During online registration for Zomato delivery partner ID FE2006813 ( profile verification pending) process has been stuck the promise time was 3 to 6 hours and it's been almost 24 hours no further process has done i am requesting you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

The food delivered on 5-Jul was stale, sticky, and smelled sour. This was reported immediately to Zomato customer care and they asked me to share the photograph, which I did. Upon which they told that the matter has been escalated and the resolution will be provided on 6-Jul.

Now today on 6-Jul, when I myself reconnected with Zomato, they refused to take any action and denied to refund the money.

I have ordered food from Zomato on 28.6.2022 from Snacking restaurant order id is [protected].The order was canceled stating the reason that reason that person is not contactable.
I order food from zomato on daily basis and my address is clearly mentioned as Yes Bank alipore branch.That guy just called me once as my phone was busy he never ringed back and canceled the order.
Even they never refund my money.I want my money back...
