Hello sir, we ordered chicken tikka and chicken archaeology we gave 268 rs.. By we didn't recieved food but i got message that it food was delivered.. But i didn't received.. I called delivery boy and he said he was in another delivery.. Ieill pay 100 rs.. It's really shocked me.. What is going on.. He was not responding now.. My money was debited.. U have to solve my problem otherwise i will take it as seriously i simply loss my money and cash back offer also... I[censored] not solved my problem i will share it with my friends, neighbours and colleges and with media... U have to solve my problem

    Today i ordered 3 plates chole bhature (Rs225) from bunty chole bhature (Indrapuram) via zomato app.
    The money was deducted (Via sodexo meal coupon) but it’s written that no order placed.. Even i called in the restroom and they said the guy has come and taken your order but it never reached me..
    Very very disappointed please look into the matter..
    I have ordered it from my brothers phone
    What is the procedure of refunding the money?

      I ordered food from zomato, food delivery service. I made the payment via paytm. The amount for the food was deducted but neither the order for food was placed nor it showed in the zomato mobile application. That order is placed or not
      Then i contacted zomato customer service through their chat service but they were not responding, and it kept on displaying to wait for 1 minute i waited for 1 hour (Still no response) but there was no response from them, when i contacted the restaurant to ask whether the order was placed or not they said no the order has not come through, it's been 2:30 hrs now, i placed the order around 3:00 pm they have not even responded yet, i am still hungry waiting for my food.

        Zomato in this way you fool people. I ordered on zomato at 2:52 and when i try to order the food the order got stuck and they deducted my money from my paytm account and they showed error on order. When i tried to chat with zomato they said there is technical error and said me to go to restaurant. Then i go to restaurant and the said we cannot do anything in this matter.           Zomato was sending messages since yesterday to give flat 50 percent discount on sunday. I ordered food from cafe connect, amritsar for rs 1312 through debit card and was surprised when i got a message from my bank that the whole am6of rs 1312 has been credited. I felt so cheated by the zomato group. I tried to search zomato helpline but didn't find any working number. I called cafe connect but they were unable to help pr cancel my order as i had placed the order through zomato. Please refund my 50 percent as claimed by zomato or else i would have to lodge a complaint against zomato in consumer court.

            I was trying to place order from but my money got debited and order was not got placed (Using paytm), i tried to call zomato customer care but could not reach. Please provide valid customer care no for pune region.

              Today, i tried to order from kfc and used sodexo meal card for payment after using sun50 promo code, but instead amount got deducted immediately without any order getting placed with message displayed as "bad gateway"
              Also no response from customer care
              This is seriously an urgent matter and request you to revert back at the earliest possible time.

                Order not reached to restaurant and also money is not delivered to their account. Still money is deducted from my account on doing online payment. Plz make provision for the refund as money did not reach restaurant but deducted from my account. Also no customer care response either on application nor on wesite. Such kind of service delivery is unexpected from enterprises like zomato!

                  I ordered food using zomato app in chhicken express hotel for 500 rupees and they delivered uncooked, smelly and un hygine food. When i tried to raise a complaint there was no response since last 4 hrs. This is really horrible zomato always have this issue they never communicate to cudtomer. Some restaurent themself recommend us to use swiggy and food panda. This time my mother vomited after eating that smelly chicken.

                    I have ordered veg. Handi n dal khichdi from modern kitchen, dombivli. The payment deducted from debit card ending 3679 (₹200) but order not placed with modern kitchen. Order no. Is zomato 1167959. Please arrange refund for the payment i have done. What kind of service you are providing as there not a single number which is operational and on zomato app also there is no customer care or helpline number available for customers to complain or get help. Very pathetic service...

                      I had ordered food from cafe carolina in ludhiana. On enquiring the status i am being told that they have payment issues with your company so they are not taking prepaid orders. Is this the way you people work? This is highly uncalled for way of functioning. The person at the said restaurant used the choicest of language for you people. It is your internal matter and customers are being harrassed for no fault od theirs. Sort out your issues.

                        I had placed an order for kulfi at lassi shop in selaiyur, chennai. I applied the code save50 the offer was valid so i did the card payment. The money was deducted as i got a message from the bank. Zomato's app said that 502 gateway not found.. I don't know what that means.. But my order was not placed.. I have lost my money.. Zomato's service is bad and not reliable.. I will escalate this if due consideration is not given to my complaint.

                          I placed an order on magic pan from pizza hut in zomato for 250 my money got deducted but my order is not placed it's very worse that they r not responding and their customer care number is not responding i've been waiting for 1 hour very worse what should i do plss help

                              I had placed an order for chicken biryani at zomato's sunday offer. I applied the code save50 the offer was valid, paid through net banking. The money was deducted & got message from the bank. Zomato's app said that 502 gateway.. After that i cancelled my transaction but didnot get my money back.. Zomato's service is not responding. I will escalate this if due consideration is not given.

                                I had ordered the above mentioned food using sun50 code.. The order has been not placed but the money has been deducted, i request you to refund the deducted amount orelse i'm gonna register a complaint on this. I had paid through paytm and im requesting you to refund to that account, and the zomato customer care is really worst and you have update or improvise it

                                    I placed order money got deducted but no order placed. I received message on my mobile from my bank account money that was deducted. But on my app could not see any order. I want my money back.

                                    Also would like beware people from zomata, they might lose their money it's not reliable.

                                    Cannot rely on zomato! One word for all those think of ordering food on zomato.

                                      I ordered using zomato app today i. E 7th october 2018. I ordered a subway sandwich. The money got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. The server showed 502 bad gateway. I lost my money
