        So i have been using zomato for many years, recently i have noticed they have disabled my COD option on my account for some odd reason. I am facing a lot of problems always ordering online when i have the cash lying around.

                    Sar meri Zomato ki id mein profile verification mein licence mein jo naam hai use naam ko sudharane ki maine bahut koshish ki lekin nahin sudhara asal mein Mera real name mango se hi hai aur mera account nahin hone ke Karan main Apne bete ka account laga raha hun so please sar meri ID activate kar dijiye koi problem nahin

                      Hi,

                      I have order food online using Zomato on 09th Dec 2022 and paid 732.35 Rupees @ 12:28 Pm.

                      After the payment done, the order was cancelled mentioning the reason due to Heavy Rain.

                      I would like to get my credit back, kindly help me with process.

                        I order food from zomato at 14th dec 4:19 pm afternoon . order id
                        [protected] mobile number [protected] after a wait of 45-50 mins . i got the package . the food i got was totaly cold seems like it was made from early morning and they just packed it and gave to me . the food was not that which i orderd . i odred butter chicken and paratha combo which costs me around 200 . but the food which i got was not worth of 100 .
                        i want my refund of food .

                              On 8 th december i ordered food online through zomato at (dominos) at 9pm..my order number is [protected].till 10 pm i didnt received my order so i reached dominos at csm mall ajmer. .they told me our server is down so we wont be able to deliver food so i cancelled my order as i had my train in one hour.they told me they wil refund my amount and contact zomato for amount as you have paid through zomato..when i contact zomato they also refused to give my money back .they said we are not associated with dominos and zomato closed my chat window..they were very rude to me..till now i have not received my amount..neither dominos nor zomato trying to refund my amount.i have tried my best..please refund my rs 606 amount..

                                There is no cash on delivery option available on my phone for any order. It always shows cod is not available at this order but if i order the se thing from other phone it will show the cod option. I want to use my cod option kindly give me my cod option back. At first i was able to use cod but now my cod option is not working. You really need to fix that.
