Sir, on 28th at 11:00 an order dropped on my ID which I had to pick up from 8 km away, I was about to accept the order and my bike broke down and there was no bike repair shop in the night.was open that's why I requested to transfer the order from zomato rich support but they didn't transfer my order and put it in order cancellation while mentioning bike jesus because of which my ID Terminated now I don't understand how can I place the order when my bike is punctured Because of the mistake of your agent my id got terminated I am a student I work part time in zomato from 6:00 to 11:00 am what should I do now how can I pay my college and coaching fees

I ordered from zomato and paid for a butter scotch milkshake but they delivered a pista milkshake upon chatting with customer care they are either giving refund not replacment.if you have delivered wrong item then you either send me the right item or refund me simple logic but that customer care representative was so brainless and hopeless and she is only saying we will take your feedback .what nonsense.why on earth would I pay for a wrong item .

Yesterday from Zomato I ordered burger from McDonald's but the order was not well packed almost all coke fallen on burger and other items. I don't know exactly to whom I should complain. I had placed an order from Donne Biriyani Centre (DBC) today by 8.45pm and the order got cancelled by 9.30pm which made me wait for 45mins and the customer care agent told me to reorder and the the amount will be refunded by 7days which I felt was not a proper resolution for the issue.

First of all, I ordered the burger with caramelized onions and it came without it. Secondly it was cold and STALE and I have to THROW IT IN GARBAGE, the whole burger. I talked to chat executive they said we aren't responsible for what restaurant sends, then why are they even in the delivering process and charging more than what restaurant's actual cost is?
