Hi team,

On 08/10/18 evening around 4:14. I have ordered pizza from mothers sandwitch & pizza through zomato. Due to some inconvenience order cancelled by mothers sandwitch & pizza restaurant. However payment of 150rs made through zomato which is not been refunded yet.

I tried calling zomato customer care and the recording says sorry number doesn't exist.

    Hi team,
    This is to inform you that i made an order today and hence inappropriate food was been delivered from zomato however when i raised a concern to tgeur chat support when just igored that by saying that we will not let that happened next time and we are just giving you the credit in points of that amount i am totally disatisfied and i said that i want to speak to your manager however they neglected that by stopping replying to my text

      Today i have placed an order using zomato app at captain cook restaurant using code new50. Money have got deducted from my account but, i have not received my order. I have got the message from zomato your order was delivered. I have tried calling zomato customer care but no one is responding. I have also attached a screenshot of the transaction as proof. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

      Firstly zomato is worst than any of online food delivery service, every time i order something i face issue with them, never happen with foodpanda and swiggy

        I ordered food from pratik briyani today 8th oct 2018. Money got deducted from my bank account. But order was not placed. I want my money back. Please help me out and refund my money.           Hello sir,

          I have ordered on 4/10/2018. I have paid through my credit card. My first transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my card. Today, now it shows paid to zomato. So i want my money back.
          I did chat with their representative on 4/10/2018, he told me that after 3 to 5 days you will get it back. But i didn't received it yet. So please help me

            This is to inform you that i have ordered pizza from domino's yesterday and payment is also deducted from my credit card but the order is not placed. I wasted my precious time looking for your helpline number but nothing works i have registered a complaint yesterday also and just want to know when the money deducted will be recredited in my account.               I ordered food from angaara, kondapur branch at about 12:30pm and it didn't get delivered till 2:30 pm.
              So, i tried cancelling the order but neither did zomato cancel the order nor deliver. But the confirmation came as it's been delivered.
              Since, i have already paid the money through paytm so i want the money back asap.

                My payment is debited from my account yesterday when i was ordering pizza through zomato but order not placed due to zomoato server down and it shows bad server request..!!! Also i was in touch with the support system but no reply from zomoato team. Only showing the chatting time. And money is not refunded yet... Unable to contact customer care also...

                    I had placed an order to shri ajab sweets for 6 packets of special mixture (500 grams) vide my order no.[protected] and paid fully alongwith delivery charges through paytm.

                    When i received my packets the same was found of expired date 6 months after2016 i. E. One year older then expiry date. This was shown to your delivery man ramesh yadav (Mob no [protected]) but he said that he had delivered the consignment and now i will have to complaint to the supplier.

                    Accordingly please note my complaint and immediately confirm refund. I had also reported this fact on support phone.

                    Now as i cannot consume your goods as i required the namkin for today evening get together. Therefore i have purchased fresh namkin from market. Please refund my money back

                    Please note that such expired deliveries will have negative impact on your goodwill.

                      Yesterday i had placed an order from zomato, i paid the money from my paytm wallet the sum of money was 209.10 rupees, my balance has been deducted from my paytm wallet but my order didn't placed and i didn't got any confirmation from zomato of my order. They have just deducted the money. And the order is also not showing in my orders.
                      I want my money to be refunded.

                        Today i got the box of donuts as it i get the damage box so i returned it and then again i got box after waiting for 3hrs and then i got the insects in my food so when i have sent the massage in their chat box after waiting for hrs then they replied that their systems not working properly they can't find my order history wait for some time after waiting they said you are too late now when i said already complaint about this then they said i can't find any text from your end.

                          Sir,
                          I ordered food on zomato on 7th of october at 12:43 from city restaurant palarivattom. I payed the cash online during the ordering process. The order summary was showing 'will be delivered' till 6 pm now when i checked it, it shows 'delivered'. I tried to contact both the deliveryman and the hotel. Their phones were switched off. And i have received neither the food nor the money i paid.

                            I had ordered a belgian chocolate senior scoop ice-cream from giani's ice cream shop on 7th oct 2018, through zomato. Order id: [protected].                               I had placed an order from zomato, i had paid the money from my paytm wallet the sum of money was 100 rupees, my balance has been deducted from my paytm wallet but my order didn't placed and i didn't got any confirmation from zomato of my order they just deducted the money.                                 money deducted but order not placed through the zomato app

                                Today i have tried to place an order using zomato app at swagath grand restaurant using code save50. Money have got deducted from my account but no order got placed. I have tried calling zomato customer care but no one is responding. I have also confirmed with my bank's customer care, they have said that money have got transferred to zomato account successfully and there is no fault at their end. I have also attached a screenshot of the transaction...

                                Ordred food from zomato from nazeer at 12 in afternoon. Constantly contacted d chat team but did not get any help as dey always shared dat there is tech difficulty. D dilivery boy manish no was switched off for while time. After wait for 2 hours if empty stomach i had food form done where else. We i got up in night i found day zomato is showing order as dilevered. I never got a call from den or dilivery boy.

                                  I download this app because it says everywhere that order food here with code new50 for 50% off on your next 5 orders. But when i use this code, it says since you are not a new user this code is not working for you.
                                  I go to your customer care option, there is girl named satakshi told me that new50 code is not working anymore for anyone. My friend order food using same code at that time using his phone. I go again and tell her that there must a problem with my account please tell what it is. She keeps saying sorry and new50 code is not working and there is some technical issues with the app but can't help me.
                                  She took my precious 1 hour and do nothing. At last i asked her to give her id so that i am going to complain her also.
                                  I wanna know my account does not have a new user id. And please give me my coupon code back.

                                    Hi all,

                                    I had ordered food via zomato app this evening at 7:15 pm. Order got confirmed and i received that order would be delivered at 8 :20 pm. At 7 45 the status in app was showing delivered. I tried to chat with the zomato customer service. They accepted that due to technical issues the order would be delayed. Around 9pm we decided to cancel order (Since it was already 2 hours and we were worried that hotels would close by then to order food).

                                    We got call from zomato saying that they waited for us and order returned to then again. Unfortunately we never received any call or message regarding this. These thing happened after i tried to cancel my order. They said that they would deliver the order in sometime but cannot repay. I agreed and waited for order. I never received order even at 10 pm. We were frustated since we waited for 3 hours. I asked them to repay but they said that they have no option to repay it. Please help us with this

                                    I agree that there server was down and hence order was delayed. But atleast they could have repaid or given some offer next time. Atleast could have delivered our order within 2 hours or so.
