My food ordered through Zomato, Order number [protected] for Rs 1924 was cancelled by the delivery team of Zomato within in 45 minutes of ordering.
Reason for cancellation : Unable to reach customer.

The chat was immediately closed, i was not allowed to respond and guide the delivery team.

Zomato is refusing to refund the amount.

My question :
1. is there no guarantee of food delivery...

Im owner of a restaurant so I decided to put my restaurant on zomato then i fill all details and my documents details after that zomato charge me 999rs tomorrow and today my restaurant process is declined by zomato i got mail.. so now what about that 999rs?

My order no [protected] was delayed over 20 mins and it was mentioned if it doesnot get picked up within 2 mins full amount will be refunded.
I cancelled it after the time limit but still total amount Rs 218 was deducted.
I know that there is no refund once you order and cancel. But my order was delayed more than 20 mins and it was mentioned in the app if the order is not picked up within a certain time I will receive full refund...
