Dear sir.
I m rizwan my mobile number [protected] i order food from zomato app from name azam hotel in secunderabad firstly it's show me to pay from paytm when i pay it automatically order has been cancelled and my money was debited from my account why the hell is this happening sir when i ask customer service there are telling there is a technical issue not a one person is responding correctly... I want my refund back.. Guys my suggestion for all you to don't pay them online or any paytm payment..

    I tried placing an order of samosa from ghaziabad through zomato on 7th october but the order was not placed and showed failure. But the payment of rs130.00 has still got deducted "twice" from my account on trying the second time too. On trying to get in touch with the customer service no response whatsoever. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and refund my money rs260.00

      1) 1) i want my money back order id : [protected] hotel radhakrishna malad they accepted the order and lied that its on d way... But i never received d parcel... Hotel guy said we forgot cooking ur order. I need my money back
      2) i made two orders for 107.25 each through zomato frm pizza hut but the transaction got cancelled but my money got debited both the times i need my refund.

        On october 7th 2018, money deducted two times but order not placed. First time restaurant rejected and second time network issue, when coming back from payment didn't get response. Total 142+157=299, i have bank statement also. Please take it as priority one and resolve the issue asap. I attached statement also please take a look. Thanks for this please refund my money

          I ordered around 2 and half hours ago. On placing order my money got deducted but no confirmation was there and it was also not showing up in order history then again i tried once more same thing happened again and till now no confirmation. When i open my sbi transaction history both transactions are there. I tried to contact them through chat support but they are not replying. Now i don’t want food anymore so i want to cancel my order and process refund. I also have my state bank net banking reference number

            I ordered from zomato app and the money 301 reupees got deducted but the order was not confirmed. Then contacted the zomato support chat, one people replied after 30 minutes after i sent them 348 messages that too by one message telling to check the order with restaurant. I contacted the restaurant and they told order was not placed. Again contacted the support person he didn't even reply. Zomato are cheating people on a large scale.. I need my amount of 301 rupees. And also revoke zomato's license.

                I ordered from the nearby restaurant of my area. I reside at mahindra happinest apartments, paruthipattu, avadi. I ordered from mr. Chicks restaurant and made the payment and the payment got deducted from my bank. I tried to contact the support for more than 45 min and they didn't respond. After 45 min they say that there was a problem in the payment gateway and the refund will deflect after 7 working days. How am i supposed to suffer for their technical issues. I had only 300 rupees left for which i paid 250 for the food. And i had no money as i'm home alone. Pathetic situation. I' have been starving for a. Very long time and their response made me aggressive

                  I have ordered pizza from domino's. The payment deducted from credit card but order not placed with domino's. Order no. Is zomato 01139455. Please arrange refund for the payment i have done. What kind of service you are providing as there not a single number which is operational and on zomato app also there is no customer care or helpline number available for customers to complain or get help. Very pathetic service

                    I have ordered via zomato app. It's been past 1 hour and there is no update about my order. When i tried to connect to support team, they are not even responding to my messages.
                    After 40 min of continuous messages, they said contact the restaurant.

                    This is not at all acceptable. Support team should respond at least.

                    I am so much disappointed with zomato service and customer support.

Then contacted the zomato support chat, one people replied after 30 minutes after i sent them 348 messages that too by one message telling to check the order with restaurant. I contacted the restaurant and they told order was not placed. Again contacted the support person he didn't even reply. Zomato are cheating people on a large scale. My friend faced the same issue. I need my amount of 195 rupees. And also revoke zomato's license.

                        I placed an order at bheema restaurant through zomato. Zomato charged me rs. 1759.60, which i paid by credit card. On receiving the order restaurant charged only rs. 1449. They told me excess billing has been done by zomato and we have to contact them for refund. I submitted a complaint at chat, but didnt get any response. Hope the company addresses the issue and refunds the excess.

                          I tried placing an order at karbi town, pune through zomato on 7th october but the order was not placed and showed failure. But the payment of rs294.60 has still got deducted "twice" from my account on trying the second time too. On trying to get in touch with the customer service no response whatsoever.                             I placed order in zomato on 7 october 2018 at 2.20pm from shree mithai. I ordered 2 rasgulla and 1 chocolate truffle cake piece. It totalled to ruppes 85.35 which was debitted from my bank account.
                            But i havent received order confirmation and now it shows the shop is closed for ordering. It is taking me back to the cart view to do it all from first.
                            I want my order or i want refund!!
                            The customer care personnel is asking me to contact the shop as they are not able to view the order. They are not reponding properly also. Its already been 45 minutes since i complained.
                            I need my money back!!

                              I had placed an order... Whose order details i am not able to access on the app.. Its showing technical issue contact the hotel or yhe delivery guy... I did contact the hotel they told me there is no such order placed and there is no delivery guy there or else they could have sent it out... Zomato support replied to me saying there are facing a technical issue i dont know whom to contact now they have deducted the amount but nothing is delivered
                              Its a waste of time and my money too
                              I have attached a screenshot showing the status as awaiting confirmation from the hotel... The status hasnt changed at all

                                  I ordered food through zomoto app... And done transaction through netbanking rs 135... After the transaction i opened app for tracking but the order not placed and opened that restaurant in that it's showing currently closed for online orders... After transaction how they closed... Really this is an embarrassing moment for me... Kindly refund my money... I'm totally frustrated bcoz of this... I'm in hungry now... And i'm uploaded that transaction message also

It is still showing in kitchen but when i call restaurant directly they have informed me that order was sent from their end. No sign of delivery as well as zomato chat.                                     I have ordered food online quite long ago and it was mentioned that the food will be delivery by today 1:43 pm and since then i have not received call from even zomato or from the restaurant i ordered. That is fine if it takes time to be delivered but the thing is there is not even information from the support team as if it takes time or order will be cancelled.

                                      An order was placed with nutriobox via zomato and clear instructions were given that the food is meant for a sick person, so do not make it spicy. However, when i received the food, a couple of things were out of place.

                                      A. The food was extremely spicy, to a point where it looked like it was intentionally made spicy. It was unbearable to eat even for an un-sick person.

                                      B. The shake was open and the contents were spilled in the box. So it was useless.

                                      I have tried to contact zomato but to no avail. This has been the poorest service i have received from an online portal. I want strict action to be taken against the company.
