I ordered 1 Kg Special Assorted Kaju Sweets on 11th Aug 2022 using Zomato App. However, on receiving the order, I found that many sweets had instead been replaced by the non-kaju variety, which are cheaper than the kaju sweets.
I paid Rs 1200 for the order.
I emailed Zomato Support to solicit their help in this regard and requested a full refund or gave them the option of providing me a replacement box. However, Zomato Support kept ignoring the issue.
I wish to hereby state that Zomato has defrauded me by charging amount for kaju sweets and sending non-kaju cheaper variety sweets.
I want to bring this to your attention to prevent further occurrences of this and ensure Zomato stops defrauding unsuspecting customers like me.
