ordered food online quite long ago and it was mentioned that the food will be delivery by today 1:43 pm and since then i have not received call from even zomato or from the restaurant i ordered. That is fine if it takes time to be delivered but the thing is there is not even information from the support team as if it takes time or order will be cancelled.

          An order was placed with nutriobox via zomato and clear instructions were given that the food is meant for a sick person, so do not make it spicy. However, when i received the food, a couple of things were out of place.

          A. The food was extremely spicy, to a point where it looked like it was intentionally made spicy. It was unbearable to eat even for an un-sick person.

          B. The shake was open and the contents were spilled in the box. So it was useless.

          I have tried to contact zomato but to no avail. This has been the poorest service i have received from an online portal. I want strict action to be taken against the company.

            I ordered food from wok hei, chembur which cost rs.1622. The order was not places but the money got deducted from my paytm wallet. I need a refund of my deducted money. I will attach the screenshot of the transaction.
            I tried contacting the zomato customer care via app chat as well as tried their phone numbers. But there is not response from either of the platforms.

              I have ordered food from zomato app.. From medhekar misal, pune.. So i have ordered 2 misal and applied coupon.. And paid 73.75 rs.. But after that i didn't get any notification about delivery of food.. So i called the medhekar restaurant they told me they didn't get any order.. So what to do?.. And still money didn't get refunded.
              And this is the second time and i'm going to file a complaint against this zomato.

                I made a payment of 109 rs for an order on zomato. Money got deducted but it's not showing in my orders list. When i contacted chat support, there is not reply from them after waiting for 2 hours. Not able to reach them on customercare numbers as well. Payment reference number is igaenbtnf8. Refund my amount in in time otherwise i will file a consumer case.

                    I had ordered a food from deccan house restaurant on[protected] afternoon but my order is not at all confirmed i paid my payment through net banking order is not confirmed payment money is debited from my account i report my problem no one is not responding i want my money back as soon as possible please contact me as soon as possible resolve my problem immediately

                      Two times i ordered from kfc, both time amount is deducted from my account, but i did not get any order. Please refund my amount of about 320, which is deducted on 6 and 7 october 2018, i ordered my food from zomato app

                        Zomato promised 50% off on the code sun50 today. I went to order a large hot chicken pizza from smokin grills in nagpur. First, they didn't accept my code even after i selected online payment through debit cards. They asked me to use save50 which has a lesser discount. Then after i placed my order and paid, rs. 361 was deducted from my bank account and i got a sms from the bank saying so. However, the order wasn't acknowledged by zomato and it isn't in my my orders tab. I called the restaurant asking if they have received such order and they said no. My order wasn't delivered to the restaurant even though i habe paid for it. The customer care isn't answering calls and the chat wait time has been on 1 minute since the last 30 minutes. I want answers and compensation.

                          Hi, i tried to order a meal through zomato at around 12:10 pm today but when i went to the payment option they said that there was a problem with it and the payment service was unavailable. So, my order was not confirmed but the order amount was deducted from my wallet. I sent a mail to wallet helpline saying it was a mistake but they want a confirmation from the app or dealer. I even called the restaurant owner to ask if an order was placed but they said that no such order was placed. I just want my money back nothing else.

                            Hi team,

                            I was trying to place an order through behrouze biryani which is costing 455 through zomato app. Payment has been done and money has been deducted. But order has not been placed. It showed time out error which is fraud because my money has been deducted. And i tried calling many customer care numbers of zomato but all the numbers says doesn't exist. This is really disappointing and i need refund asap. And i'm really serious about this.

                              I ordered two different parcels... Only one got delivered.. And for the other order the app was showing delivered... I tried to call.. But all the provided contact numbers were wrong... I tried chatting.. But after 15 mins they respond.. And they take another 30mins to get the problem.. And with out my consent or informing me they just initiated the refund process.. I waited 2 hours for that order... And it didn't get delivered.. And in return refund was initiated... Why did i had to wait for 2 hours... Who is going to pay for that... I want a proper answer for this...

                                I had ordered food from zomato from kasturi restaurant kolkata on 7th october but the order was not placed and it showed failure and yet rs. 287.50 was deducted twice from my account. I tried again and the same thing happened. I am frustrated with zomato as i had a similar problem and the order took very long to be delivered. Kindly refund my money rs. 575 as soon as possible.

                                  Placed an order in kaaraikudi an amount of rs.130. Payment was made through online debit card citi union bank while making the payment amount was deducted from my account, i got sms (Savings no xxxxxxxx05 debited with inr 130.00 towards to ecom:[protected]zomato media private linoida upin: on 07-oct-2018.) but in zomato app it was showing payment incomplete., still now the amount is not credited. I want a proper answer when i will get my amount back. Food was not delivered.

                                    I had ordered some food from cafe frespresso, patia, bhubaneshwar on 5th october '18. The zomato employee named biswajit rout delivered the food and i paid him in cash but he did not return the change at that time and promised to return in some time to give back the change.
                                    I called him that night but he did not come. I even called him yesterday morning and he said he would come in some time and give me the change but he did not.
                                    Today it's 7th october and i called him few moments ago but he does not pick up my call now.
                                    This behaviour is really disappointing by zomato and they should really give employment to trustworthy people. It's not even so much about the money, he was rude as well and said it was my fault i did not provide him with change and that he was not a courier guy to keep change with him all the time.
