I had placed an order from zomato, i had paid the money from my paytm wallet the sum of money was 100 rupees, my balance has been deducted from my paytm wallet but my order didn't placed and i didn't got any confirmation from zomato of my order they just deducted the money. And the order is also not showing in my orders.
I want my money to be refunded.
My money has been deducted from my paytm wallet i had also attached a pic for profe.

    money deducted but order not placed through the zomato app

    Today i have tried to place an order using zomato app at swagath grand restaurant using code save50. Money have got deducted from my account but no order got placed. I have tried calling zomato customer care but no one is responding. I have also confirmed with my bank's customer care, they have said that money have got transferred to zomato account successfully and there is no fault at their end. I have also attached a screenshot of the transaction...

    Ordred food from zomato from nazeer at 12 in afternoon. Constantly contacted d chat team but did not get any help as dey always shared dat there is tech difficulty. D dilivery boy manish no was switched off for while time. After wait for 2 hours if empty stomach i had food form done where else. We i got up in night i found day zomato is showing order as dilevered. I never got a call from den or dilivery boy.

      I download this app because it says everywhere that order food here with code new50 for 50% off on your next 5 orders. But when i use this code, it says since you are not a new user this code is not working for you.
      I go to your customer care option, there is girl named satakshi told me that new50 code is not working anymore for anyone. My friend order food using same code at that time using his phone. I go again and tell her that there must a problem with my account please tell what it is. She keeps saying sorry and new50 code is not working and there is some technical issues with the app but can't help me.
      She took my precious 1 hour and do nothing. At last i asked her to give her id so that i am going to complain her also.
      I wanna know my account does not have a new user id. And please give me my coupon code back.

        Hi all,

        I had ordered food via zomato app this evening at 7:15 pm. Order got confirmed and i received that order would be delivered at 8 :20 pm. At 7 45 the status in app was showing delivered. I tried to chat with the zomato customer service. They accepted that due to technical issues the order would be delayed. Around 9pm we decided to cancel order (Since it was already 2 hours and we were worried that hotels would close by then to order food).

        We got call from zomato saying that they waited for us and order returned to then again. Unfortunately we never received any call or message regarding this. These thing happened after i tried to cancel my order. They said that they would deliver the order in sometime but cannot repay. I agreed and waited for order. I never received order even at 10 pm. We were frustated since we waited for 3 hours. I asked them to repay but they said that they have no option to repay it. Please help us with this

        I agree that there server was down and hence order was delayed. But atleast they could have repaid or given some offer next time. Atleast could have delivered our order within 2 hours or so.

          I had ordered from a nearby restaurant but order was not confirmed... They deducted money from my account.. Kindly please help.. And please refund my money... I hope to get a positive response. I had also called up the zomato help line number but the call went unanswered.. I had tried number of times but nothing helped... Please do something and refund my money..

            I had placed an order from prince ki rasoi at zomato's sunday offer. I applied the code save50 the offer was valid, paid through net banking. The money was deducted & got message from the bank. Zomato's app said that 502 gateway.. After that i cancelled my transaction but didnot get my money back.. Zomato's service is not responding. I will escalate this if due consideration is not given. I have txn ref no to track my payment i. E. Igaendyck1
            Note : i don't have orderid to give you because order didnot accepted...

              Today in the afternoon, i ordered food (1 full kadhai paneer, 1 full paneer butter masala and 10 butter rotis) from ne jac restaurant on zomato app. I completed necessary steps and proceeded for the payment. money got debited from my account but i couldn't see the order in the order placed section and also i didn't receive any delivery. i received this message "thank you for using your sbi debit card 60xxxx357 for a purchase worth rs201.0 on pos 80603432 at zomatopaytm txn#[protected]." i texted on zomato chat but didn't receive any suitable reply. I am highly disappointed and i want my money back. I want necessary resolution and want to request for the refund. Please help. I am attaching the screenshots of payment done and the sms i've received. Please respond

                Today i have ordered food in zomato, the server is not responding, it has been showing as something went wrong. All transaction process is done... Amount is debited... But at last the order is not confirmed, error occured as 502 error, will this amount will be refunded? Please check it out and revert me back as soon as possible. Tried many times, bt still the app is not at all opening.

                  Today, october 7th, 2018, i placed a order from cafe coffee day using zomato, as i was paying using my debit card the app showed a error:502 bad gateway; i checked my message to see that the money, a amount of 64.60 ruppees was debited but the said order wasn't completed in the app. The app showed no sign of the order placed. Please, check this issue and tell me what do i have to do to get a refund as soon as possible. The order no. Or the transaction id is attached.

                    Though i have entered promocode sun50 why ordering food it is not applied and i am got billed without discount and cashbank.

                    As there is enough balance in paytm it is deducted from paytm though i got error.

                      Date : 7th october, 2018.

                      I made a purchase of rs. 200 at "wat-a-burger", greater noida, through my debit card.
                      The money was debited from my account however few seconds later a message "couldn't connect to gateway" was being displayed on the app afterwards. On going to previous page it asked whether to cancel the transaction, since the app was jammed at that state, i cancelled the transaction.
                      No order was registered and money got debited from my account.
                      I want the money returned.

                        I read your ad in today's newspaper about your 'no-cook sunday's which also specified an offer from king's kulfi with a code 'sun50' using which we could order two kulfis for just ₹39. Once opened the app on my phone, it took a hell lot of a time to even load and since i had to order it for my family living somewhere else, it took an awful lot of a time to even switch my location. After switching from my mobile data to wifi and vice-versa uncountable times, finally, i could switch my location. Now, i find king's kulfi, i take two kulfis and voilà, the total is over a hundred and ten bucks. A small caption stating that the code 'sun50' is valid only if you do not use cash a mode of payment. Here, i would like to highlight the repeated crashing down of the server. I know that it has been a lot of orders for you today but the basic unit of your service is a customer and if you fail to impress a customer (Just like you did with me today) you may lose him/her to other apps like swiggy and foodpanda (Which you did today). Secondly, i would like to draw your attention to the ridiculous policies which you foster. What the hell does it mean that we do not have any offers on cash payment. Don't the payments with cash and card/paytm/net banking give you the same money. If yes (Which i am highly sure of) what the devil does it mean to not give the offers on cash payments. Today, zomato, you lost a client to swiggy and i will make sure that my family members and friends too start using the same.

                          Order was not delivered and money was also deducted.
                          So i want necessary resolution and want to request for refund.

                            This is the second time ordering through zomato has been unsuccessful. The money from my account has been debited but yet the order has not been placed. There is no means for me to check where the money is going and how and when it will be recreditted. The procedure is completely unreliable! The order was made for rs340 from al's pizzeria at around 7pm today.

                              Zomato has advertised in newspaper that in chandigarh 50%discounts shall be given on all orders using code sun50 but their site is crashed and no order is being booked. They have also added 30/as delivery charges. The site says it is not 50% but maximum 150/ that too is not available when we book it says use coupon save50 to get 100/off. The north regional head number [protected] is also suspended for today. Clean case odlf cheating of consumers

                                It's too much late delivered like totally 2h delivery then it's giving totally bad quality food.

                                  Today i was order 2 roll from roll box (Paschim vihar) at 04:04. Also apply sun50 but any how code will removed. I messaged zomato in support (Chat) i requesting to cancel my order. But reply to late by company (I refused to taken the order.) i will not satisfied chat. End i will said kindly place my delivery. Then zomato have a rejected my order. Not refund my money.

                                    Please answer me one question.

                                    WHY YOU ARE RUNNING THIS BUSINESS WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH INFRASTRUCTURE ?

                                    You support engineers take more than 1 an half hour just to check wether the order is placed or not. Always you have some technical difficulties.

                                    Please stop you business and start running some tea shop, you can earn a lot compare to what you are earning now.

                                      I was checking zomato app... Wanting to place an order... Suddenly app closes down... When reopening msg came can't connect to server... However got text msg that order has been placed... Money was debited from my paytm wallet without any intimation.... I immediately tried contacting chat.. 9 mins wait time... Informed restaurant... However no response from zomato chat bot... After 16 mins got response "hi payal"... Post same again no response even after 29 mins now.. No msg that pick valet will be aligned, however suddenly got a pick up msg... Called valet.. He was kind enough to help me and said that order will be cancelled and i will get a refund... He said will arrange call back... However did not receive any call yet... I want my money refund and apology... Otherwise will move to consumer court... Zomato cannot deduct money, just for visiting their payment page... This is illegal and i will not let same happen want a refund in same paytm account... Zomato don't have any contact number of customer care as well and your chat don't respond even after 29 mins... I want refund... Payal sharma.. Contact [protected]
