I placed an order through zomato android app.
The payment was made from my debit card and it was successful.
The amount was deducted from my account but the placed order was not taken.
And the cash which i paid was not refunded.
The ordered items are still shown in the cart but are not confirmed in my orders section
And i cannot find a way to contact with the zomato tsam...

I have repeatedly mailed zomato regarding change of name from rudra (My son's name minor) to atul tibra but these people have yet not process my request. Kindly look into the matter asap since start of membership i am not able to use it kindly process this request at the earliest as possible. I am really very disappointed with zomato. The price breakup for the order number [protected] is being underattached. The price was 730rs mentioned wherein the rider from zomato asked for rs.770 when i complained this issue in online chat of zomato the rider said to have taken rs.756 now the online chat people neither working on this issue nor they are giving me next level escalation details....

I selected paytm as payment option and tried paying but couldn't place the order. The amount was deducted from paytm but no order was placed on zomato.
It shows at paytm that I've paid to zomato but it doesn't show in zomato. Rs 190 was deducted from my paytm account and the order wasn't placed at the zomato application.

Today i ordered 4 burgers and 3 other items from New burger bits hotel. Paid bill online of 410. I received only 1 burger. I called the zomato delivery guy and he said its the mistake of hotel owner. I called the hotel, they said its the mistake of zomato.

Zomato is the most corrupt Internet based business in India. I ordered cake from a restaurant called Sweet Truth in Porur. The restaurant informed me that they can't deliver. I contacted Zomato, they asked for the restaurants phone number and never really helped with the order or processed refund. This is fraud.
