I ordered on zomato and waiting for my order to arrive on oct 11 but the order never came and When I complained they said to send an email but didn’t replied and then they even said that they are sorry for this like what am I supposed to do with your sorry?? I did not received the order and on top of that you are not even refunding me. Order no [protected]

I don't think so they have any customer service team! They never refund you even if you complaint or call or mail them. Never using zomato again!!!

    I had ordered food from Urban Tadka (Mulund - Rmall - Mumbai ) and the total bill was 1809.95. The money was first paid using Axis bank Mobile, although the money got debited but the order was not placed. Ref # INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN/ dated 15th Nov 2022

    Then after few minutes i placed the same order using GPAY and this time the order was placed and the money got debited again (same amount) ; Ref# INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN dated 15th Nov 2022 around 12.40pm.

    Request Zomato to refund the first order money 1809.95 back to my Axis bank account as the order was not successful.
    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Same problem I'm facing from 2 days .i post my bank copy and profile photo 4.5 times and they ask don't match how I solve this problem please find it I'd FE2326286

      I'd verification failed

      I applied for Zomato delivery partner and I done the onboarding payment of 1600rs. But the Problem is that my I'd verification is getting failed every time even though I am submitting correct and original document of my electric Vehicle..

      My data pack was over so i was not able to click the reached the delivery place option while i was going to deliver an order... I gave the order to customer on time and you can even contact the customer... They will also say that i came on time... All the thing that happened was i was not able to click the next process after giving the order because my data pack was over... I asked for sharing hotspot from the customer and also the nearby people but no one helped me... So i reached the nearest shop and got my net recharged again... And then i submitted delivered order option... So it was actually a technical error... So please revoke my termination as soon as possible name: Athin Shaiby

                          On Nov 2 I did a transaction of 1797 to purchase 3 tickets for Zomaland by Zomato. the money got deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed. this transaction was using a card. so I tried again and did a transaction of same amount using UPI. the money got deducted for that also but the transaction failed. Hence, I wrote an email to [protected]@zomaland.com which is the email address provided for zomaland related complaints. on the app it said that if money got deducted, it will be refunded within 5-7 days however, it's been more than a week now. no one has replied to my multiple emails nor have I received refund for any of the transactions

                            On 7th November 2022 at 7:50pm I ordered some food through Zomato and the price after applicable tax and discount was Rs. 168. I had pay later options added so I didn’t require an otp so after the order was placed magically my total bill jumped to Rs. 268. And I couldn’t cancel the order within 1min as there was no such option. Order no [protected].
                            Zomato has been cheating its customers for a long time now, even I had lots of instances where items where different from What I ordered and leaked package deiveries.

                              Due to some personal reason we won't be able attend the event therefore I emailed to zomaland email id- [protected]@zomaland.com from last 1 month however there is no single response.

                              Please help me to get refund as i am trying to reach zomaland almost every day from last 1 month.

                                Zomato ruined a 20, 000 sofa just because they have no quality control over packaging or delivery executive.

                                Order ID was [protected] and delivery by Samedur Islam.

                                Who is going to pay for this sofa. They offered me a token apology of 100 rupees? Additionally of no help was chat executive Aman Kumar.

                                  Sir yesterday I ordered 1-chicken noodles, 1- grill chicken and 1- chicken biryani in Restaurant 56 hotel through Zomato. after that, They called me and said chicken biryani is not available. so instead of that I ordered 1-chicken rice. chicken biryani cost is 150 Rupees and chicken rice is 110. The person spoked in phone call assure that will refund balance amount Rs.40 through delivery man. but he said they did not tell anybody about that. so please refund my amount as soon as possible.
