I am already following all of Zomato terms, after all they deactivated my ID FE1751456...

My name is juthuga rudhra bhanu prakash. I am working as delivery partner in zomato from last 6 months.my I'd was deactivated due to BGV verified.i don't know why it is deactivated.please kindly activated my id sir.This is the only income source for me sir

As i have placed an order of mutton jumbo from mehfil restaurant of Rs 790. Later i have cancelled the order due to misplacement of address. So they have charged me cancellation charges of Rs 466.
So I immediately contacted them to refund the full amount as it was happened unfortunately and even i cancelled the order within 1 minute only. So at last they accepted for the same but till now I didn't received any refund.even 8 visited...

I can't apply coupon codes on Zomato while ordering food from any restaurant. It disables the option and says "Coupon codes are not applicable on current order".
Please look into this issue as soon as possible and try to resolve it....

Recently I received a message that ₹150 has been deducted from my wallet.
And i haven't ordered anything.

I have booked Zomato delivery to send sweets packet to Malleshwaram address from Basavanagudi Sri Krishna sweets today morning around 10.30am. Just 1 km from my house to the restaurant, the delivery boy did not even come to the place and canceled the order. No refund was given and Zomato was charged as compensation for canceling.
