        My name is harish and I am working as Zomato partner But I have done order denials at the beginning and I don't know that it will affect the account also but after watching the training videos, I haven't denialed any order I have delivered all the orders, please activate my account I will not do this mistake again please, I am student and I need this job please activate my account please please I request.

        Sir please sir I have done that denials because of my bike tyre was puncture and when I did one denial there repeated order are coming at that situation I don't know how to respond so that's why I done the denials and went offline and came back online on 7pm.

                Deposited in cash deposit of zomato RS 2569 But transaction is failed and amount
                Is deducted of my bank account. And reflecting that (roadrunnr)
                Please see my issue and refund my money as soon as possible.
                I have raised tickets several times .
                They are saying that refund will be in 2-3 days but money deducted on 5 aug and today is 17 aug, no Agents are trying to solve my issue😑😑

                  Today 17 Aug I ordered a birthday cake on Zomto app in Assam Guwahati. I paid with Debit card. The first time I paid it showed unsuccessful in the app but the second time it was a success. But money was deducted twice from my account. I want a refund. And solve this issue ASAP. Thank you.

                        I have ordered a Special Chicken Biryani from Zomato on Aug 14th and instead of the restaurant packs the curry and rice separately instead of chicken curry I got a veg Manchuria and when I called restaurant they said "you ordered via Zomato contact Zomato, they would refund the money" when I asked for help and lodged a complaint the Zomato isn't responding and on sending a mail I got a reply saying "we cannot give a refund instead go and give rating to restaurant", and they are not replying back to my other mails also.

                                  We have ordered many items today with the order .
                                  but complain is about two items:
                                  1. ordered bhisibili bhat but received veg bhat/rice
                                  2. set dosa received is burnt.

                                  We raised complaint but this is really hopeless, they asked to send email and when we send email then nothing happens.

                                  this has happened multiple times with Zomato but this time I will take this matter to consumer court and other right court of justice.

                                    I ordered 1 Kg Special Assorted Kaju Sweets on 11th Aug 2022 using Zomato App. However, on receiving the order, I found that many sweets had instead been replaced by the non-kaju variety, which are cheaper than the kaju sweets.

                                    I paid Rs 1200 for the order.

                                    I emailed Zomato Support to solicit their help in this regard and requested a full refund or gave them the option of providing me a replacement box. However, Zomato Support kept ignoring the issue.

                                    I wish to hereby state that Zomato has defrauded me by charging amount for kaju sweets and sending non-kaju cheaper variety sweets.

                                    I want to bring this to your attention to prevent further occurrences of this and ensure Zomato stops defrauding unsuspecting customers like me.
